We had an amazing stay, From the first step into Camps Bay South Beach Boutique Hotel. It was magical... a dream come true....Front line reception and staff welcoming us with a pleasant smile. The ambiance of tranquility just lifted our spirits after Lockdown into Covid..Excellent Health protocol in place with hygiene being No 1. We had an amazing stay. Excellent Location with the most spectacular views. Hospitality of every staff  must be commended from Management, Reception, Housekeeping ,IT, Night Staff. Excellent service with a smile with all of them. Monique made my week by offering me a complimentary upgrade to Delux Plus. It was a Delightful haven tranquility. Kerry and Christine ensured we were halal friendly. Assisted with where to go and what to do... Our Highlight which the ladies  booked for us was our Whale watching sea trip was breathtaking.....with Southern Right Charters I have recommended it already to my nearest and dearest who have already asked me today for info

We stayed at South Beach Camps Bay Hotel for our last night on our 10 day South Africa trip (East - West Coast) and it was the perfect way to end our trip. The location was perfect (few mins walk to restaurants) and the room itself was fabulous. This is rather a boutique apartment - we had a kitchen room, living room, king bed and bath with Jacuzzi tub. The fridge was stocked for breakfast the next morning and they brought fresh croissants and a baguette. As we love to cook, we loved their version of breakfast.

South Beach is a fantastic hotel - we were there on our honeymoon and they upgraded our room and left complimentary treats! The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was on the top floor and had an amazing view. The hotel is in a great location - we were driving most of the time and it was easy to go to and from. It is also in a great location in Camps Bay, it is easy and to walk to and from the main area/beach. We would definitely stay here again!

We recently spent a night at South Beach Boutique Hotel. The hotel is beautiful and the room we had was on the top floor with a fabulous balcony and view of the Atlantic Ocean. We had tickets for a show at the Theatre on the Bay. The Theatre is two doors away from the hotel so very much walking distance. The hotel is also a short walk from VictoriaRd where all the eateries are. Breakfast is in your fridge and you prepare it based on what you asked for to be in your fridge. Fresh bread and croissants are delivered to your room in the morning.

Wow -- I had high expectations of South Beach having seen the photographs and read some reviews but our stay was beyond my highest expectations - it was wonderful and people went out of their way to be helpful - they certainly go that extra mile... Our room was fabulous in a perfect environment. Actually the weather in Camps Bay wasn't great every day but it didn't matter as our place was so super to stay in...

My wife and I went there for our honeymoon for 5 days.. The hotel was very clean and the staff was amazing.. The only downside of the hotel is that it doesn't have any restaurants inside. However, the location was fantastic just 5 mins walk to the atlantic ocean, a great sandy beach with too many restaurents (you will regret it if you don't try the ostrich.. its a MUST).. so you will not feel this disadvantage.. The people in this area are very nice you could easily see the positve energy in their eyes.. CAPE TOWN, CAMPS BEACH IS THE BEST PLACE TO VISIT WORLDWIDE IN MY OPINION..

Stayed here 6 nights and could not have been happier. Room was modern and well appointed with a great kitchen area. Fresh bread and croissants delivered every morning and the fridge was stocked daily with food, soda, and snacks. It was so great making a little breakfast every morning in the morning! Staff and front desk was amazing! Wifi was fast without any issues. Facilities were clean and kept up, great rooftop bar and pool area to watch sunsets over the ocean. Hotel is easy walking distance to the beach, lots of restaurants, bars, and a convenience store. Getting to Cape Town and the waterfront was a quick and easy 15-20min drive. Couldn't not recommend this place more, would definitely stay here again when we are back in Cape Town!

The location was fab, just a few meters to all that camps bay has to offer and easy to get to cape town and down to the Cape of good hope. Rooms were superb. Stayed here mid way through our trip so we used the washing machines to clean our laundry. Perfect all round, highly reccomend!!

Fabulous hotel in gorgeous Camps Bay”

Had a fab stay at South Beach. Excellent attention to detail and great team. Great location, 2 small but great pools and lots of sun loungers. The room was very large with excellent decor and furnishings. I think this is the place to stay in Camps Bay. I'll be back!

Perfect place to stay while visiting Cape Town.”

Beautiful apart Hotel at one end of Camps Bay Beach. Our Classic Suite was lovely. Huge room with King size Bed, Deep bath and raindrop shower. Balcony over looking the Beach. When the Hotel email you before you arrive, asking whether you want a Feather, microfibre or Memory Foam pillow..... you know you're onto a winner. Really enjoyed our 3 night stay. Thank You.

Best boutique hotel! ”

My stay at South Beach hotel boutique was too awesome. The hotel is definitely a 5 star, i would give more stars if i could as it exceeded my expectations. Very clean, amazing staff, good food and the views of the sea are just to die for. They were prepared and made it a priority to make sure their guests are safe as we went during level 3 of national lockdown due to the pandemic. They had all the safety measures in place.. Big ups to them, our stay was too awesome, will definitely be coming back.

South Beach Camps Bay Feb 2019”

Ideally situated near to the restaurants of Camps Bay, yet not too close to be disturbed by noise. Friendly staff. Nicely sized rooms (much bigger than hotel rooms) and all you need for breakfast. I’ve been to Camps Bay a few times now and can’t seem to find anywhere better or better value to stay.

Really fantastic time . Stayed end of October and begining of November for three nights . Stayed room 19 which had everything we needed including great view. Pool area was ideal, small but very comfortable and peaceful... all non alcoholic drinks free at bar area which was great . . All in all have stayed in some great hotels and would recommend this accommodation to anybody heading to Camps Bay

Magnificent location, facilities and staff”

Sometimes you find a great location but the hotel just doesn't live up to the online hype, or the staff fail miserably at customer service. This was NOT one of those times!! The hotel and location are magnificent and the staff, especially Kelly and Cristen, made the stay memorable. This condo style apartment hotel stocks your fridge each day with breakfast treats to have on the balcony or in your kitchen. Salmon, German sausages, fruit, yogurt, muesli and fresh juice ... whatever you fancy. And every morning warm croissants or baguettes are hung on your door to have with breakfast. The room was pristine, spacious and the bathroom huge with quality Charlotte Rhys soaps and goodies. The fluffy white gowns were just the thing to snuggle in on the balcony, watching the sunset and the sea from your room. Mentioning the compliance to Covid protocols sends almost rude, but they are all there 100%, so health safety is assured too. All in all, my birthday long weekend away was 10/10 and the ladies attended to every request with smiles and a great attitude. I even received complimentary flowers and birthday treats .... because that's just how this boutique hotel does things. You won't be sorry. Modern, magical and magnificent!

Excellent location and home away from home. ”

Great friendly staff. Really cool set up with your own kitchen stocked daily with basic food items. Truly a home away from home with a condo-like experience with hotel-type services. Location is excellent, just a few steps to the ocean and two blocks from the main street in Camps Bay. Pick and Pay food store very close plus an array of restaurants, coffee and ice cream spots. Easily accessible to Hop On Hop Off bus for exploring or Uber is super easy. I definitely would stay here again.

Great accomodation in Camps Bay. Lots of good bars and restaurants nearby and easy to Uber/drive anywhere else in Cape Town.

Amazing!”

My husband and I stayed here on the last stop of our honeymoon and it was amazing. The hotel kindly upgraded us to the top floor where we could view the sunset and relax in peace. Being centrally located in Camps Bay meant we could pop out for coffees, breakfasts, drinks and dinners. Alternatively as we had our own kitchen we could stay in and make our own meals, which was a simple luxury after 2 weeks of meals out in restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and we look forward to returning.

This was an excellent fab place to stay. Very nice everything. Quality all the way. Very friendly staff throughout. Everybody knows a smile costs nothing. Food for breakfast was fab. Room, toiletries and towels all 5 star. Bed was so food i bought one. Hassle free home away form home stay. Will refer to all friends who want to spoil a loved one. Fantastifabulous. Thanks guys. I will surely be back. Small parking bay a bit difficult but hey this is Campsbay and we know space is limited. A good seafood place around the corner. Primi also very good for breakfasts. Pity it was not summer cause the pool would be nice. Construction opposite sight at the moment but not South Beach's problem. Further I think a 1000 letter review is really rediculous on Agoda and I think they will not get any from me in the future as all can be said in a few words. Clean and great location, safe and very friendly staffs plus they provide bicycles for free and we took the electric bicycles out and cycled along gorgeous camps bay beach. Lots of great restaurants and pick & pay(supermarket) nearby.
