Close to SM Lanang ”

I and my comrades stayed on this Hotel for 4 days for our Convention which was held at SMX Lanang. We booked 2 rooms. This Hotel along Mamay Road is surprisingly very close to SM which took us only 10 minutes to reach by walking. Taxi to SM Lanang would cost an average of Php 50-60 pesos only. There are lots of Restaurants in front of the Hotel but most of them operates at night time only. 7 Eleven store can also be found just around the corner. Mc Donalds and Pancake House is just a 3-minute walk from this Hotel. With regards to the Hotel Room, it is clean, spacious and each bed has 2 soft pillows each, a plus for me because I love snuggling pillows. The bed's foam is also comfortable, not too soft and not too hard. There is a Large TV, probably a 32" provided in every room. An electronic safe is also available. There is a Hot and Cold Shower but unfortunately, ours only worked for one day. (Room 115 at the ground floor). Toiletries are replenished daily and also the bottled drinking water. There is WiFi available in every rooms. Breakfast is also provided and we were surprised to know its a buffet breakfast. Although choices are limited to around 4 to 5 dishes only, but the food they serve are more than enough to fill our tummies. There's a bread corner, Fruit selection, and Juice station where you can choose from 3 variants, Orange, Pineapple or Mango. Should you prefer to have a Coffee or Hot Chocolate, just inform the waiters and they will give it to you. I can say this hotel is perfect if you plan to roam around Lanang Area or going to Samal Island as this is close to the port. This is also close to Francisco Bagoy International Airport ( 15 minutes) .

Superb Place to Stay”

My friend and I went for a mountain climbing in Bukidnon after 4 days in the mountain we are so tired and are so looking forward to stay in a nice place.. upon checking online we found a nice deal from Agoda and manage to book it right away on the same day.. The Hotel is in perfect Location, near to restaurants and shops, as well as not far from Davao airport. The Staff is the best! very helpful and accommodating. The Bedroom is very clean, Beds are so comfortable and the size of the room is really good. Breakfast is included in the price and it was a good Buffet with fresh fruits.. Over all we Love the place. And we will com back for more!

I Enjoyed My Stay!”

Rooms and the whole hotel are clean. Staffs are kind. Nice location, 5mins away from SM Premiere Lanang. Easy to take taxi, the guard will help you. Wifi is very poor, it cannot even reach the rooms. If you want to access wifi you have to stay at the lobby. Breakfast is so so... There is a massage parlor at the second floor of the hotel. I tried it and I am satisfied. Attendants are all good and kind.

Friendly staff, clean room”

Location is convenient and very near SM Lanang. Different restos are right infront of the hotel serving reasonably priced food. The staff is very accommodating and friendly.

Clean, compact room”

Friendly and helpful staff, in particular, Jowi, Cheney, Lynn and Kim.. Clean & compact size room. Hotel is near the airport and closer to small restaurants. SM mall is 5 minutes by taxi. Breakfast was reasonably good. Not buffet though. Tours are organized at reception. Overall the stay was good and will be return anytime I travel to Davao.

good hotel, value for money”

The hotel is located near a lot of restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets. SM Mall Lanang is on walking distance. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is filipino style but it's quite much you get.

Awesome place”

This place is worth it. Staff was friendly. Wi-Fi worked well (which says something since none of the other places we stayed at had working Wi-Fi) the beds, room and bathroom were nice and clean. There was a safe. It's close to transportation and a lot of food places. Close to the airport and SM lanang.

we will be back”

we were 6 in the group booked in 3 rooms. we arrived early in the morning, check in time is at 12. but since 1 of the rooms was available, they gladly allowed us to have an early check in on the available room. the staff and the guards were helpful and friendly. the place is near restaurants and SM Lanang. the room is spacious and clean. the breakfast was ok.

I love the fact that it is very near SM Lanang and it has also a Vietnamese and several Japanese restaurants nearby. Parking was also a plus since I had no difficulty finding a parking. The room was kept clean. One minor issue though- the flush of the toilet bowl was not working well. Overall, an excellent stay.

Really good except...”

Close to airport, accessible to public transport, close to SM Lanang and other food/ commercial establishments, GREAT staff, comfortable bed, clean room, good quality towels, BUT no internet in room (which is very important for business travellers like me)

Good deal on us!”

We enjoyed our stay, the staff were very accommodating and polite. The room was nice and a very good deal on the price rate without compromising anything. I would like to point out one thing that there was no floor mat outside the shower/toilet. But overall were happy.

Comfortable Stay”

No fuss hotel. Best if you are staying overnight in Davao and need a good night’s rest. They also have breakfast.

Pros: - it’s clean - smells really great, there seems to be a minty scent diffused which i find relaxing - they allowed early check in which was very convenient as we arrived very early in the morning - also allowed luggage storage after we checked out so we could still go out while waiting for our flight - decent breakfast - we loved the onsite spa best, great massage at a great rate! -7-11 on the ground floor - free internet - very comfy beds with comfy pillows - very accommodating staff! Cons - i wish there was a ref in the room, although I understood it didn’t have one because our room was the lower priced one - internet was not consistent, generally ok but it sometimes slows down - hot water in shower is not consistent

Very good budget hotel”

We stayed for three nights. Location is very good. SM Lanang is less than 10-mins cab ride away. there's a 7-11 around the corner and a lot of restaurants across and near the hotel. A 24-hour Mcdonalds is abt five minutes walk away. As breakfast is not buffet, one needs to choose what viand to have the night before. during our stay, there were watermelons and pineapples available. Breakfast is not spectacular but it's not bad either. Improvement needed in the water pressure and heater in the shower. Heat and pressure were almost non existent. Water had to be kept running so as to have a little heat (such a waste of water). There were even times no water came out of the shower, only from the faucet

Hotel doesnt look that brandnew bec walls inside our room were stained already, lavatory tiles in the bathroom still unfinished. Better if you put bath mat before the shower area. hot water in the shower doesnt seem to work at all. Room service was quick. Staff were polite & friendly. Rates are reasonable. Will definitely go back for any davao travels since it is near malls.

Exceptional stay”

I was delighted with our over-all experience of stay in this hotel. As we enter the reception it greeted us with spa smell of the hotel.Very relaxing.The staffs are polite and attentive.The rooms and beddings are clean and pillows are so soft we had a good night sleep. The room is high tech.The only lady staff in the restaurant is very warm,kind and polite in attending our needs.They served a generous amount of Filipino breakfast. I think the only downside is they provide us with wifi password in our rooms but its not working.Only in the lobby.

Pros: near the airport, a mall, lots of resto choices around; clean; accommodating, courteous staff. Has a fridge and water heater! AC works great. Offers free breakfast Cons: a bit far from the city center. For a room good for 3 people; they only offered free breakfast for 2 people
