The place is very strategic to pasar khadijah with good staff. They even suggest me another option to stay since i booked a bit later. It just that we found a cockroach in the room probably because of room located near to the lift. Others is superb!!!! They even have free parking :) and convenience for older people.

Book this room on RM99 , i booked last minute 16 hours before check in and choose make a payment at the hotel, overall the room is clean and satisfied to me. Parking is easy and near to pengkalan chepa too.

The price for the stay is very reasonable. We book a room with one bedroom, and there's a mini kitchen and a spacious living room. The facilities provided are very much complete, there's enough parking spot, the area is not too busy on the weekend, there's also a laundry and mini mart nearby! Would recommend it to other people

Room is very big and has a very AirBnB style. Property has a lift so you can easily move your luggage up and down. Property is located right in the heart of Kota Bharu and is walking distance to places such as Pasar Khadijah, Istana Jahar and nearby museums. Facilities in the room were generally ok but could do with some improvements. Toilet door could not close as it was broken. Lack of places to hang towel in the toilet. The stand lamp was broken. However, the property comes with cutlery, a fridge, kitchen top and many hangers. Overall, a very satisfying stay!!!

Everything is good! location at center of the city. Very near to Pasar Siti Khatijah. Less 10minutes ride to famous kopitiam kita. Very clean apartment. Easy to check in and out. Definitely will stay at this apartment again.

KBCP is strategically located in the heart of KB. Easy to find and room is overall clean. I am surprised that there is a washing machine in the room~ Easy check in - collect your key at the laundry staff at ground floor. Will consider staying here again.

-studio apartment very cosy and spacious -fridge, water heater, iron, microwave, all basic things are provided -can easily walk to pasar siti khadijah -weird parking lot, weird lift, the building itself is weird, by still okay -paid parking lot is easier to use than the one provided at the basement, my advice is to pay for the parking, it is worth your money and time
