Great stay for family! ”

Our host was very helpful and hospitable. She responded very quickly to messages. The house was clean and very spacious. It was a safe environment and family friendly. Near airport. Recommended stay while in Ho Chi Minh.

Exceptional”

Some of them are not the right image. 3 room apartment image was 2 bedroom apartment image which I'd like to choose. Better to contact the host to choose the room that you like among the photo. I liked the view and the convenience store but have to walk a little to go to restaurants. it seems secure because without a tag card can not even use the lift. The swimming pool is tiny and it on the second floor and the view isn't that nice it's a rusty warehouse view. It won't take that long to go d1 by grab and if you mind the noise from bui vien walking street d4 is one of the options you can choose. The managers are helpful. Special thanks to them. ;)

Family trip in Saigon”

Great, safe location, spacious room for our family, also there is swimming pool and gym, minutes walking distance to many restaurants and street food, near by center of saigon district 1 with just few minutes of taxi ride. Management is nice and fast respond whenever I need room service. Highly recommend for anyone or couple or family with kids

Hotel is in district 4, just on the outskirts of the City Center. The room we had was clean but the bedding needs to updated. The kitchen cutlery & appliances need to be cleaned & updated. Was too worried to use them. Also not enough hangers or to hang clothes out after washing & no pegs either. Disappointing. Staff were okay.

it's not a Service Apt. you expected”

No counter and no service when you need help. This so called service apt. is not really on its own, its property hides here and there in some other Tresor apt, who's not willing to help non-customers. I need to asked for other people's front desk to contact for you (obviously they're unwilling) and the response from my apt. service lady is always : you go to the wrong building. It happened when I checked in and when I went back for luggages (even at my own apt lobby, I was accused of going wrong building AGAIN!) Really not a pleasant experience.

Disappointing ”

Hardest beds we have ever slept in! Left over toiletries eg toothbrushes and used soap bars from previous guests. No fresh soap or enough toilet paper.

Worst service apartment... force to change unit everyday throughout my 3 days of stays there. If you don't compromise they will cut off the power and water in your unit...

安排的房間，與原本的不一樣，浴室燈是感應的三分鐘自動熄滅，是要嚇死人嗎？這樣的房間還詪我們住了兩晩才換了另一間更糟的，房間沒有床只有床墊在地上，客廳只有沙發，臉盆不塞了，反應後還回覆是我們同意換房的，真是糟糕的住宿環境。 The room arranged is different from the original one. The bathroom light is automatically turned off after three minutes of induction. Is it scary to death? This room still gave us two stays before we changed another one. The room had no bed. Only the mattress was on the floor. The living room only had a sofa. The washbasin was not plugged. After the response, we agreed to change the room. What a bad accommodation.

3베드룸 객실을 이용했습니다. 화장실도 2개고 거실도 있어서 많은 인원이 사용하기 편리했습니다. 욕실엔 샴푸와 바디, 세탁실엔 세탁기와 세제가 준비되어 있고, 각종 조리도구도 갖춰져 있습니다. 수영장은 키즈풀과 성인풀이 나뉘어 있습니다. 옆 건물인 ICON56보다 깔끔한 느낌입니다. 인민위원회 청사 앞 광장에서 도보로 15분 정도 걸립니다. 저녁 시간에 산책 삼아 걸어갔다 오기 좋았습니다. 인터넷도 잘되고 스마트TV도 갖춰져 있습니다. 불편하거나 궁금한 점은 집주인에게 카톡하면 금방 대답해줍니다. 다음에 호치민에 온다면 이 숙소를 다시 이용하고 싶습니다.
