i was not expecting much from a 3 star establishment and unfortunately i got more or less what was expected. Location is certainly not in the city centre unless you like a 3 kilometre walk or drive. taxis almost impossible to get from the hotel. foyer looked quite good, unfortunately English was not spoken. Deluxe room was very small with a strange musty smell, key for the door was impossible to take out of the good old lock, no card entry here, bathroom again small and the shower had NO hot water whatsoever and the air condition sounded very asthmatic and unable to go below 25c. Breakfast on the other hand while not being a buffet style was acceptable for an Asian hotel. We decided to cancel our remaining 2 nights and find another hotel. we were charged for another nights stay by way of compensation and I expected that.

Did not meet standards of three stars hotel, old fashioned room, facilities were very old and not clean too. Wires and cords were not well kept in the storage box. Property has been very old and did not get fresh atmosphere from the stay at all.

Good Stay but quite frankly I would give Loei a miss next time - there are nicer places in Loei province - this Hotel is only for those with a car off the main road into/and out of town

Tidy hotel with fast internet”
Friendly welcome at the front door, not a lot of english but got by. Staff helped us with our bags as there is no lift that we saw. Balcony was tiny but with a nice view. Tv reception was terrible and hot water system not terribly effective. Breakfast had a reasonable selection but everything was cold fron the eggs to the porridge. Its close to the city parks and on the main highway if you're heading to the national parks.

You would think that the hotel would clean up the trash around the hotel. I looked out the window only to see a pile of old stuff left for some time. The breakfast was can I say, at least they gave it an effort to feel you something. But Agoda is to blame, they should not just take in anyone just to make their commission off their clientele. No inspections are made of these hotels. I am ready to dumb Agoda and spread it around.

Ein ruhiges Hotel in ruhiger Lage”
Das Frühstück war ordentlich, das Restaurant für Mittag- und Abendessen allerdings nur bedingt zu empfehlen. Einige Gerichte auf der Speisekarte wurden nicht wirklich angeboten, die tatsächlich vorhandenen Gerichte befriedigten den Bedarf nach Nahrungsaufnahme. Die Englischkenntnisse des Personals waren - positiv formuliert - ausbaufähig.
