Beautiful Hotel”
The Luwuk Swiss-Bel is beautifully decorated. The pool is nicely appointed. The food is good for the area; the burger was good, the carbonara was good, the bolognaise was good, and the breakfast was pretty nice. The airport (and ferry) shuttle service was excellent.

This hotel location is good, Food are good taste, hotel facilities is just fine but need to improve the room service quality especially the details for the ordered menu and they need to look after their fitness center facility i.e the gym facility (dispenser, towel, etc). The driver also should be more friendly to guest at least put a smile face to guest. the hospitality need to improved too

Pros: new, clean and nice hotel. Good facilities, free shuttle to airport, nice view, car rental available. Cons: no nearby store or place to eat.

The hotel is clean, modern and well located. But smoking was permitted in the restaurant (although it indicated otherwise) and plenty of people did so. Additionally, the bar with it's karaoke facilities is basically in the same space (no physical border) - thus one will get pleased with all the (un)skilful interpretations, which is not necessarily the best background for a nice dinner.

"Something like a Villa" hotel”
Tried to stay 1 night here. the special was, the hotel's rooms were at under the ground, nice concept. The room was quite big for a standard room I think. Mostly, the environment was suitable for honeymoon then for business or traveling as the hotel was quite far away from the main street.

Schönes Hotel, tolles Hotel Personal (Spa Personal ausgeschlossen)”
Das Hotel ist ein toller Ort um in Sulawesi, Luwuk anzukommen. Man hat einen tollen Blick über das Meer und das Hotel war sogar schöner als auf den Bildern. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und haben mir bei der Buchung des Minibus (public bus) nach Ampana geholfen. Leider habe ich eine negative Erfahrung mit dem Spa des Hotels gemacht. Der Preis laut Flyer lag für 75 Minuten bei 280.000 IDR (Javanese Massage). Es war die unprofessionellste Massage die ich je in Asien/Indonesien hatte. Die Masseurin ist von Körperteil zu Körperteil gesprungen ohne wirkliche Struktur. Mein Rücken wurde kaum massiert dafür meine Füße umso länger. Meine Brüste hat sie nicht wieder zugedeckt nachdem sie am Oberkörper für wenige Sekunden planlos gearbeitet hat. Das Beste war jedoch (Sarkasmus), dass ich nur 40 Minuten massiert wurde und die Mitarbeiterinnen mir den vollen Betrag berechnen wollten. Sie haben sich dumm gestellt, erst nach Aufforderung, das an der Rezeption zu klären haben sie eingelenkt
