Great beachfront hotel for great value”

I've stayed at Synergy Samui before with my boyfriend and now I've stayed there while traveling alone and both times have been great. It's hard to stress how nice and quiet the (small)resort is. It's close to everything but is set back from the street a bit. (It also has free parking right in front on the resort) The beach in front of the resort is, in my opinion, the best area in Chaweng and I've stayed in most places on Chaweng. There are beach chairs and umbrellas for hotel guest with bar and food service. The rooms and bathrooms are beautiful and have awesome air con. I love this place and I will stay at Synergy Samui every time I visit Samui.

Sensational! Amazing staff made our stay beautiful”

Unforgettable! Loved everyday there. My husband and I travelled with our 19 month old son. The staff were so friendly and loved Zac (our son) and were really good with him. We were on our belated honeymoon but decided to also have another wedding ceremony on the beach at Synergy. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect day! Not only will I recommend Synergy to all my friends, but I will definitely return there again on my next trip to Koh Samui!

overall i think this hotel (synergy Samui) is the best hotel so far in samui. We travle with our baby 17 month and everything in the room so confortable. i recommend you guys stay here at Synergy Samui Resort.

Small hotel worth its price”

The rooms are small bungalows, but they are clean and tidy. Staff is nice. We had the breakfast provided by the hotel, choice is limited but the staff offered us a complementary fried noodles and rice. Good location in Chaweng with 10 mins walk from the Central festival Samui. Easily assessed to beach in the hotel.

Amazing Beach Side Villa's”

This was my first time traveling abroad and a group of friends all decided to stay at Synergy. There was one couple and three single individuals. Each person was able to book their own Villa. They were some of the cleanest rooms I had the pleasure of staying in. For the price I paid I felt i get well above what I was paying for. The Villa Deluxe was mere steps away from the pools and beach and had a bathroom that matched the bedroom in size. The staff was friendly and attentive and were available for any needs 24 hours a day. When I go back I would plan on staying at this hotel again. I can not say enough good things about my stay there.

Superb Location, great for couples ”

I really enjoyed the stay at this property. The staff was great, all knew good English, very friendly. The location of the hotel was the highlight its in the heart of koh samui Chewang beach, but not too crowded and right in front of the beach. Breakfast restaurant had good view. In all i really like the property

Great location but a bit pricey”

Due to the virus, my first reservation at a significantly less expensive place was cancelled and I booked Synergy because of a limited number of options. For 7 days of our 9 day stay we were the only guests so we were really pampered at breakfast time and felt very welcome. The accommodations are fine and Synergy is probably appropriately priced, but is more than I would normally spend. The gym was adequate for my partner and me as we only used the stationary bike and treadmill, but there are few options for weight lifters.

Airport pick-up and drop was provided, as arranged. The Resort is a 15 minute drive from the airport. It has 30 cottages and we had booked a sea view room, which was fabulous. You could see a wide view of the beach and sea sitting right inside the room. My wife who took a couple of morning walks up and down Chaweng beach insisted that our resort was at the best part of the beach. The infinity pool with a walk up bar was well maintained. Breakfast had a reasonable assortment of items. Restaurant caters mainly to sea food lovers, and as vegetarians, we didn't have much choice. Restaurants and shopping areas are close by and the nightlife areas of Green Mango and Reggae Sois are at walkable distance. As the resort is small but has a large property, there is a lot of quiet and peace around. The immediate accessibility to the sea for a swim is a huge plus. Jet skis at 1000 Bht per 20 minutes and other boat rides were available within 50 metres of the resort. Overall it is a great place to stay if you don't mind the price (since less expensive accommodation next to the beach is also available nearby) but considering the facilities provided and standards maintained it is also good value for money. I would definitely go there again.

Fantasy Place”

Synergy resort is beautiful, clean and a great place to stay. Multiple pools (and a bar IN the pool), very nice beach front, and large clean rooms.

Great location on good part of the beach”

We had a great time at the resort and came back at the end of our vacation for a second stay. The breakfeast was ok, the restaurant was good - but with the choices on hand outside of the resort we only tried the restaurant two times during our stay. The hotel is on a good part of the beach (much better than the south of Chaweng beach). It is still some way south of the city center but close to some great restaurants and when you want to go in to the much busier center and you don't feel like walking there are taxis passing you by every 10 seconds. Recommended thai restaurants close by: Ninja Crepes for a cheap awesome brunch/lunch. Eat Sense and The Spirit House for dinner.

I stayed here for a week in Decemeber and hit lucky on the weather as apparently the two weeks previous it had rained solid. On arrival I was greeted at reception by Kier who checked me in swiftly and informed me I’d been upgraded to a beach front villa which was a lovely surprise. The villa is literally 1 minute from the beach if that. The villas are very well equipped with lovely big walk in showers and large separate baths. There are tellys but I could only get 1 English speaking channel but was not worried as I wasn’t there to watch telly. The complex boast 2 pools one with a swim up pool bar. Breakfast was all freshly prepared and tasty with plenty of choice. It is situated away from the noisy end of Chaweng and beach and waters seemed much cleaner by the resort. Saying this you are still only a 10/15 min walk from the lively end. Can’t wait to stay again.

beautiful ocean view hotel”

Had a pleasant stay, neat rooms, well maintained resort, loved the restaurant & pools location directly on the beach, close to night life. Locating the hotel was quite difficult, no proper sign boards, hotels adjacent to synergy did not recognise as the name has been changed resently, telephone nos are changed & not updated on web,

Relax in Samui”

I find this hotel by chance looking in agoda. I'm very happy about my choice. Outside the crowd of Chaweng center, but not too far. Good swimmingpool and beach. Villa with jacuzzi is really amazing to rest after a long trip.

Perfect hotel for relaxing at the beach.”

We stayed in the "Jacuzzi Villa". The room itself is a normal size hotel room. From the bathroom you have access to the Jacuzzi on a small terrace . We used it several times and it was great. The room was properly cleaned every day. We ate in the hotel restaurant once and the food was ok. The drinks were cold and nicely served. Breakfast could have had a better selection, but is still acceptable. Excellent poolbar. Enjoyed this a lot! The service were excellent everywhere (restaurant, breakfast, bar, room service...). Good: Internet was fast and everywhere accessable. Direct access to router (no fuzz about registration on a homepage or so...). Onced connected to the network, you had it all the time. Quite location with direct access to the beach Friendly and service minded staff Bed comfortable Clean Improvable: Sometimes the bathroom had asome cloak a hint of (cloak?) smell. The curtains does not darkening the room very much The picture of the TV was grainy. Not too many international channels. I can recommend this hotel.

good resort on the beach”

The resort was fairly nice, i stayed in private jacuzzi villa. The resort in right on chaweng beach and both pools are also right on the beach. I thought breakfast was lacking for a resort in this price range, though was satisfactory. Staff were great.

Great hotel. Great location”

Very quiet hotel. Not a big resort and has 2 pools that were both very quiet and relaxing. If I knew I would've upgraded to a single standing villa, not an attached room. Wasn't a problem but could hear the other ppl through the attach door early in the mornings/evenings etc. and they could've prob heard us also at times. Otherwise very nice. Good bathroom. Big clean room. Great breakfast. Friendly staff.

Charming little gem”

Nicely tucked away from the meyhem of Chaweng beach's party hotels. Much more peaceful/tranquil charming and unspoilt. The staff were a delight, and nothing was too much trouble. I would stay again.

Renovated hotel on the beach”

Great - renovated in last 12 mths, in quite area of Chaweng Beach - 15 min walk to centre of Chaweng. Two nice pools

Wonderful staff(speaking wonderful English) whom will help you with anything you need from changing a flight to renting a car. Clean grounds that are constantly being attended to and groomed. Great breakfast buffet and reliable wireless connection. I will definitely be going back.

Decent Hotel with Horrible Bathrooms ..overpriced!”

Have been to Samui multiple times and this hotel just did not cut it.... The ambiance was good but the service was not up to par... The villas were okay but the bathrooms were horrible.... Definitely not worth the price...
