Wonderful stay in Auckland”
We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while we were in Auckland. Being so close to the motorway we found we could come and go to our main destination in Green Lane easily and quickly. The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped and a great place to return to each day to have something to eat, relax and have a good sleep. Turns out one of us, years before, helped build the St Martins building, so for him it was a bit of a homecoming. Thank you to all. We would happily return.

Modern, clean, comfortable room ”
We had a really comfortable stay at St Martins Waldorf. We were impressed by how clean and comfortable the room was. The amenities were impressive - 24/7 hot showers, stove, washing machine, skytv, pots and utensils, toaster, microwave, even salt and pepper packets and coffee/tea/hot chocolate - everything we need to make our own meals in the apartment. Some of the counter weren't that pleasant though, which is a shame as it was quiet a wonderful place to stay in Auckland.

St Martins Waldorf Apartments”
Enjoyable, spacious, and relaxing. Very central to walk to the city with young children. Staff were very pleasant and willing to assist in any inquiries we had. Will definitely recommend St Martins Waldorf to friends and family. We would stay again when visiting Auckland. Thank you staff for your hospitality.

Excellent stay”
Great stay close to the city centre. We stayed in 2 two bedroom apartments with views of the ocean they each had super comfy queen-sized bed and 2 single beds. Everything you needed for a great stay was here including a swimming pool and small gym. The only downside is that the pool closed at 7pm and to get in and out of the car park is a shocker and we had a Toyota hatchback 😂But in saying that I would still be staying here every time I visit Auckland

Excellent Accommodation”
I was nervous about the stay as the price I paid for a 2 bedroom apartment in central Auckland seemed too good to be true. As it turned out it was a fabulous price for a fabulous apartment in a fabulous location. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I hope to stay there again with my family.

Recommend”
Would recommend to anyone. We had a conference at the Lanham - which charges well over $300 for their rooms. As a not-for-profit, and with 2 of us, the Langham was a very pricey option. St Martins Waldorf was an excellent alternative at a good price.

Great Central Auckland Apartment Hotel”
Enjoyed our stay here. We had a 2 bedroom Superior Entrapment on the top floor which had a great view of Auckland City and the sky tower. The room was spacious and was clean and tidy. If you don't have a car central downtown is a bit of a walk (down the hill) so if you want absolute location to the harbour and main shopping you may consider another hotel. However, we were very happy with the apartment and I would stay here again. Please note, the secure carpark located below the hotel is ridiculously narrow and EXTREMELY hard to navigate. The ramp going down has a VERY TIGHT left turn before you enter the security gate. We managed in our small rental vehicle but if you have a large vehicle you could be in for one hell of a challenge..! I think the hotel really should have been a little more sensible in the design of this access ramp. aPART FROM THAT IT WAS ALL GOOD.

Brief stay but fun”
My mate and I chose to book our stay at St Martins Waldorf Apartments due to the location and the price. We booked 2 bedrooms apartment and we were very lucky to be allocated on the top floor as we were able to enjoy the city and the harbour view. The apartment was clean and spacious. Location is handy to walk about 15 minutes to the city centre or 5 minutes to the happening K road. Staff were friendly. For the price you paid, don't expect amazing facilities as if you're staying at the Langham Hotel across the road and we were fully aware about it. The long and the short of it, we had a great stay.

Great Location & Accomodating Staff”
stayed at St Martins Waldorf Apartments for 4 nights with my family (8 adults & 1 child) in 2 corner 2BR Superior rooms both located on the 16th floor which are both spacious and with convenient amenities (dishwasher, washing machine, TV, ref, microwave etc.) like we are just back home. Thankful also for the reception staffs (Filipino ladies) who are very friendly & accomodating to our concerns & requests. Location is very near multiple bus stops.

Comfortable beds but low on amenities”
The St Martins Waldorf advertises itself as a 4 star apartment complex but from the experience my friend and I had of the place, that's a pretty ambitious rating. Unlike other apartment hotels I've stayed in, the SMW really is an apartment complex, full of short- or long-stay residents, mostly students from the nearby University of Auckland, and this means accommodation is essentially all you get Entering our two bedroom apartment, we discovered that one of the beds was liberally sprinkled with dead insects, that the fridge in the kitchenette smelled strongly of spoiled milk and that the sliding door to the balcony didn't latch. As we were on the 13th floor and Auckland is a windy city in the middle of gusty weather, this meant that our lounge area was noisy and drafty for our two night stay - in late summer, blankets were needed to sit on the couch and watch TV Location wise... eh, it was ok. As stated, the SMW is in the University district so it was a ten minute-ish downhill walk to get to shops, restaurants and entertainment and a twenty minute-ish, reasonably steep walk back Look, our beds were comfy, the shower was clean, the TV turned on... if you're after a place to lay your head at the end of the day, the SMW is probably fine. But having stayed in a different, much comfier two bedroom apartment at the other end of the Auckland CBD for a cheaper price, and being the sort of traveller who enjoys things like a functional swimming pool (the SMW had one, but full of bugs and leaves, and keenly overlooked by the apartments on one side of the building) or a nearby cafe or an entertaining neighbourhood, I wouldn't stay at the St Martins Waldorf again (special mention must be made of Pedro, the night manager on our last night in Auckland - he arranged for our airport pick-up in the morning and for our wake up call, and rang through to our room to confirm that everything was settled - great, no-drama service)

Large rooms in a great location”
We enjoyed our stay at St Martins Waldorf. The room was spacious - we had a 2br serviced apartment. Their check-out time is a little early (10am) but they accommodated us a bit while we were running late. I'd definitely go back.

Luxurious, comfortable and great view”
The guy that checked us in was lovely and had good knowledge of local restaurants, his customer care was perfect. I wanted to check out the gym facilities 15mins before closing and he said it was ok to take my time. I appreciated this as I had a full on day and wanted a workout. We loved the clean modern rooms and will stay next time we're in Auckland.

Good value apartment, not too far from city centre”
I was pleasantly surprised. The apartments are large, with a washing machine, cooker etc. About a 15 min walk from the SkyTower and city centre... a bit of exercise after a large meal! Staff were friendly enough... We only stayed 1 night, but if we had been in Auckland for longer the use of a kitchen etc would have been very useful. We had a 2-bed apartment that was less expensive than single hotel rooms at hotels in the same area.

Situated in the city center next to university, easy to travel around Auckland. The room is very big and equipped with everything we needed.

Great Place in Auckland”
Room size is generous. Generally clean and tidy. Staffs are friendly. 5-10 mins walk to the centre of Auckland downtown. Parking is a problem especially if you have a higher car such as van and suv. It was a lovely place to stay and highly recommended.
