Lovely rooms, great breakfast, great location ”

We had a great stay at Silverline Jolie. I was put off at first because our flight had been delayed and I emailed to let them know we would be arriving quite late and received no reply. I'd booked last minute and was worried they had not received the booking. On arrival, the check in process was very slow (probably due to the late hour and a skeleton staff on reception) and we were initially given a smoking room, which we asked to be changed. This was done so and a new room made up fairly quickly and in all honesty this was our only complaint about the stay. The rooms are beautifully decked out - lovely white furniture (very French boudoir) large beds and very spacious for Ho Chi Minh. The bathrooms also all had corner baths and a powerful shower attached. We were moved to the 6th floor so had a great view. The staff were extremely attentive, the bell boys were incredibly helpful - giving advice and directions, helping with cabs (one cab driver tried to cheat us out of change and the bell boy on duty spoke to him and insisted he give us our rightful change) and very concerned for our welfare telling us to be careful with our wallets and phones every time we left the hotel. The breakfast team were incredibly efficient and friendly and the selection on offer at breakfast was fantastic. As the hotel is in the Japanese area there were also Japanese options for breakfast as well as Vietnamese and Western options. This was one of the best breakfasts we had - thoroughly recommended! There was also a plunge pool and jacuzzi on the roof with some sun loungers. There is a lot of construction going on so the views aren't brilliant but good to have the option, this is also where the spa is. All in all a great stay, we will definitely stay here on our next Ho Chi Minh visit. Try Soju, a modern Korean restaurant around the corner. It's open til late (we ate at 1am after our flight delay) and the food is delicious. So good we went back the next night.

Great location, Nice and quiet Hotel. ”

I booked the first night with Agoda. However, I realized the hotel is clean, nice, and excellent staff. The area is quiet and convenience location to shopping mall and Ben Thanh Market. So I decided to stay for one more week. Breakfast is a lot of Vietnamese traditional foods that you can have in this hotel. The service is excellent. The staff is very friendly and able to assist you as needed. I love "banh xeo". It is crunchy and delicious. The staff is outstanding service. They are English speaking. They assist everything that I have requested. Linh, Nha, and Thi were very helper and assisted me whenever I need such as shopping location, place to eat, and entertaiment etc. Tuan (Peter) is a great manager. He will do and help when I requested for service. I strongly recommended to stay at La Jolie Hotel. You will find out the best service compare to the other 3 stars hotel in Ho Chi Minh City.

Amazing Staff!”

The friendly and accommodating staff at the Silverland Jolie really made my stay amazing! They always greeted me with a smile and were so kind and genuine in all interactions. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was excellent with tons of options and the rooftop deck/pool made for a nice relaxation spot. The wifi was very fast. My only complaint is the shower which gets the bathroom pretty wet. Overall excellent stay and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City!

Great honeymoon stay ”

We opted to stay at the silverland Jolie hotel for the first stint of our honeymoon. We were not disappointed. The hotel is a boutique hotel, located in district 1, close to all sites. They are all walkable but we took taxis as we didn't have long in hcmc. Taxis are super cheap and having learnt from a previous trip to Bangkok it's not worth walking everywhere if time is limited. The hotel room was a little small but did not present a problem, was clean and very comfortable. The staff at the hotel were outstanding and nothing was too much trouble often going beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. The rooftop pool and bar is lovely, especially at night where you can relax in the jacuzzi against the beautiful skyline. In particular Katherine was very helpful in recommending excellent restaurants and the porters were very helpful ensuring transport and making sure no issues with taxis:

New hotel with good service”

since this hotel is just opened in oct 2011, the rooms are still very new and neat. the suite which i've stayed in had good view of the saigon river and i actually managed to watch the sunrise from the saigon river! in addition, i get to enjoy jacuzzi in the comfort of my bathroom. the hotel staff had also rendered good and helpful service to me and my partner during my stay there. another plus point is the location of this hotel is within walking distance to several tourist attractions and it saves us on our traveling time as well as money. i will highly recommend this hotel suite to anyone who would like to find one to stay at district 1 ho chi minh city! =)

A Hidden Gem In Saigon”

This was my 1st trip to Saigon [Ho Chi Minh] and I wasn't sure what to expect. From the second I stepped into the huge & beautiful lobby I felt at home. I was pleasantly surprised by the extremely helpful & accommodating staff. I just flew over 24 combined and arrived at 6am -- for a very modest fee the got me into my room right away as well as welcoming to the delicious breakfast buffet. The rooms were extremely clean & beautiful. In fact I canceled a previous booking that I made at a different hotel to come back to La Jolie after I returned from Nha Trang. The staff had very affordable group & convenient excursions as well as offering private excursions that made a lot of sense if you had a big group or many family members. The plentiful fresh breakfast with delicious coffee was offered from 6am - 9:30am. The breakfast manager, Mr. Daniel's and his staff, treated me extremely well and were very accommodating and making sure that I had everything I needed as well as constantly filling up my coffee cup. All the staff from the new trainee Ớt Đỏ who went out of her way to talk with me everyday so that she can improve her English, to the entire front desk, bell hops and the spa staff provided phenomenal customer service. As far as the spa treatments go, I am a certified massage therapist and extremely picking, however, after my 1st massage I went back to the spa twice. I highly recommend La Jolie!

Charming and hospitable”

My daughter and I had a lovely stay at La Jolie. It lived up to the picturesque photos on the internet and the glowing reports of the helpful hotel staff. We were in the Executive room which was adequate in size but not spacious. The noise from the night club that many reviewers commented on did not eventuate and we had a quiet and peaceful night. As our flight left late evening, we checked out prior to 6pm (for an extra half day charge) and then booked in for a 3 hour spa treatment. It was sublime and the perfect way to relax ahead of a long flight. We would certainly return to La Jolie next time we are in Ho Chi Minh.

Efficient yet very friendly”

I enjoyed my stay very much. Unlike other 3-star hotels in the city center, La Jolie's staffs were friendly and at the same time professional I.e. attentive and efficient. Bed was comfortable and the room was sound-proof which was very important in Ho Chi Minh City full of motorbikes revving at night time. There was a new night club nearby the hotel but I barely heard anything and had good sleep throughout my stay. Breakfast was really good and had variety of choice for everyone from western to eastern foods. The hotel is in the center so convenient to commute to the city center, even in a walking distance. All good value for money. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel with great attentive Staff”

We booked the executive twin room for 3 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The rooms were big and clean and we had a nice big window overseeing the river. The breakfast was very nice with a good variety of selection. The hotel staffs there were also extremely friendly and helpful. Despite the hotel being located on the quieter side of district 1, we could still walk over to Ben Thanh Market (around 15 mins walk) pretty easily. If not, taking a Cab over is also very cheap and convenient. We will definitely come back to the same hotel when we return to Ho Chi Minh.

Nice Hotel ”

we got an upgrade to a room with a lovely view of saigon river. the hotel is located in convenient location. we could walk to touristic spots like notredame cathedral, post office, river bank and ben than market. the room is clean and in good condition. the bathroom is spacious with the hot tub. we have nothing to complain about this hotel except the breakfast buffet is a bit dull. it's not bad but it could be better. the staffs are very friendly and helpful. it's a pretty safe choice to ask them to get a taxi for you as you might get scammed from the taxi driver here. we booked the dinner cruise through the hotel front desk and it went all very well. the food was good and the cruise was lovely. it's a good way to spend a night in ho chi minh city.

We loved our stay at Silverland Jolie, everything about it was just right. Very efficient and personalized service, beautiful room,fab location,delicious breakfast and afternoon tea. Would definitely recommend this as a great base to explore Ho Chi Minh

Ideal location, new but small rooms”

Everything was clean and new because the hotel was only more than a month old, the room looks exactly like the pictures (but in smaller scale) and we had a view of the river. The suite for 65 USD (promo price) was a stroke of luck! They even have a computer in the room, if you don't have your own laptop. Will all the room amenities plus WIFI and the excellent location, we were really really happy with our hotel. The breakfast is just okay, but had a decent selection, considering how small the hotel is. If you stay here, you must try their Pho bo. We had Pho bo everyday we were in Ho Chi Minh and my husband and I agree that our favorite is the one we had from room service There is a club nearby and we can sorta hear the techno music at night. Good thing we are not such light sleepers. I brought my ear plugs just in case, but didn't to use it. Also I noticed that the massive windows were double paned, probably to keep the noise out.

Great location and impressive breakfast”

This is the second hotel I stayed in Ho Chi Minh. The location is great, with many restaurants and bars around, and within 3 minutes walk to the riverside. Breakfast spread is impressive for the price. There is a large selection of hot dishes and Asian breakfast items. Service is also quite good. My friend was checking in 1 day after me and we were not able to talk before hand. I left a message with reception and they made sure we met as soon as my friend arrived. The SPA offers good discount but the environment is a bit funny. They only have couple treatment rooms so while you are requested to strip for some treatments, there may be a total stranger lying next to you(same gender). Overall I had a good stay and would go back again.

Wonderful stay at Silverland! 10/10”

My friends and I loved our stay at the Silverland Jolie hotel. Breakfast and afternoon tea were FANTASTIC and a great way to start the day. Everyone at the hotel was extremely friendly and welcoming. They let us keep our bags there until our evening flight so we could explore more. Great home away from home right in the heart of District 1.

Silverland hotels are a fantastic chain of hotels in ho chi Ming . I’ve stayed at the yen& Jolie and service is excellent as are the staff and rooms. The silverland do the best breakfast and an awesome afternoon tea with an artist either playing piano or chello. Location is great

More than what you pay”

The hotel is superb in terms of every aspects, the staff are friendly and attentive, the hotels and the room is comfy and clean, the facilities are pretty new and complete. The gym is good as you have a good view while you are running. I love their food, their breakfast and the afternoon tea, with free flow of sweets and desserts. The hotel is located within the city but not the busiest area, thus, it does not have problem of noise pollution. Definitely getting what I have paid for and even more. This will be my definite choice of stay when I am back to Ho Chi Minh.

delightful staff”

la jolie is a lovely new hotel in a very central location in district 1 of ho chi minh city (saigon). the staff really were so kind and sweet natured. i stayed in the hotel for almost 2 weeks as i was working and studying in hcmc. the design of the hotel is slightly odd with the hall way having the fabulous view of the river but not the majority of the bedrooms (they have a window that looks onto the hall...strange!)i'd recommend booking a suite so that you have a room that enjoys the view!

Good LOCATION Airport yellow bus No 49 can reach station Sheraton hotel ,silverland jolie jst near there by walking step. Hotel staffs are polite n good in service ,feel warm with their kindness service . Sum staff even can talk cantonese . Anyway in room facilities should improve n upgrade especially toilet bath tab water pressure. 801 room jaccuci water pressure is too strong n washing hand sink too. Other things all is good ,breakfast good although not much selection. They upgrade my room to executive suit frm premiere ,they gift us cake n sparkling wine coz we r celebrating 1st anniversary day in there. Good experience thx

Extraordinary Boutique Hotel”

We enjoyed our 2 nights stay at the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially the doorman. Really appreciate that the staff went out of their way to be helpful. Located at the District 1, walking distance to the popular landmark of Ho Chi Minch City. Great selection of breakfast and afternoon tea treat. Yes, we love the room so much, clean and cozy :) Thank you for the amazing hospitality! We will come back again for no doubts!

Lovely new hotel”

la jolie hotel and spa is a great hotel.i will recommend for everybody who would like to visit saigon.is in the city centre by walking distance from the river and all the museums, markets that you have to see. the hotel spa is a 5 star quality and the massages are perfectly done.you have to ask for a river view room if not you may can get a room without windows.the breakfast is super like in a 5 stars hotel.the staff managed also the adventure trips to the chi chi tunnels and mekong delta at very god prices and really good quality.
