The Hotel is near the Japanese town, there are too many Japanese restaurants, bars and service shops, include bad places. If you can speak English or Vietnamese a little, it's very good hotel for you.

Great hotel with few problems ”
Hotel is in great location, new and staff is very friendly. A few issues 1. The shower hot water is very weak to non existent after 12 midnight. 2. The music at the corridor can be disturbing in the morning 3. Cleaning staff doesn't change the bedsheet even after you instruct them to, maybe instructions not passed correctly to them.

Impolite front desk staff”
The front desk staff was very impolite. I lived in this hotel with Vietnamese girlfriend. The front desk staff thought my girlfriend was a prostitute and made very impolite remarks to her. If a hotel allows staff to make such comments on female customers, I suggest that the hotel should be closed because they should not exist in the service industry at all.
