According to local law, we must register our Airbnb guests with the building management & local authorities. The hosts and building management have the right to turn away unregistered guests at any time, no questions asked. STRICTLY NO OVERNIGHT GUESTS. 3. ADDITIONAL GUEST who is not prior approved will be charged an additional $10/night. Please inform me before bringing more people. By law i do need to receive a copy of the passport of all the people that will stay in the apartment. This is for safety reasons. You will be responsible for anything that gets damaged, even though it happened because of someone you invited. 4. NO SMOKING and NO PARTIES! EXCESS CLEANING: $ 100 fine, or applicable costs if more, if we find smoking smell in the flat. 5. NO DRUGS and NO Prostitution!

Very neer airport and great view”

This is really a great, worth to try condo if you travell to Ho Chi Minh city with your family. It is very near to Tan Son Nhat International Airport (about 5-10 minutes walking), making you stay away from traffic jam when moving into the airport (I use airplane as main vehicle). The view is also wonderful since you can see a beautiful park around the building. The condo has enough beds for you family (two bedrooms). You can also cook if you have time. The condo is clean and comfort (fridge, air conditioners) and the atmosphere is pure and quiet, making me sleep better at night. 5 stars. Thank you Kevin for being honest and for the great service.

Spacious and peaceful ”

We enjoy very much the peaceful and sparkling cleanness of the apartment. Furthermore, we delight the view toward to the quite road or down to the beautiful pool and green garden. I highly recommend this unit for family pleasure trip or business travel. Our family love the most is the spacious and tidy bedroom together with all brand-new amenities bring us home alike feeling.

空港に最も近いアパートメント”

AM 7：50発の便に乗るため、空港近くでの宿泊を検討していました。 こちらのアパートメントは、部屋から徒歩１０分程度で空港のチェックインカウンターまで行くことができました。空港周辺のホテル、アパートメントの中では最も近いといえると思います。 アパートメントの敷地内には、Take Awayが可能なカフェがあり、炒飯やステーキなども部屋に持ち帰れました。コンビニも目の前にありますし、マッサージや食べ物屋さんも徒歩３－４分圏内です。 部屋は綺麗で清潔で、水のボトルもたくさん用意してくださっていて、快適に過ごせました。 ただ、テレビの設定がよくわからず見ることができなかったのが若干寂しかったですが、私たちにとっては特に大きな問題ではありませんでした。 次回も絶対に宿泊したいと思います！
