Exceptional”
We were a couple and two children who stayed here at Mercu Summer Suites from January 31, 2018 to February 2, 2019. The location of the above-mentioned location is easily accessible to tourist destinations in Kuala Lumpur, especially in KL Tower and Petronas Twin Towers and KLCC. We can see KL Tower just outside our balcony and its changing lights are very beautiful, especially at night. Interesting point is Mercu located near the Bukit Nanas station. From here you can go to KL Sentral by monorail and from KLSentral you can travel to all parts of the city by MRT, LRT, KMT ...You can use Hop on hop off bus to go to all attractive tourist destinations in the city. Stop 29 of Hop on hop off bus near Bukit Nanas station. You should call Mercu to notify your arrive time. Mercu Summer Suites staff are very friendly. The room is clean, it has fridge, microwave, induction cooker ... for you to cook. There are some mini supermarkets in ground floor of this buiding for you to buy food and drink

We stayed here in Mercu Summer Suites last Dec. 25 to 30, 2018. The location of the said place was very accessible to tourist spot destinations in Kuala Lumpur, particularly in KL Tower and Petronas Towers. We can see the KL Tower just outside our balcony and its changing lights are so beautiful especially at night. Mercu is also accessible to lrt and mrt since it is near the Bukit Nanas Monorail Train Station. The downside (but not really though) is that the television is not working sometimes and we have to reset the wifi at times too. But the staff of Mercu Summer Suites, particularly Lily and Ridwan, attended immediately to our needs. Overall, Mercu Summer Suites is a good place to stay and I am recommending this accommodation to those travelers who will be visiting Kuala Lumpur.

Wonderful location but be very careful as to who's suite you choose!!”
IMPORTANT! Lengthy but it's important to consider the below info if you decide to stay at Mercu. This review is split into two since we had 2 separate bookings (one booking for 3 nights and another booking for 1 night at different suites). Our first 3 nights were absolutely amazing! Pam and Lilly were managers for the suite we stayed in and the KL Tower was literally in front of us as we stepped out of the balcony. Pam was very helpful and knowledgeable! She made herself available via text/calls throughout our stay. We had many questions for her as it was our first time in Kuala Lumpur, yet she answered all of our Q's (and much more!) with enthusiasm. The suite was very clean, had 3 beds and towels were provided for each guest. In this particular suite we had a safe, hair dryer, tea/coffee, washer/dryer, utensils, etc. I mean all the essentials needed to be at home away from home. This is where it gets interesting. Our final night we decided to stay an additional night, however all the suites were booked that Pam/Lilly were managing. We were referred to another suite manager, her name was Pie (this was not her real name but name that was provided to us. She went by couple different name. Another name was "Lowena"). She was heavy weight of Filipina or Tongan decent. Her demeanor was very dry and rude. She offered us a suite to stay in for 200RM (we paid less for the suite with Pam). The room had a horrible view, one king bed & one "sofa" bed- which were 2 cushions that you lay on the floor (it was 3 of us). No extra towels or sheets/blankets were provided for the 3rd person. The TV didn't work either. As we requested sheets/towels, Pie claimed that she will deliver it to us later because she was busy with another guest. How do they expect us to check-in to a suite with major essentials missing? One Night in Kuala Lumpur”
The hotel was easy for Grab staff to find but quite a distance from airport. Check in worked well as per instructions given us by staff. As there is wifi on the ground floor of the building but only near to the suite entrance. The room itself was very well equipped, beds very comfortable and aircon good. Having the washing machine/dryer was fab after a few days prior in Singapore and we used it a few times. On the balcony we were able to dry some clothes in next to no time on rail as it was so hot and south facing. The hotel had a swimming pool - looked really inviting but we sadly didn't have the time. We went sight seeing the following day and the host looked after our luggage for us in the office, which was really accommodating. In the foyer of the KLCC residences were some really good food outlets and also a nice coffee place where we had breakfast and they had good wifi. Wifi in the apartment worked on 1st night but not in the morning which was frustrating. Would recommend.

Nice and clean room with good view from the balcony. It's quiet near by KLCC, it take about 7 minutes to walk from Summer Suites to central. I got supper good services, support from Mr. Ridwan Adelio - staff of Summer Suits.

Near Bukit Nanas LRT”
The location of summer suites is near bukit nanas LRT. Also, it is near Petronas Tower. The room given to us is very spacious and clean. The staffs are very accommodating. They even let us leave our bags even after we check out.

Recommended place to stay”
This place very recommended to stay. It’s located in the center of the city near many places, such Petronas, KLCC, Kampung baru, etc. But, still affordable price. The staff very friendly. Facilities also complete, but unfortunately the TV at my room can’t be connected to wifi, but the staff gives best response by checking and trying to fix it, although it still didn’t work.

Facilities & Room”
Visitors are not allowed to bathe the swimming pool if you are not wearing a swimsuit. I am very sad and disappointed. But overall, the hotel and room are very comfortable and the bathroom is clean. Enough equipment. You are allowed to cook. Beautiful view from the balcony. The hotel is very close to tourist attractions like KLCC.

A nice place with nice staff”
its's a nice place at strategic area, near from everywhere, near from twin tower, suriah KLCC, bukit nanas station, and also kuliner place named kampung baru... You can also going to places like dataran Merdeka, alor Street, pavilion and berjaya times Square by grab with cheap fare... It's also friendly place for kids, quite place for kids can have a sleep tight without any interrupt, but so sad cause the kids club still under renovation... Ah don't forget with a nice staff who handle us.. Ridwan..! Yes thank you Ridwan for handling us.. You really helpful!!!

Great Value”
We’re a family of 5 with an infant. The place is within KLCC vicinity. There’s an MRT nearby but we opted to take Grab instead. Owner and caretaker were very accomodating. They gave welcome snacks, provided complimentary coffee and tea, 3L of water and laundry detergent. The 1BD unit was really big, you can cook and do laundry. The place was very very clean. There were three aircon units. There’s also a balcony overlooking the city. WiFi was really fast. Definitely recommending this to everyone.

Book Summer Suites Residences Instead”
Vacation Home leaves you waiting in lobby and our room had a broken bed (cheap furniture) that staff said we broke. Booked next two nights at same building but through Summer Suites Residences who have 24hr staff at front desk/lobby. Easy transportation and good location behind Renaisance Hotel and walking distance to KLCC.

Perfect Suites For Vacation Stay”
It was lovely and pleasure staying here with a view of kl tower through suite balcony. Friendly and welcoming representative name Miss Pam provide card and keys for the room.Plus she walkthrough how to use kitchen appliance which is complete set.Washer and dryer are available for laundry.The room is cold enough without open the air conditioner.We only on the ceiling fan. Room is clean and tidy.Wifi available.Tv they use is smart tv.Season Pass upon request which is Rm 15/day. Overall is 10/10.

Nice stay”
Nice view from a high floor, especially at night because of the Menara KL. Towels were provided. There were left overs toiletries and laundry detergents for us to use. KLCC, LRT station (not sure which station) and Hard Rock Cafe is just a walking distance. Wifi is provided! And about the tv, they use smart tv and there isn't any local channel. So if you plan to stay in the room, be sure that you know how to use a smart tv. It shouldn't be a problem if you're always out till late night like us. Just wished that they have room/food service to our door. We managed to reckee the facilities offered there, but sadly time didn't permits us to enjoy the pool there. Perhaps maybe another round of staying there again next time. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Best ever accommodation we had.”
This is a condominium type apartment suite. The place is really clean and cozy. You will definitely feel at home. We stayed here last 17th-19th April 2017. The unit we got has 2 single beds and 1 queen bed. It has a kitchen (with utensils, cookware, plates, etc.) and a washing machine (with laundry soap and fabric softener). It has also a SmartTV and FreeWifi access. The bathroom is also clean and comfortable to use. The place is secure (you need an access card to enter at the lobby) and it has 24-hr. convenience store. The best thing about this unit was the scenic view - you'll see KL Tower right out of your window!

Best and cheap bed ”
I strongly recommend this if you are looking for a bed in a dorm. This unit is actually a condo with doubledecker beds in the rooms. Its really resort living and much better than some 3star hotels. There is also a gymn and a swimming pool on th floor., similar to my condo back home. Kitchen and dining areas are well equiped. Ypu will never regret staying here. Its condo living at dorm price. I will definitely return here for future trips. Thanks Agoda!
