Repeat stayed. Nice room. The staff very considerable since I don't had any cast during check in. Pay by online. The lift can't access parking from the room floor, need to walk a bit to the parking floor. The toilet room and tap in the bathroom need to repair. The furniture need to update elsewhere. Easy to go to mosque and other shop/restaurant. The grab food also ease since can drop at the counter. With the recent price, very recommended for family and business travel even short or long vacations.

Few things need improvement.”

Door knob very hard to open. Aircond need a services, even a full swing at 16degrees celcius still not cold. Maybe 1.5hp aircond not suitable. Please refill toilet paper. Everything else is great, very clean and also provide a mineral water. Check in process also easy.

I booked for 4 nights. When I arrived there are no wifi and TV remote is broken. After a long wait and a bunch of messages, only I managed to get hold of the person in charge. I was told that wifi has been disconnected. Requested to stay for a nite only, and get back my 3night refund. Luckily the owner agreed (this is a plus for the owner). If there is a wifi and the room is touch up a bit (rather look run down), then this place should be good to stay. until then, I guess not

The only plus points are the airconditioning, the water supply to the bathroom & kitchen and the pool view from the balcony. A lot of minus points: Halfbroken sofa Broken washing machine Leaking bathroom sink Poor housekeeping with hair, dust and ants all over. Insecure sliding door to the balcony - big gap exposed even with doors locked! No free wifi as advertised

The room was not ready when I arrived, I finally got to enter my room at 7pm. The room was not clean especially the toilet. I hope the people in charge take note of this, as this place is so strategically located.
