Gem of a hotel”

We only stayed for an evening as we had a late flight out of Saigon. Hotel is in an excellent location with many attractions close by and lots of well-rated restaurants on the same street. Room was small but very clean, air con worked well and the bed was firm (standard in Asia) but comfortable. Rooftop area has nice views and a great spa plunge pool for a quick dip. I would definitely book again as it was excellent value for money.

Prime Location, Clean room, nice rooftop Jacuzzi ”

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is very convenience to travel to every where in Sai Gon. Room is clean and in good condition. Pillows are very good and comfortable. Basic amenities are provided in the room. The rooftop Jacuzzi is also very nice. Variety of breakfast choices served every morning.

Loved the staff. Their service made it up for the mediocre side of this hotel. Location is very central but not on a very clean street, and it is quite noisy. There is a mosque that plays early morning music on loudspeaker... hotel is renovated and looks new, but lacking details. Room is kinda small. But the staff is really good!

Roof top facility of Sauna & Jaccuzzi”

Newly equipped facility of Sauna & Jaccuzzi on the top of the hotel was nice for refreshment for stay.

Better hotels for not much more money ”

Still in thys hotel, terrible breakfast, no service, no food replenished, no milk, no butter. I had afternoon tea in my package but not available. The pool, rooftop bar and sauna, not available. Rooms small, bathroom not great. Location ok though.

Value for money, but don't expect service at all”

Location is superb for the dollar paid. However, service wise, there are rooms for improvement such as attitude of staff over the phone, and sensitivity to each guest's needs (for mine, they wore their shoes more than half way into the room, when i was barefooted all along)

Location was convenient and good. King size mattress is much smaller than bed platform thus accident prone. Both my legs got bruised and injured by the left and right edge of bed platform. No shower curtain in bathroom so during shower, water easily splashed out and wet the toilet floor. This can cause fall in toilet.

this hotel location is near department store (Vincom Center) and Ho Chi Minh statue you can walk to around 5-10 mins. Staff can speak english well. Room is clean and bed so comfy. For the future when i go to HCM i choose stay here again.

this time stay i found some not good need to improve room 704 - air conditioner working with super noise - glass dirty like not clean and put it dry ,,Use a tissue to wipe . black dirt come out

Best value hotel in the heart of HCMC District 1”

Very clean tiny hotel with only a hand full of rooms. It's situated just behind the HCMC Opera house which is really strategic for traveler who plan to do most of the visits on walking. It's almost just 20 to 30 minutes walk to most attraction. Staff are super friendly and helpful. They can speak decent english just you need to speak a bit slow. p/s just a heads up, the family suite room which are facing the main road will received a fair bit of Vietnam signature traffic music (honk-ing). But that didn't ruin my thought of this little hotel. I'll sure be staying here again on my next trip.

Don’t waste money with this hotel. They call buffet breakfast but only 2 dish- 1 noodles soup look like instant noodle ( you can buy from any supermarket) an other dry noodle same thing. About the reception I leave my key in there when I come back they said it is not there- he don’t know may be someone get it- unbelievable. How can Agoda can vote they 4 stars
