we're from Bandung, arrived quite late and have an expo at a nearby place the very next day. Convenient check in, everything is according to the booking and the room is very comfortable for our stay. I love it and if there's a need to stay at Alam Sutera next time I'll definitely stay here again.

It's a decent stay in the Twin Superior Room. Only the bathroom is quite the downside. The difference in the floor is not that high, so the space in front of the sink is very wet because the water from the shower is tempered.

The room was quite small but just enough for 2 persons. No deposit in front check in, the check in process was fast and simple. I requested higher floor in advance and got the 5th floor which is okay. My only complaint is the breakfast menu, I arrived at the restaurant at 8am ish, and there was so many empty trays. The menu is very limited. There’s no western food whatsoever. But over all I had a pleasant time. Will come back later definitely

Staff is helpful, clean room, but there's smell cigarette smoke when the room is non-smoking, and toiletries only for 1 person tho i order 1 room for 2 persons. For laundry person, better use phone call rather than knocking door in the morning

This is my 2nd time staying here, and i decided to upgrade my room from superior to deluxe well it turns out bad, i mean with a little more extra money but yet you feel the exact experience so why bother? I suggest to pick superior room. And the staffs are supeeeer friendly, they apologize for my inconvenience and brought me a fresh juice as an apology.

Friendly hotel service, my spouse left her wallet in the lobby, containing over 10 million IDR, the staff kind secure it and we was able to get it back unscathed, they process it professionally too. The bed is nice and comfortable, the room pretty spacious. Recommended! Good value for money.

At first my room is very cigarette smells. Then change to another room from different floor. This room AC not cold, and noise from outside road can be heard. Bathroom water feels like it has slime which not pleasant to your skin.
