Cons : previous guest yg used the room smoke. So when we enter the room, strong smell of cigarette. 2. The kettle can't use bcoz it use plug from China? No adapter to insert to the plug. Swimming pool buka lewat Pros : bilik luas, got WiFi & android box, washing machine & microwave function well. The soap & shampoo had good smell

I love facility in Platinum. You can cook, storage, even cleanup your own clothes. For the one bedroom also not bad. Even they give only one pan, but its very satistified. This is my 2nd time book.

We have a very pleasant stay for our short getaway here. The room is very spacious, perfect for family with kids. Kids love the bathtub so much. Near to popular landmarks such as Saloma Bridge, KLCC and you can find fabulous street food from Kampung Baru also. Staff is helpful to and kind to response to your queries. Overall recommended!

Not a fussy traveller but I got to say this place is in a bad shape. Absolutely not worth the price we're paying for. There were dents into the wall of the bedroom - like bad dents. The place reek of cigarette. The sheets were moudly, and it feels itchy to lie on. The kettle is dirty. If not for the fact that I'm travelling with 2 very young children and had reached there really late in the night, I wouldn't stay on. The condition was so bad we didn't even sleep in and checked out super early in the morning even though we had checked in arnd 1am. The good of this place would prolly be just the view of the twin tower. But, I believe there would be many others with a better view and better value. Oh, I wanna highlight that altho Agoda put on my booking that I'll be charged thru credit card online, I have been asked to pay in cash when I arrived. A rude shock as I did not prepare for that at all. After I managed to squeeze out the payment for the room for the night, I was told to give a security deposit of Rm 200 as well. Even tho I managed not to give the deposit eventually, this is totally ridiculous! Other places would have accepted holding card payment or foreign cur that you have. Bad.
