Heaven on earth ”
Would 100% recommend. Was such a gem finding fairy hills. After our stupidity at leaving our passports in HCMC, the reception staff were AMAZING at helping us get them back. It’s just heaven on earth there, the rooms are amazing, the staff are nice and friendly, the pool and surrounding area is breathtaking and always clean and tidy, only downfall is the location - perfect to go to the main road but for the main bit of Mui Ne it’s a 15 min bus ride or 5 minute scooter ride!!

Amazing facilities but a little far out ”
Such amazing facilities and pool and beautiful resort. A little bit far out but that can definitely be a good thing if you want to escape the hussle and bussle and relax by the pool and it's nothing a cheap bus ride, taxi or scooter wouldn't fix. Staff could have been friendly and more helpful but their English wasn't great and maybe that was frustrating for them. All in all nice rooms, decent price, amazing facilities but a little far out which can be nice.

It could be improved”
The cleanliness wasn’t really ok, especially in the bathroom. Moreover there was a bad smell. We weren’t really sure if the bedsheet and towels were cleaned also. Although the exterior of the hotel (swimming pool, garden) was beautiful the services were really bad. There was no breakfast included in the formula of the night, after the breakfast they asked to pay directly even if we intended to do the check out 1h later and they were also a bit aggressive. We ordered a motorbike for half day we fixed the price and once he knew we planned to go to the white sands dunes, he changed the price for a full price and was worried about the police. This behavior wasn’t fair. It is a pity because they have a nice hotel but the quality of services and behaviors (welcoming in general) really needs to be improved.

We stayed in a mixed dorm which was clean and the extras outside (e.g. pool/ restaurant) made the stay feel like a luxury holiday. We extended our stay multiple days because the staff were lovely and the complex was a perfect setup.

The grounds are very nice, clean and beautiful. The pool and relaxation areas are very nice as well. However the beds are the absolute worst, rock solid and should not be slept in and the room is extremely hot.

Just not right”
Location is bad and totally inconvenient due to narrow dead end road. Hotel is new but badly designed with demanding rules. Room most inconvenient with curtains over doors and light /key switch far from door and bed. Restaurant in open area and having meals in strong wind rediculous. Nothing around and have to walk far to get anywhere.

Amazing resort, great facilities, nice dorm room. However dorm room does not have place to hang clothes. Location of the resort also not ideal as it is very deep in an alley but they rent motorbikes quite cheaply.

Die Anlage ist sehr schön! Leider gibt es weder die Möglichkeit, sich etwas zuessen, noch etwas zutrinken zu kaufen und man muss hierfür ca. 10 Minuten laufen. Das Personal spricht kein Wort englisch, etwas schade, wenn man sich als Backpacker nicht verständigen kann. Die rezeptionistinnen waren aber sehr nett. Das Pool Wasser ist leider super warm und salzig(?). Ansonsten ist die Anlage aber sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Zimmer (Dorm) ist sehr hübsch und mittelmäßig bequem:D zumindest eine Seife im Bad hätte ich mir gewünscht. Aktuell sind leider noch nicht wieder so viele touristen unterwegs. Ich denke, dass das Angebot wieder mit der Nachfrage der Gäste steigen wird.

욕조가 있는 룸타입인줄 알았는데 없네요. 호텔이 많이 외져서 버스 도착 후 호텔이동시 택시비가 12만동 나왔어요. 조식은 없고 오토바이 렌트도 있으나 시내에서 단속을 잘 합니다. 택시로만 이동이 가능하다는 건데 시내 접근성이 떨어져서...풀장 이용 하시고 휴양 하실 분들에게만 추천드려요
