Everything was as advertised. Room size and amenities were as expected; complete. But, Sunway Seberang Jaya deserves a notch higher in my book. I misplaced my wedding band in the room and only realised it about an hour later. Called the hotel and they promised to get back to me which they did, less than 5 minutes later. A housekeeping staff by the name of Ayu had found my ring and had it sealed in an envelope as per instruction. Kudos to Sunway Hotel Seberang Jaya for their prompt response and professionalism.

I HAVE ENJOYED STAYING AT THE SUNWAY HOTEL SEBERANG JAYA EVEN IT'S ONLY FOR 1 NIGHT STAY. THE SURROUNDINGS HOTEL FULL OF FOOD RESTAURANTS, SHOPPING CENTRE AND OTHER FACILITIES. THE HOTEL ALSO PROVIDE A BIG FREE CAR PARK FOR THEIR GUEST.THE HOTEL ROOMS WERE VERY CLEAN. THE HOTEL BREAKFAST ALSO PROVIDE A NICE FOODS FOR THEIR GUESTS. Sunway Seberang Jaya - My Favourite Hotel”
This is the fourth time we are staying at Sunway Seberang Jaya and by now it has become our second home every time we go back to Penang mainland. The service is good to us and we do not experience any problem. We have tried the Club Floor room and the Deluxe room and both are equally good. We are so glad that Seberang Jaya has a good 4 Star Hotel as previously we only stayed at Penang Island but now we have shifted to Sunway Hotel. i am a frequent customer at sunway hotel seberang jaya as it is one of the very few business hotels in the area. previously, the hotel was really old and very much in need of a makeover. the hotel completed the renovation this year and the newly renovated rooms are much better designed and more comfortable than the old rooms.

The location was great. Near to the shopping mall. Just a walking distance. In front of Victoria Station, mamak stall, banks and a lots more just by walking. Nice room, they have upgraded it and I really enjoyed the stay at the sunway hotel seberang jaya. The staffs also are very helpful, friendly and it's recommended to all to stay here. You won't regret!

sunway hotel seberang jaya is the best hotel in the area for both business & leisure. the location of the hotel is superb. next to 2 shopping malls, if one is driving you will find the hotel is easy to access via normal trunk road or highways. the service & staffs in the hotel are excellent. hotel is under renovation now thus can be a bit annoying but i am sure the hotel would be able to provide better service once the revamping work is completed.

Best hotel in Seberang Jaya but then there aren't that many choices when it comes to business hotels on Penang mainland. I've been staying at the Sunway hotel for many years now because of this. However the new renovations have made it more deserving of the title I have bestowed on it. Prices have gone up of course since the renovations completed but it is worthwhile. The biggest improvement for me besides the newer room is the restaurant where they serve breakfast. Previously it suffered from a lack of seating places and it often meant long waits if you are late. It is still the same amount of space but the restaurant now fits more patrons with better use of space and the selection has improved slightly.

Have had the chance to come back to Sunway Seberang hotel and it was, as it mostly was, a positive experience. Check-in as well as check-out was fast and efficient. Rooms at the club floor are simply perfect. Breakfast spread is great, coffee is very good in the lounge. Internet id available in the room as well as in the lounge and quite fast. Bathroom well equipped, so is the room, all amenities necessary for a hotel stay are available. The staff is exceptional helpful, friendly and well spoken in the English language. Sine it is only a few hundred meters to the Sunway Carnival mall the location is perfect; and it is easy to get from the hotel to Prai, it will not take longer than 10 to 15 minutes by car. Will be back again.

It has been a while since we last booked Sunway Seberang Jaya so we were pleasantly surprised to find that the room had been refurbished. We were glad to have stayed here and would do so again in future. Breakfast was include, the spread was small but decent. The only con: there is a strange and strong chemical scent at the lobby, not sure what it could be.

A nice and good hotel to stay which has good breakfast, perfect location. It is convenient for the business travellers to travel around the factories located nearby. Just 5 mins walk, you can access to the shopping mall to find good food and good shopping. I have stayed in a few hotels in seberang perai during my business trip. at the end, I still feel Sunway Hotel is the best to stay simply because it is comfy. The staffs were able to take quick action to solve my problem when i was awakened by the noise from the kids at upstairs in the midnight. I asked for another room and they were able to response and get the new room to me within a few minutes.
