Worse than pics ”

Super run down. Room doesn’t feel clean, esp the carpet. The sheets and bedding were fine. Looks Much worse in person than the photos.

Marijuana smell everywhere Cigarette Smokers hover around every door so nonsmokers must smell and walk through the stinch Loud guests blasting music and screaming during night Great price but would gladly pay more next time to stay at Renaissance or Doubletree. Breakfast ends at 9am?! Wtf

Unfortunately the bathroom was very dirty. The hole toilet was dirty. We asked for cleaning and in the evening it was still dirty! Luckily the bed was clean, but you don’t want to go without socks at the floor. Another big problem was the loud heater! It was so loud that we woke up every time the heater start working. The breakfast wasn’t a real breakfast. You can make waffles for your self, but you can’t get bread and only two kinds of cornflakes. All the dishes were plastic that means a lot of trash! The coffee was the worst I ever had and the taste was water with old coffee. From your hotel room you can hear everything from the hall. It was terrible stay!

Run Down”

The physical facility was disappointing. There are some more visual pleasing hotels nearby. As far as value for the money though, I can't argue a whole lot. We did receive everything we expected.

Awful awful awful experience from the minute we got there!”

This was absolutely awful, day 1 we had someone at 2am knocking constantly on our door, turns out the next morning he was overdosing in the room with the door open right in front of my 12 year old on the way to breakfast. Asked to change hotels was denied and sent to a different room the next morning we woke to water leaking through the ceiling notified management got transferred to another room. That next afternoon Colorado had a blizzard the power was out and no hot water they did not have a backup generator I ask to speak to manager to be told he was napping in a room? Seriously napping? I waited. Finally get checked out 3 hours later, been fighting back and forth with agoda to issue a refund rather than credit like seriously I didn’t even finish out my 5 night stay only 2 nights and those 2 nights were the absolute worst experience!!!

Acceptable”

We got bed bugs bites, the place is old with poor maintenance. The young staff at the reception were welcoming and promise that the place will get clean up.

Toilet tank chipped, run down facilities. Smelled like weed everywhere. Dirty shower curtain. Hot and cold water in opposite locations. Breakfast was fine. We went through 12 states on a family vacation. This was our worst experience.

Smell and cleanliness”

Staff os great to work with and very responsive however when entering the hotel doors near our room there was a very strong smell of Marijuana in the hall and then when entering the room the odor changed to one of residual dirtyness. We ended up canceling the room and going elsewhere.

When told appliances didn’t work staff still recommended to fix until proven with his own eyes not cool

Forget it”

Dont let the pictures fool you, its a halfway house, there were screw up running through the halls and slamming doors all night all three nights I was suck there. Spend the extra twenty bucks and go some where safe and quiet.

Room was not clean and I did not feel safe. Cigarette smoke wafted in the hallways.

Would not recommend even as a cheap option”

I know going into this that I was just getting a cheap room for the night so didn’t have very high expectations. However, I still was not prepared for this experience. The room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. There was literally a piece of a crack pipe under the chair cushion. I couldn’t walk down the hall without people poking their heads out of rooms to ask if I had drugs or alcohol. The walls were paper thin so you could hear everything all night. Just a very scary experience overall.

This place is disgusting dirty. The walls were nasty, ice machine, gross, finger prints everywhere, bedding had holes, bathtub dirty. No hot breakfast.
