Friendly staff validated our choice”
We chose to stay at Sunrise Premium Resort due to a combination of family recommendation, price, and proximity to Hoi An old town and other tourist attractions. However, we felt our choice was especially validated by our pleasant dealings with the staff, who were all friendly and made us feel welcome. Special mention to Ngoc & Tuyen who looked after us in the Spice Garden Restaurant (where the food was excellent, whether for breakfast or dinner). Shuttle services to Hoi An old town and to Da Nang airport were much appreciated. The Tuong Tailor shopfront was wonderful too, with personable & professional assistance provided by Thi, Mina, Lyn & Thao. Would thoroughly recommend.

High Quality Resort, excellent choice!”
Executive summary : We had a lovely time at Sunrise Hoi An Resort. It is the perfect place to rest and have a good time with your loved one and family. The service is excellent, the rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast Buffet is amazing. Big swimming pools and private beach. Warm towels are provided, the lounge bar is very nice. Fair price. Highly recommended. Pros : + complex is brand new + people are very nice, with a high quality service : welcome tea while you wait for your keys and luggage to be taken care of + Rooms are very comfortable, we had the Ocean Deluxe King Room and we loved the way they designed the room , with a small balcony inside the room and glass doors to enjoy the view. The room was very clean and at evening, they brought us candies and biscuits. We also had a nice welcome-letter from the Management. Bed is very comfortable with big cushions. + 2 swimming pools with chairs all around, warm towels were provided and lifeguards always watching out. + Pool, library, big round chairs where you can lie down and chill + The coconuts are gorgeous, a little bit overpriced though but this is the price you want to pay to enjoy the view + Breakfast Buffet is amazing. Plenty of western and vietnamese food, so many people to serve you and help, they even bring you "real" coffee from the professional expresso machine + Free Shuttle Bus to the Airport and the Old Town + Free gym, free bicycles for rent, tennis court, spa + We paid around 100eur/night, for 2 people and with free access to the beach, swimming pool, activities +breakfast : this is a very fair and honest price Cons : - The shuttle bus could be more often and later in the evening (last one from Old Town to Resort is at 9:15) - Some people might think this resort is not as cute and authentic as the Victoria with its small bungalows. But you can feel the high quality level of this 5-star resort. Conclusion : It's a great deal, dont hesitate.

Great hotel with excellent facilities”
Our family of four stayed at Sunrise Premium Resort after finishing a tour of Vietnam. We wanted somewhere nice to stay for the last leg of our holiday and Sunrise didn't disappoint! My husband and I took advantage of the daily morning yoga/tai chi classes and our two teenage boys went kayaking at the beach in front of the hotel. We also used the complimentary bicycles to explore the surrounding area and the free hotel shuttle allowed us to travel into Hoi An old town also. The facilities were excellent, staff very friendly, there were many options available for breakfast and we all had a relaxing stay. Overall it was a great way to finish our holiday!

Great staff with an amazing private beach ”
My wife and I are on world tour and for my birthday we decided to stay at the Sunrise Hoi An Beach Resort. What a treat. The staff are amazing and everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, the bed was comfortable and the grounds are clean. From other reviews I had read we were concern that the beach at the resort might not be that nice. BUT do not listen to those reviews because they were misleading. What a wonderful private beach!! We spent every day at the beach and there were never more then 25 guests on the beach. For some reason everyone hung around the pools which would great for us. Food and drinks from the resort are a little over priced but a little hidden gem is there is a local that sells beer, soda and coconuts for a great price. We became great buddies during our stay. The weekend seafood BBQ buffet is decent but the unlimited beer during the dinner was a great surprise.

Absolutely comfortable and great resort over all”
The Sunrise Premium Resort is located at the peninsula Cua Dai and therefore in a calm surrounding. The hotel itself has a premium design and the pools are absolutely fantastic with an open view to the sea. The service and staff is great, friendly and always willing to help. If you are looking for a hotel with western standards the Sunrise Premium Resort is one you can go to.

Beautiful resort! ”
We absolutely loved our stay at the sunrise premium. The staff is extremely friendly, and the resort has great facilities!! We were there in January and the weather didn’t really allow us to get into the pool or go to the beach, but we loved the whole ambiance at the resort. It’s about 20 mins cab ride from Hoi An old town, but the hotel makes it SO easy to go to and from the town by offering frequent shuttles for free. All in all, we were super happy with the resort, and would definitely recommend it if your looking to come to Hoi An and enjoy the serenity and relaxation of a resort.

Nice stay, all inclusive, kids friendly.”
This resort was at the end of the busy Cua Dai beach and away from all the hustle and bustle. However, as an all inclusive resort, you dont need to leave the resort for anything! We ordered room service which promptly delivered within 30 mins. Honestly, I felt that the food at the resort was slightly overpriced (as compared to the Hue where I was at before going to Hoi An). However, you must try the Cao Lau (Hoi An Specialty noodles) from this resort, it served the best! and I kept going back for more! Across the road from the resort, there was also a couple local restaurants and laundry shops and places for you to rent motorcycles. The resort also provided frequent free shuttle services to Hoi An Old Town which was really convenient! I stayed at the Garden room which was roomy and nice and had a big balcony. However, the toilet was badly designed and upon showering you would easily flood your toilet and the water may leak into the room. They had better get this sorted out before all the new furniture get spoilt. The pools are really pretty, however, they are definitely not big enough to accommodate for a resort this size. And unfortunately, the beach was not made for swimming so at 5pm, you would have a pool filled with people just lounging around. I had the best massage at this resort, please ask for the Signature Sunrise massage. Remember to book early as this is a very big resort with high occupancy rates and you may not be able to get a slot if you just walk in! In general, this is an all inclusive resort which would have everything you need. My favorite part of all was the spa treatment I had. The resort is around 40 mins away from the Airport.

Nice and relazing resort to stay!”
For those who wants to stay away from city, Sunrise Premium Resort is the place to be. Good breakfast spread, friendly and helpful staff. Like the private beach, really "private" literaly no one is there as most guests were at swimming pools. Recommend to take all in package as it was really worthy. Free shutter bus to Hoi An Ancient Town. Is safe and reasonable price to take grab in DaNang and Hoi An.

it's what it says on the packet!”
The Sunrise is a good resort hotel. It is tucked away from the main part of Hoi An but there is a shuttle bus (book well in advance they fill up quickly) or a taxi ride is only 5 USD into town. Breakfast is good but crowded and often the only tables available are in the glass extension which can get very warm although they do try to alleviate it with fans and air conditioning, also it finishes early for a resort hotel (10am).The international restaurant is not much used either at lunch or dinner probably due to the disparity between prices in hotel vs outside. We ate a huge meal for 4 with beers and soft drinks at the café opposite for 27 USD whereas a meal in the restaurant of the hotel worked out around 60 USD and the food is typically bland and international. The only other thing is that the hotel is dead at night so if you like a lively hotel in the evening this isn't for you but again Hoi An had plenty of nightlife.

Beautiful resort”
this resort is a newly built resort located on the beach in hoi an. we stayed in a delux room room which was lovely, clean and comfortable. the verandah overlooks the pools and ocean and is a great place to relax. there are 2 pools which are lovely. breakfast, which was included has a large selection of food, which should please everyone. they have a shuttle bus which runs regularly into hoi an centre and they also provide a shuttle bus to the airport. the tour desk is great for booking sightseeing tours and they use hoi an experinece for tours who were fantastic. the staff at the resort are super friendly and add to the pleasure and enjoyment of the stay at sunrise resort.

Luxury with fantastic pool and beach”
got this hotel for cheap on agoda, luxury hotel which made our stay in hoi an all that much more difficult as we wanted to explore both the town and the hotel but didnt have time for both. rooms are beautiful and large, staff are great, there are two awesome pools and a private stretch of beautiful beach with water sports available. it is actually on cua dai beach about five minutes away from hoi an but the hotel provides a shuttle bus at various times of the day. you could come just to hang out at the hotel alone.

Paradise Found”
This was our first time to Vietnam and previously being a Travel Agent I’ve been very fortunate to have stayed at some amazing properties. The Sunrise Premium Resort is stunning. Located far enough out of the historic village of HoiAn to offer peaceful relaxation, but close enough to indulge in the history by way of a 15 min free shuttle ride. The 2 infinity pools are definitely the hero of this resort. Ample sun lounges surround the main pool sheltered from the sun. Whilst the 2nd infinity pool located on the sand is for those aged 12+. Again, ample sunlounges & daybeds on the sand with a convienant bar.....no need to get up from you lounge, a call button is provided to notify the staff that their assistance is required. The staff here are truely lovely. The rooms are beautiful, all with a view. If your looking for a break that’s not expensive but you’ll still say “WOW” when you arrive, this is the place! 😁

A GEM OF HOI AN”
We are a family of four with two grown up children. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunrise Hoi An Beach Resort Villa 10. It was a celebration of my daughters 19th birthday and my wife's 50th birthday and the attentiveness by management and staff was very much appreciated. The progression of structural work of the beach affected by the typhoon was brought to our attention, prior to arriving and also on arrival at the hotel and every effort was made to enable our experience and celebrations to be with minimal disruption, and it helps to have an understanding that there was considerable devastation of the beach and infrastructure. This is high end accommodation prices, but worth the indulgence if you can. Thank you for a memorable stay.

R&R time and fun time- best of old and new Vietnam”
Had 7 nights and wanted longer. Realised too late that 4 nights in hcmc is too long- (2 is enough) and could have added these to our stay at sunrise. We loved it! Upgrade to a suite for more space if you can afford it but make sure you try for top 2 levels- stay away from ground unless you like the garden aspect. There are little things about the hotel ( yes some of the finishes are not western top shelf standards) but we have stayed at many 5 star hotels and found quirks and similar issues. Service is friendly and helpful. expect warmth and humour in general. There is just something that makes this place a good chillin place. The highlight was cycling into hoi an- book at reception. Shuttle is also good but if you want ease of exploration in and out of hoi an and along the coast- hire a scooter from the guys across the road from sunrise! This made our trip. 5 days we hired the bike -approx per day. well worth it for afternoon tea in at the cargo club! Make sure u get a seat outside.

great location, modern and airy hotel”
we had a lovely stay at this hotel, it is contemporary fusion asian decor. The public areas are airy and large with fantastic views over the beach area and ocean. The rooms are spacious and have a luxury feel to them. The staff are all very friendly and will go out of their way to help you. Spoken English of most staff is very good, however we did have a few problems with the room service staff when trying to explain about allergies, despite ordering food without onion (allergy) and explaining the seriousness of the allergy, all food appeared with onions in, it was sent back and new food was made. With a bit more English training this could have been avoided. The shuttle bus runs regularly and is very convenient dropping you off in town, Hoi an is very close and I we did all tours ourselves. There is a $5 ticket you can buy to get into 5 temples/houses of your choice. Food at the hotel was very good and breakfast was excellent, one of the best I have had at a hotel. All food and drink was high standard and very tasty, all the best brands were on offer. The buffet was a bit pricey but again very good quality food and definitely could not complain, even with food allergies I managed to get plenty to eat. Staff would make special food up to accommodate me. sun beds were plentiful and we did not have any trouble getting beds in the morning. There should be a shop on site that sells drinks and snacks. The only down side to our stay was a corporate event that was on during our stay, you may want to check no such events occur during your stay. As it did effect the peace during set up and the event. However this still has not effected my view of the hotel and what it has to offer, I would stay here again. It is perfectly located offers excellent accommodation at a very very reasonable price. we were going to stay at some of the more expensive hotels in the denang area, I am so glad we chose the Hoi an area, Denang is nothing to write home about and is a little scruffy.

Great Hotel in Hoi An”
We stayed for 7 nights in late August. From the hotel car pick up in Da Nang to the our departure to Hue we could not have had a better time. What really impressed us was the level of service from all the staff. This extended from the seafood BBQ where the manager Hung was so polite to one of his team, Tung who was able to name all the dishes on the menu. In the Lounge Bar, we were impressed with one of the managers, Vien who explained how the hotel ran a program to train disadvantaged youths in the hospitality industry. Last but not least was the front of desk manager Hieu, who from the moment we checked in was engaging, funny and very helpful with his local knowledge. The hotel is on Cua Dai beach and is a 15 minute shuttle to the old town of Hoi An or 100K Dong ($5 with tip) This was our second trip to Vietnam and by far the best hotel we have stayed in. Highly recommended

Great Service and beautiful 2 bedroom villa”
We enjoyed our stay at Sunrise Premium. We stayed in a two bedroom villa with four adults and two kids. We did have to pay for one extra bed and one extra breakfast but the price was very reasonable. We enjoyed the extras that came with the villa including breakfast at the Lounge, tea every afternoon, spa services for four adults, and free mini bar. The staff was very helpful. It was easy to get a taxi to the ancient part of Hoi An every night.

New resort with nice pools”
I stayed at Sunrise Hoi An resort for 4 days. I enjoyed my stay. The room is not spacious but enough for 2 people. The most selling point of Sunrise Hoi An is its pools. They had pretty nice 2 pools, nearby the beach. I went down to pool and beach every single day. The only cons is its buffet. I had seafood buffet dinner there, but choice was really limited. Additionally, it was not close to Hoi An ancient town which was sometime inconvenient for my family

Great value for a 5* resort”
Overall, I think Sunrise Resort is very good value. I paid SGD 160 / night, which is very low for a 5 star hotel. Additionally, the restaurants, spa, etc were 1/3 the price of what I'd expect to pay in a 5 star hotel. Other highlights are: very good spa – skip the cheap stuff in town and book massages here every day, nice pools, the beach is fantastic, staff speak good English and service is top notch. Not so good: the hotel is overrun by groups of Chinese tourists. If you're comfortable with an idea of a random guy coming over and pick things off your breakfast table without saying a word or gentlemen "talking" outside your door at midnight, while standing about 30 meters away from each other, or sharing breakfast area with people who have very different ideas about acceptable personal space, then stay at Sunrise. If this kind of stuff bothers you (it does me), then check out nearby resorts.

Our wrong choice”
It was quite a nice modern hotel, nice equipped, great room conditions & cleanliness. But then among numerous resorts in Hoi An, we decided to stay in the coastline area since our target is to enjoy the beach as well as bikini photo shooting. Apparently there was no "private beach" as stated, we went to the "hotel's beach" and there was like 100 local people was swimming, yelling, playing football and selling street food so there was nothing we could do, neither relax at the beach or do our shooting. I asked the staff and the answer was they doesnt own any beach area, it was just a shared place with the locals. Apart from that everything else was very good. But overall we did not reach our target for this vacation and the hotel itself named Beach Resort so it should have a beach i suppose. Anyway, it still depends on what you are looking for, if its not the beach, this one is a good choice.
