This is my Second visit, the staff wasnt as friendly as my first visit, the car park is limited, need to park at the end of the street, its dark and scary at night. Overall, the stay is still awesome.

It is a quite new and well-maintained hotel. Hopefully the management will keep up with the good work. The facilities are great, especially the gym and pool and library. Me and my boyfriend had a really nice stay in STEG Hotel and a short-break from chaotic life. Definitely will come back again!

Bad management and hospitality”
One of the worst management of the hotel and staff. Stayed and paid for 3 days and 2 nights. The room not even clean as we come for holiday. Back to room with body and mind tired yet the room is not cleaning at all. Calling the housekeeping so many time and promise to come and clean. While waiting for the cleaning to come even went to swimming pool and spent almost 30mins yet the room cant cleaning yet. The parking information also is not feed enough to the customers. Poor management even the hotel can improve with more hospitality. Parking rates are different according to the person who takes in charge

I give 10/10 for the interior and vibe, the only downside for this hotel is their parking spot very limited and even you want to take public transport u need to walk a bit. But overall in term of the room is superb!

The room and especially the toilet is very clean. That’s most important to me. A lot of hotels do not maintained the cleanliness of the room/toilet very well but The Steg is an exception. Good value for money.

Room is exceptionally clean with comfy beds and soft pillows. One thing which surprises me is the toothbrush. To be honest, it's the best toothbrush I've ever used in hotel as it's of high quality without having to worry about the bristles getting off. The only complain is there's no toilet roll in my room and I have to request for it and the bathrobe provided is only one. As my room is just right in front of the lift, it might be a bit noisy when there's someone taking the lift. That being said, overall experience is good. Might come back again in the future.

best hotel for the price range. stayed on some other hotels with similar price in kl but this one was the best. very clean room, smart tv and nice staff, walking distance to lrt. the only downside was the room is not very soundproof. overall, we enjoyed staying here for 4 nights.
