Very good but with a few flaws”
Location is very good, clean and very big rooms. Overall very good but there's a few flaws which could be improved. Reception desk is always empty. We have no idea who and what no to call for reception services there wasn't any instruction on the touch panel. There was no housekeeping done on the 1st night. The bath gel bottle was also empty when we checked in and wasn't refilled even after housekeeping. Toilet rolls were used up and didn't replenish as well. The aircon is also very noisy and there was a weird clicking sound in the bedroom ceiling. But overall the room is very nice.

the car park is not free. I drive there and I find the 3d2n I was there, I pay lot of carpark fee going in and out. even if I park there whole day and just pay the max per day rate, also not cheap. this fyi If u drive. I love the room, clean. although they forgot to room clean. I will recommend stay there. friendly front desk. Nice pool.

Overall still good and the location is nice. There are few restaurants nearby (walking distance). We were not happy with the safety box because it was locked and the toilet has not be cleaned properly.

Good apartment to stay”
Hotel location is good. Nearest metro station will be KLCC. Nearest shopping ctr is Avenue K.just walking distance. Will stay there again if i go to kl. Only dislike is the housekeeping guy.never wash the toilet and not sure why the toilet bowl always stink. And the other dislike is the toilet. Only 1 toilet for 2 room apartment. The 1st one we get was the toilet at the masterbed room. So we ask for change and was given a toilet in btw 2 rooms..We were lucky as there is still some extra room to change. Other than that the apartment is awesome.. the chinese guy was very friendly and helpful. Npt sure what was his name.

Aggressive security staff”
Do note that there are two reception desks, one manages Star Suites KLCC by LikeHome and the other is just Star Suites KLCC. This review is for Star Suites KLCC. We got the Standard Suites King on the 43rd floor and stayed for 3 nights. It was a lovely, clean, 1-bedroom serviced apartment, with a king-sized bed, full-sized fridge, stove, oven and washer-dryer combo in the combined living/kitchen area (good for longer stays). Close to KLCC Petronas Twin Towers - though might not be that great if you want to get a Grab from Bukit Bintang. I booked this place for the amazing swimming pool (big one on 6th floor and small one on 69th floor) - and sure enough, it did not disappoint. However, we had a very bad experience on the last day which would make me not want to return to this place again. Now, the swimming had a dress code (which is typical for public pools), which states that you cannot use the pool unless you are wearing a swimsuit. I wore a one-piece swimsuit dress (wanted something a bit more modest than a 2-piece bikini). The security guard then told me that what I am wearing is not a swimsuit - to which my husband and I responded that it IS a swimsuit (have worn it at many other hotels in the region with no issues). The security guard seemed to take offense to this (seems he didn't want to admit that he was wrong) and kept eyeing us up while we were in the pool. 5 minutes later, he called for back-up and I got hassled by 5 security guards and the building manager who again insisted that what I'm wearing is NOT a swimsuit. Here I was, a 4 foot something lady surrounded by 5 male security guards scrutinising what I was wearing and treated like a massive security risk. It was a very unpleasant and upsetting experience for me. At that point we just decided to leave as I didn't like the feeling of being stared at while at the swimming pool. Room equipped with facilities such as internet connected TV with netflix and other entertainment sites, utensils in the mini kitchen as well as an oven and an electrical cooking place. Nightmare stay”
From the start trouble with the room facilities.Had to change room.Again things not working.Had to wait and wasted a lot of time waiting for staff to fix problems.They don't seem to check that everything in room is in good working order before giving to guests. No microwave,no dishwasher.Lots of basic items for an apartment hotel not supplied. Will not return.

You will never see the staff, i actually booked this hotel because it was with Ascott, but like a day before my flight they changed name. hotel room was cozy, kitchen and fridge all brand new. I even manage to use the washing machine and dryer! would recommend it for a fuss free apartment. Have a beautiful view of klcc at the pool area.
