Simply amazing! From start to finish!”
I spent many hours trying to find the ideal hotel for my family of 8 while visiting Phu Quoc Island. All I can say is I will DEFINITELY come back here again in the future. From the newly built facilities to the comfy of the room, I was beyond amazed of how satisfying this trip turned out to be. The moment our family arrived, Sol Beach transferred us back safely to the hotel with welcoming friendly staffs, likewise in returning. Pool was even more beautiful than in the review pictures, beach was very clean, lights were turned on during nighttime, no way we could sleep out and missing out the fun by sitting at our balcony! Rooms were so beautiful, bed was extremely comfy, guaranteed to make you sleep anytime! Breakfast although needs a little improvements on more varieties to choose from. But beyond all, the staffs were so friendly and nice to every request we may had, I can't say how thankful I am enough for them making my family so happy during this trip. Highly recommend this place!

SUPERB HOTEL! PERFECT STAY and LOCATION!”
Well what can I say, this is the best hotel I think in entire Phu Quoc Island. Our Room was absolutely amazing! The breathtaking view of the sea, glassed bathroom , We got a welcome gift of a bowl of fresh fruits a Vitenamese Hat and SOL Tote Bag, The food was INCREDIBLE. The staff were WONDERFUL most especially Lance the Filipino Manager heading the reception. The pool and how it was designed was something that you would really come back for more, facing towards the sweet and tranquil atmosphere of the beach, mini bar in the pool makes it more interesting and worthy. The cabanas set up for kids are absolutely a plus! My daughter enjoyed every minute of OUR STAY! I was having traveller’s diarrhea this time but my husband and daughter loved their food so much!

Before starting my TET holiday vacation, I decided to go to Phu Quoc and book a few nights in Sol Melia hotel. In general, facilities are ok, the warm beach with a nice sunset also help here! What I loved the most was to be served by Oliver - a guy from Spain who really know how us European like to be treated, he took all over my staying make it very pleasant. Finally, the food there is not expensive compared to other 5stars resorts on the island, but it isn't the best food. My advice is to go out at night to the local market or the centre and have your local meal experience.

Fantastic stay”
We had a very good time at the hotel. We came here for our wedding anniversary and the hotel surprised us with a welcome cake, and bottle of wine! We also received a 20% voucher for Spa and Massage. We stayed at some many hotel before for various occasion and most of them would give a cake. This is the first time we go a bottle of wine! Thanks so much to the hotel staff. Breakfast was nice, and the private beach is fabulous! Nonetheless swimming pool was also big and nice. We could enjoy live band music every night at the swimming pool, fantastic! I strongly recommend Sol Beach house, especially if you are looking for a nice and quiet time in Phu Quoc. We will come again next time.

My wife and I had a fantastic weekend at the Sol Beach House in Phu Quoc. We really enjoyed the food, the pool and the beach. The hotel just recently opened, therefore it's very modern and clean. I would say the staff still needs some training, but this probably due to the fact the place is very new. That being said, we will definitely go back there, and recommend it to our friends.

I spent very good time here. They have Yoga classes by the beaches , all fitness activities which is a big plus. Especially Ngan (the activities manager) is really friendly & willing to make your stay nicer. I joined his Yoga class & felt so satisfied. I stayed for 3 nights and had complains, but very well handled by Service manager. ”
I've stayed and at the first day, untrained staff made big uncomfortable situation to me. so I raised very strong complain to the Hotel. After the investigation, service manager leader started very careful service to me and did his best to compensate all the situation till the last day of staying. Conclusively, I am very satisfied with this proper action from the hotel. I will visit again to take this kind of careful service if I will go to Phu quoc again. (Thanks, Mr. Lance.) Pro: nice swimming pool with center bar, clean room, good A/C, ok breakfast buffet. Location is a little bit far from the center, but if you rent a motorbike is ok to cruise around Phu Quoc island. Con: none. Overall this hotel is great with the money paid for. Good resort for relaxation.

The overall stay was beyond pleasant. The swim-up room is an interesting room that I’d recommend. Positives: fantastic location, only 3km from the airport and 10 minutes to town. And being on the west side of the island, sunsets were spectacular! The room was spacious with lovely views, and the facilities were clean and well maintained. The staff was exceptional! The beach was private and serene with plenty of chairs and beds to relax. The pool was lovely too, but this is where a negative pops up. There just aren't enough chairs and beds, especially under shade, around the pool area. While it's not entirely the hotels fault, guests come down early and place their belongings on a bed and proceed to go breakfast, or worse, back to sleep in their rooms. As a result, all good spots in the pool area are taken by 9am. As someone who enjoys sleeping in, I could never get a spot by the pool. Luckily, the beach was amazing and I was perfectly happy there. The other negative was prices of drinks: 50k for crappy local beer & 170k for mediocre cocktails. With tax & service, this adds up fast!

Sol beach house is quite near the airport approx 10kms. It has a shuttle pickup from the airport at specific timings. Food, ambience, location, beach are excellent and so are the facilities on the property. They need to improve on two things mainly firstly, bathroom door is transparent. Secondly they charge you for everything ie, I lost one key card and was charged VND200k for the same. I guess the hotels in Mui Ne , Dalat, Nha Trang, Vung Tau spoilt me. Also this is a hotel for the well heeled as food is extremely expensive so beware!!

Very good experience in sol beach house, will definitely recommend to others! Free airport shuttle service, smooth check in service, spacious, modern and clean room. All room types facing sea view (subject to avaibility). 5 stars international buffet breakfast from 7-10am. Free activities like yoga, aqua fitness, gym, ping pong available. Friendly staff to call taxi/book tour/even carry your luggage to your room! Beachside pool is amazing! I can stay in hotel all day long! Cons: the hotel situated 15minutes from the town area, around 140k dong/way. Free shuttle service is provided but in limited time schedule. My room was not supplied with towels but the staff responded fast to send me the towel. Overall it’s a very good stay experience. Will come here again!

Everything was perfect. Room was nice and very clean, don't forget to ask the high floor for best view. The staff was helpful and friendly. Located 10 minutes by taxi from Airport, for saving your pocket the hotel provide shuttle bus and it was very helpful. If you want to go downtown or discover a whole island, the hotel can help to rent a motorbike. Great breakfast and live music every night during my stay. I will back here again for staying at PQ island.

I have to wait a long time for check in, late over 2pm without any guidance from receptionist. Just it, everything is good and I will come back this resort if I travel to Phu Quoc again.

Mình đi du lịch cùng bạn nhân dịp sinh nhật anh ấy, chỉ ở đây tgian ngắn thôi nhưng khá hài lòng về cơ sở vật chất cũng như nhân viên ở đây. Vào hôm check in mình mới nhắn với lễ tân rằng hôm ấy là sinh nhật bạn của mình và mình muốn hỏi mua 1 cái bánh kem nhỏ (do đi tìm trên đường không thấy, mình không rành đường mà KS lại hơi xa trung tâm) không biết có thể hay không. Thu ngân xin phép mình một ít thời gian để hỏi lại nhà hàng. Nhưng chỉ vừa lên tới phòng 1 bạn lễ tân đã đt lên nói rằng Sol sẽ tặng bạn mình bánh kem sinh nhật. Rất dễ thương. Về không gian phòng: rộng rãi và thoáng mát, view nhìn thẳng ra hồ bơi và biển, mình rất thích tắm bồn và bồn ở đây thì khá sạch và mới (chắc do KS mới hehe) Nhà hàng SHACK: đồ ăn ở SHACK chủ yếu ăn cho lót dạ ăn bữa ăn nho nhỏ, mà với mình thì cũng khá hợp khẩu vị. Hồ bơi: sạch, đẹp, thoáng, không có cát, nước trong veo, lúc đó cũng ít người bơi mà đa số lại là khách HQ nên thoải mái. Nhà hàng OLA BEACH CLUB: với mình món bò ở đây là một

They are kind and always be nice. The location is a little bit far from duong dong town. And they offer the shuttle bus between town and resort. But If you need to use it, you have to book a shuttle. Otherwise you might get a taxi. Pool is so big and nice. It has great view also. I could see an amazing sunset everynight! If you stay at sol beach house, You could see too!
