Pros: It’s a on quiet quirky funky little side street, I did not hear noise from main roads. Simple hostel with the necessities. I like the steep staircase that many have in Saigon. Nice kitchen area with plenty of forks, spoons, plates, and cook top with pans. Morning market is only 5 minute walk to get fresh vegetables, fruits, herbs, meats, etc. Great location to walk to major sites or hop on a random bus at the big station nearby and go for ride around town. Nice young man who works there knows some good stuff around town if you ask him. Cons: Cleaning could be better.

I booked and paid for 3 nights at this guest house.Arrived at the property, nobody there. Note on door said to ring them, did so and got reply by sms. Lady said she was sorry- dorms were full but she would upgrade me to a single room for one night but for the other 2 nights it would cost me an extra $10 per night..I said no and she asked me to call around at 6pm and she would refund my money.. went there at 6 ,waited for 20 minutes.. nobody turned up.. the property was empty and felt like it had been empty for a while.. PS-THEY WERE STILL ADVERTISING DORM ROOMS ON AGODA AT THE TIME SHE SAID THE DORMS WERE FULL..seems like an organised con to me.. stay away.. I hope Agoda looked into it..

Never clean room in 4 night”

I stayed 4 night they never come clean room . The bin after 2 days was full l must take bin down stairs at reception and you know what the bin still there until l check out . The guy at reception spend most of his time playing game and clean ground floor . Never come clean room . Morning you wake up you see him sleep in middle of reception. As my girl said look low class . 4 night never clean a room even owner said she will send someone clean

Nice place with some rough edges”

This hotel is located centrally and recently opened when we arrived. It's a nice place. The room we were in was really small but we knew what we were getting into. The walls are very thin, you can actually understand people talking in the next room and the stairs are really steep. We had some minor inconveniences which might be related to the place being new and not having much experience yet like only one towel even though it's a couple room being one or no toilet paper and no soap in the bathroom . When we checked out, the manager asked us to pay half a night extra because we checked in early een though during checkin no one mentioned that at all, but she didn't insist when we complained about that. The breakfast is good and I'm sure some of the things will change when they gather more experience. Not all of the staff speaks English but everyone is helpful and nice.

櫃檯常常沒有人，住宿大門有時因櫃檯人員不在會鎖起來，需要鑰匙才能從裡面打開，住宿時沒有給鑰匙，直到被鎖在裡面無法出去時才知道，其他住客會有鑰匙，無法出門，也找不到櫃檯人員。 房務人員非常熱情，不過住宿三晚，只有打掃一次，原本三天早餐只有第一天有，第二天找不到櫃檯人員也沒有早餐，第三天反應過才退了第二天早餐錢，跟保證第三天會有早餐，除了便宜，真的不推薦。

Lần đầu tiên vào SG, nghĩ sẽ ở khu trung tâm để trải nghiệm. Nhưng lần này m đã chọn sai địa điểm 😒 có lẽ tiền nào của nấy thật. Từ hẻm vào nhà lẫn khu quanh nhà m nghĩ là khu "phức tạp" của Bùi Viện😣. Mệt mỏi, "lo sợ" trong lúc chờ đợi check in sau chuyến bay dài. Các bạn nên xem xét kỹ trước khi chọn trọ lại quanh khu Phố Bùi Viện🤪🤪
