Amazing hospitality, the hosts are so welcoming and friendly!!! The view from the hotel is exceptional, and the hotel is situated close to the phong nha cave ticket counter. There are several restaurants and massage parlours nearby.

Super clean room, spacious bathroom, and comfortable bed. During our stay, the room was cleaned and tidied up and we were provided with fresh towels. The girl working at the reception speaks great English and was very helpful. We felt very welcome.
All of our personal belongings were tidied and moved, which made us feel a bit uncomfortable as they&#39;re quite private things. If you don&#39;t like that either, maybe you should mention that during check in.

Can’t recommend highly enough! Hien is amazing and helped us with everything we needed! My boyfriend left his card in the ATM across the street and she saved our lives getting the person out to us right as the bus showed up! Great breakfast every morning and an awesome location right in the heart of everything. Definitely the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in in all of Vietnam as well.

The hosts are incredible, so so friendly and helpful and all with a family atmosphere. Breakfast was great and they went out of their way to meet us at the bus at 4am so we could check in and also be up to see us onto our onward bus, again at 4am one morning. They also helped us book onto a good tour for the caves. Amazingly they even got me a birthday cake with my name on as they’d noticed the date on my passport when we were checking in and bought it up to our room.

Dont buy bus transfer in this Hotel!!!”

Everything was ok - except
Long (guy at the reception) sold us a bus tour to hue. I asked him 3 times where the bus stops - he didnt answer&#47; said in the end: Hue city center - but the bus kicked us out 15km OUTSIDE from HUE (Saying there will come a bus to Pick us up - which never came - expansive taxi to the city needed than)

Good location on the main road in Phong Nha. They let us leave our bags for the day whilst we went out exploring before the night bus to Sa Pa in the evening. Breakfast was okay.
The staff were rude. Very pushy when it came to selling tours to the Caves as soon as we arrived. The guy who was running the place (we think the son of the family) was very unhelpful in providing us info about renting a motorbike. The place lacked communication skills and fun. Wouldn’t recommend. Phong Nha itself was a let down - everyone is trying to sell you a tour and it’s such a tourist trap! The best place is Easy Tiger hostel - friendly, sociable and good, cheap food! We visited both Paradise and Dark Cave, which were both good fun!

-Everything was super clean!!! Bathroom is huge, so toilet won’t get wet after you take shower. -I arrived there at 4:30am, and they allowed to check in at the time. And they also gave me the break fast in the morning.
-Shower water pressure was a bit low. But if you don’t have long hair, it will be okay! They introduced me the cave tour. -But the price was a bit higher compare to other hotel. (I had asked the price to other ppl on the tour.)
