Dirty and staff extremely unprofessional ”
The pictures loaded on this site are misleading. We arrived and there were taken to our room in the most unprofessional manner. There was a stench in the unit that smelt like wet carpet. The carpet and couch were filthy and the kitchen utilities were less than hygienic. There was no toilet paper in the bathrooms. More disappointing was how we were treated by management when we raised our concerns. He failed to come see to it himself and rather sent his cleaning staff to address the problem which was very clearly an issue of deep cleaning the place and not just giving it a scrub. Overall, the place is need of a serious renovation. We luckily found an alternative place to stay and moved out as fast as we could!
