Smoke-free hotels in Pelican Island

"The bed was so comfy I could have stayed there forever. I was there for the night and just wanted to relax and sleep. Unfortunately, Lil Jon was at the bar next to the hotel and everybody else was there to party. It was super annoying to be up until 3:30 am listening to my neighbors listening to music, talk loudly and have relations. That had nothing to do with the hotel, though, which I recognize. The room was awesome. The bed was amazing. I had late check out at 1 pm which was super helpful because I needed to nap after my neighbors wild night. Great service and super accomodating. "

"Needed to get out of the place I was living due to it going on the real estate market and it being shown to the public. Also needed to keep 'working at home'. The condo had the perfect place to set up my office workspace and and with a lovely view of the bay. Every staff member I came across was very friendly and helpful. A little thing, but I appreciated the real stainless steel cookware, cooking and eating utensils, real glassware (many rentals use cheap plastic and non-stick). Excellent stay!"

"this is a very good location in tampa at pelican island, close to down town and clearwater and all the beaches. good size room with sea-view, very clean and fresh. complimentary breakfast is ok, but keep in mind this is american and not european standard. the hotel is very close to "bahama brezze" an outdoor restaurant with very good seafood as well as burgers, they have live music for lunch and dinner. "

"I found a bloody booger on the wall, sheets had holes & stained, the mattress had this big black stain on it, the a/c didn’t work, many of the plug ins didn’t work, the table was broke, phone didn’t work, tv wasn’t working at first but we got it. Over all this place should NOT be a 4 star hotel. I rated it 4 stars so people can see this review! If you want luxury hotel DO NOT GO HERE!"

"I would recommend the hotel, but I wouldn’t recommend the shuttle to the airport. We were told we were a priority since we had an early flight. The shuttle had overbooked people and picked up at the Holiday Inn next door and failed to pick up our group. We had to get an Uber and rush to get to our flight. The driver said all he did was drive the shuttle and had nothing to do with the booking process. I think that we should have been told about the overbooking or the shuttle company should have done something to make sure everyone was able to get to the airport on time. "
