Exceptional”
Nice staff, although price are tricky they listed the price for 12dollars. You think you were got a steal of the deal but when you check in its only for 4 hours (????) You gotta pay extra in cash to able to stay a night as normal. The staff was nice to tried to cancel Agoda ( unsuccessfully) but at least they’re trying to. Also they would allowed to check in early and check out a little late. The room was quite small ( as everything in Vietnam is smaller ) I don’t might becasue i was by myself. AC was good but there is a humidifier or sone source of an air filter machine kept making a spray noise I didn’t know how to turn it off. Couldn’t use the safety box because its was locked and there is no technician for servals hours . The bathroom are clean and the water heater works great. A little confused with the address on the app was the appointed for Covid -19 quarantine , the one open for public are a couple hundred meters away. Overall it is a safe and quite place to stay. A bit better then Motel 8

Good Hotel on a Budget”
The hotel itself is very good and is situated in Dist 7 in what is known as the Korean District. It is a bit out of the main city area but that's accessible by taxi. Staff are always helpful and friendly and I would recommend it.

One of the best hotels for the money in PMH”
I look for mainly three things when I stay at a hotel in SE Asia: a comfortable bed, A/C that works well, and hot water...all at a decent price. This hotel is great for those three things. However, make sure to get a room on the back side of the hotel because the first night I stayed here I was woke up at 1am until nearly 3am from very loud music and screaming girls from some nightclub nearby. Also the breakfast is not worth getting out of bed for because it was not good at all. I suggest skipping the breakfast and eating somewhere else.

I used this hotel as Sunshine Boutique Hotel But, we stayed other hotel of "Sunshine Luxury Hotel" They told me that Sushine hotel group. " But, the different loation and poor hotel condition. It's amazing. I surely booked Sushine Boutique Hotel Phu My Hung. They taken other hotel.

Friendly Place”
I stayed in room 505, a deluxe double room, for 32 USD with breakfast. The room is as advertised, clean and quiet enough and fairly priced. Everything works, except the deadbolt on the door. The view out of the large windows is of the neighboring building. There is the faintest odor of cigarette smoke. Breakfast is a bowl of phố and fried eggs. The staff treated me as well as can be hoped for.

This is a 4 hour rate, not 1 night.”
Please check the conditions carefully. I was reservation from 21st August to 24th August, however, it is a price that can only stay for 4 hours a day. I had no choice so I paid extra and stayed.

Good location in PMH District 7”
The hotel is located within a walking distance to many Korean restaurants. You can choose to mingle and explore the vivid night-life of the area full of Asian restaurants , bakeries, karaoke,..., or you could venture out to other activities on walking street in district 1, which is only 15 minutes away by car. The receptionists and staffs were courteous and supportive. Our check-in and check-out process were quick and easy. One downside was some random noise upstairs on the 5th floor. I think they did some remodeling during our stay. It might not be an issue for any later guests. Overall, we are happy. We went out all days, and always got back to a clean room and a nice bed, thanks to the cleaning staffs. Thank you all for a smooth and safe stay.
