No cocktails!”
Please note that the bathroom is outdoors, which may not be to everyone's liking. I thought it rather nice though. The hotel offers transports to and from Labuan Bajo, but for a cost. + We booked rather late and got a good deal + Was pleansantly surprised and found it much better than some reviews. Room nice! +Drinking water container in room, so had cold water all the time + 2 pools within easy reach - Shame they don't serve alcohol, apart from lager. I would have loved to have cocktail on the beach while watching the sunset - Rubbish on the beach every time the sea level changes. Staff do try to clean up and sweep, but could try harder, I'm sure. It¨'s a general problem with rubbish in the water. - Not enough sun chairs - Strange layout of the resort. The reception area is huge, but there's nothing apart from the staff at the desk and some seating. No tourist information, swatch book shelf in different languages, info on services offered, eg massage.

Not bad. ”
Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room, the bed was clean. The shower place and toilet were actually outside/ behind the room. On a rainy day, the floor was slippery. There was always Insects and mosquitoes in there because it was an open concept toilet. The food served in the only restaurant was delicious, we love it! Beach front has little rubbish.. But the water was clear. There were coral reef, and we saw Nemo and puffer fish! Overall experience was good!

Need a lot of supervision”
The place was excelent for peacefull escapes. The beach, kano, the pool. But the property needs a lot of supervision, especially the rooms and foods. We were on family trip using 3 unit villas. And when we enter, the room was Dirty as hell. Thick Dust everywhere. Bed was dirt and has a loy of stain from whatever bug make a trip there. Even the bathroom was full of falling leaf. Cause the bathroom was openroof. I had to call and wait almost 1 hour for the staff to clean up the 3 rooms. And again, even for that the staff doesnt care much about the dust floor cause they dont mop the floor. We were tired and just want to use the room. Wa cant wait another hour to just enter the room. When i book the villa through the agoda, i asked the staff to give villas that closest to the restaurant cause we have baby. But instead they give us the most far far far away. We have to walked more than 5 minutes just to eat and used the pool. I asked the reception to change the rooms but they said its already full. But i see a lottt of empty rooms along the way when 5 minutes walked ritual we must do 5x a day. I dont know its because we booked through the agoda or the staff is just lazy. Cause its a lot cheaper from agoda than the villas publish rate. Overall. Its a nice and peacefull place to stay. Especially when you like a beach. With a lot of potencial. But also need a lots of supervision and the right way of housekeeping profesionalism.

Beachfront Hut was nice, air conditioning struggled with building type as there was no insulation. Lots of mosquitos in outdoor bathroom. Breakfast foods were always in need of topping up as most dishes were empty no matter what time we went to breakfast. Our toilet was not working and the staff were asked to attend to it. We were told it was fixed however it was not working for the duration of the day. We had to again ask about it and ask to be transferred to another room. Great snorkling from the beach directly in front of the resort.

Little bit of paradise”
After a full on 4 day boat trip, this place was a perfect to relax in. Beautiful, unspoilt surroundings. There is lovely coral near the jetty bext to the other hotel. Beautiful sunsets. The staff are really friendly and the service good.

Great beach. It is all about the location. Nice and private bungalow with A/C. Breakfast was nice. Rest of the resort, especially the service, the restaurant and bar was not worth the price we paid for the room.

Highly disappointed. Poor management ”
We have been in Indonesia for 6 weeks on three islands and 8 hotels. This was by far the most expensive and poorest hotel. We even looked at it before deciding to stay here. What we couldn’t see was the poor management. There was one very nice reception desk person and a nice person in the restaurant. Besides that the staff seemed depressed. The million dollar view beach was littered. The simple gardens unattended. The restaurant food poor go ok. Our bathroom was not maintained. And to be really picky the bar of soap was the smallest I’ve seen. The return shuttle is a joke with one rainy night I had to wait an hour and the second night had to pay a taxi 150,000 R. There are not enough beach sun beds and this is a beach resort. Go figure. If this had been a cheap hotel I would feel the same but forgiven a lot more. Our room was quite nice despite the holes in the mosquito net. Oh well. We went back to Komodo Boutique for 1/6 the cost and better overall but no beach.

Except for the beach, there is nothing to give good comment @bout this hotel. It seems the hotel is getting worst. I found mice , ants ,@nd frog in the open bathroom plus garbage scattered around. Worst, telephone in the room is not working and they did not replace the used towels. On the second day , I wonder they replenish the used towel with fresh towel as I found the towel were damp. this hotel should be rated the most 3 stars

Pro - the beach is very nice, The staff is very warmth people but timid and lack of training and sense of hospitality industry. Con - quality control with the room is lacking: air conditioning need servicing and shower including hot water. It seem they have no preventive maintenance policy. Alot of dead leaves along the beach, be@ch cleanliness need improvement.

We moved to other hotel because when we arrived staff informed the hotel was full booked. in other hand we have booked the room and fully paid. So we transferred to other hotel. It was not comfort since we have to spend around 3 hours without doing nothing and at that time we arrived at noon and we were starving.

Avoid This Hotel at All Cost”
Despite all the positive points about this hotel , AVOID IIT at all cost. The housekeeping are thiefs. They took 2 of my T Shirt directly from my luggage. I called them and request to speak to the hotel manager and they said the manager is not in. I requested the hotel manager mobile phone. They said they don't know and will SMS me once they have it. To stay in this hotel guest need to lock their luggage.

A failing resort ”
If the owner and management cared this resort could be amazing...but they don't. They have a storage area for the reception as well as two broken pool tables that just sits in front of the customers. In front of cottage 76 there is an old and broken down boat that is left on the beach. As well as some other debris that looked like was left there for awhile. I watched a customer trip on a broken step that the staff saw and they did nothing about. I would recommend larger water heaters since you have about 10 mins of hot water before you met with a cold surprise during your shower. Restaurant service was terrible as well. When It was requested to have an a to go breakfast box made there was no communication from reception and the restaurant. The wake up calls were late almost causing us to miss early events we had planned.

When telephone is not working in a large area like this no communication with reception no room service or security...we booked a boat trip one.morning for next day, happily my wife said in the afternoon that we should maybe double check all was okay for the next day ... surprisingly we just learn that the two boats they have broken down, but no info to us!! We could have shown up 6 o'clock in the morning and no boat....I can make the.list very long! In fairness, I've to say that the stafg arranged another trip after lots of discussions...

I had a room close to restaurant which apparently dusty and dirty.”
Breakfast taste is salty, not much option. I slept in a room that is dusty and the bath room is dirty, even bench mattrass outside is dirty full of gecko s**t mark. Cant sleep because of i smell dusty bed cover and found out they have their staff working at the back of my room cutting or shaping wood with nachine and i can smell the wood ashes.
