"I will not book another say because of the lack of communication I am getting from Agoda. in regards to 233131254, I believe around November 24. An email regarding my issue was sent saying resolved but in reality to me it was not. Can't get a human on the phone and still believe that you are still holding my money and I have no room for these dates. I am very unhappy about this matter."

"We stayed here for 2 nights. We came in very late the first night and got a king bed suite despite having reserved a 2 queen bed suite. The gal at the front desk was super accommodating though and told me to check in with her the next morning to see if a 2 queen bed suite became available. Well there was no need to follow up with her because she called me and let me know a room had opened up. Front desk staff was very sweet and helpful and did what they could. As for other aspects of the hotel, the beds were pretty comfy and it had what we needed. We were also very impressed with the complimentary breakfast which included 2 types of scrambled eggs, breakfast sausage links, waffles, and breakfast potatoes--in addition to the usual fare of cereal, coffee, juice, etc. The cleanliness left something to be desired though, particularly the pull out sofa bed and sheet it comes with. It was gross to say the least. Overall, if I'm staying in the area and want to save $, I'd stay again."

"For the price it was a good stop. Housekeep was very lacking. Put dirty sheets on the bed. Rooms were just so so. Not very big. Older style could use some serious maintenance and updates. Guest laundry is ok for just a quick wash. Listed as a 3 star hotel and I would give it 2.5 stars at the most. The breakfast was good. They kept it hot and replenished. Front desk staff was kind courteous and professional. "

"Didn't expect such a clean and so comfortable suite. Everything was there ready to use and I enjoyed staying close to the school I came for state exam without driving freeways. Very relaxing and felt safe even though I was alone. I've told everyone it's a great place to stay."
