HCMC's Bitexco Financial Tower is a stone throw away. You can get a 360 degree bird's eye view of the city. Silverland Charner hotel has a team of efficient staff with positive attitude to serve their customers.

Great location, friendly hotel staff”

Pros: -Great location, a lot of eateries, cafe and more than 10 bubba tea shops around the hotel. There is a huge Watson near the hotel, and K circle 24hrs small convenient appx 50m away -20mins away from Ho Chi Minh airport with no traffic. I took Grab, cheapest way to get around - Affordable, price was really Low when I booked the hotel. I booked a slightly bigger room, standard room is quite small, hotel looks new - Breakfast was decent, afternoon tea is free, but I didn’t get to try it as I spent the entire day outside - Hotel staff were very willing and ready to assist Cons - It can get a little warm in the room at night, unable to control the A/C, requested for a fan, much better after having a fan - Wall is paper thin... guest next to my room talk all night Long... I have to knock the wall to hint them not to talk so loud. I can hear housekeeping activities clearly in the morning - Gym with only 2 thread mills, and a small pool

Great experience”

Wonderful hotel. Amazing staff! The high tea is terrific. Great location. Near everything you will want to do in the first district. Roof top pool is nice. My wife's birthday during the trip. They delivered a cake to the room without us being aware that they even knew about her birthday. Would definitely stay again next time in Ho Chi Minh City.

Even better than expected ”

We stayed three nights in the Bonard Suite and the room with balcony and bathtub inside was fantastic. Everything in very good condition. The staff and service was very friendly but at the same time professional. The location is central and lots of restaurants are nearby. We would definitely recommend the Silverland Charner to anyone who appreciates good service and a classy interior. The afternoon tea is another big plus because it's just like a breakfast buffet with a mixture of sweets, different drinks, fruits and snacks such as salad and spring rolls. The only thing that could need a bit more space is the pool on the 10th floor because the seats were almost always taken. Also note that it's not an infinity pool. Next to the swimming pool is a sauna with a great view of the surrounding area. Especially great in the evening after sunset.

Exceptional”

The Silverland Charner was a great place to stay in HCMC. The staff was wonderful, the food was delicious, and the room was spacious and comfortable. If you like outdoor showers youll really enjoy staying here. The only criticism we have is they were the only hotel during our vacation that did not reach out to us before hand. We were able to get to the hotel on our own and would recommend taking the prepaid taxi to be safe. It is ~100K dong more. It was a lovely hotel in an excellent location! This was our "splurge hotel" and we would recommend spending a bit more for the suite - it is well worth it.

Second time to Saigon”

We had a most wonderful stay with comfortable beds, friendly staff, good breakfast, delicious afternoon teas with wonderful live music and fabulous massages. The rooftop pool perfect for a swim and to enjoy the night lights of all the buildings. Very close to Financial Tower which has 49th floor to view the whole city. Could not fault this intimate hotel at all. Previously we stayed at Sofitel and Silverland Charner trumps that.

Fantastic from the time your step in”

Silverland Charner was perfect in almost every way. We were invited for the afternoon tea while waiting to be checked in, something you rarely experience in other hotels. Staff were fantastic and the hotel centrally located amidst plenty of shops and cafes. The best part of it all was the pool which I was lucky to have all to myself. The landscape, greenery against the backdrop of skyscrapers made my swim memorable. I wish that the standard rooms were bigger though, but not something which still prevent me from returning.

We spent a week at SILVERLAND Charner whilst on holiday in HCMC, and couldn’t have chosen a more perfect place. The building and rooms are beautiful, brand new and well furnished. Facilities are excellent, including the rooftop swimming pool and bar, food is wonderful- breakfast and afternoon tea included in our rate. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the position of the hotel, just below the Bitexco Tower, perfect for sightseeing on foot or by taxi. Free soft drinks mini bar too!

spectacular boutique hotel & best in class service ”

As Saigoner and stay many luxury hotel in the world however I very amazing about Silverland Charner team. Our Executive Room very interesting with Times Square view and comfortable space room include bathtub, hi-end toilet. One of best memories is complimentary afternoon tea and cozy breakfast. We can feel good peace time in here. The best one for adorable hotel.

Since last yest stay at Silverland Charner several times and every time i can see improvement for customer services. Everytime I stay for 5-7 days but everyday restaurant breakfast same food. Wish hotel every 1-2 days at least can change 1-2 kind food.

Silverland Charner ticks all the boxes for me :- location, facilities, attentive and friendly staff who genuinely welcome their guests. Staff at the front desk, restaurant and doormen are ever ready to assist with a smile. They really impress me with their exceptional level of customer service and attention to detail. My husband received a card and birthday cake during our stay and it is this personalized service that goes a long way to making their guests’ day. I would definitely return for another stay. Thanks to Ms Trang and her team for making our first visit to HCMC a memorable and happy one.

Centrally Located Charming New Hotel”

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Silverland Charner. Right across Bitexco Financial Tower, there's shopping, lot's of dining options and easily accessible to HCMC's points of interest. Will definitely be back.

Very nice hotel and great location ”

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The staff is very nice and helpfull. The hotel has a great location and is so charming and nice. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The breakfast was very good and they also has afternoontea. We will probably come back to Ho Chi Minh and this hotel.

Value for money ”

Located just a few minutes mins walk from the Cafe Apartment, Silverland Hotel has a nice lobby. I stayed in the Premier Vannier Room. Price is very reasonable. You get free breakfast and high tea daily. The room is spacious and clean. Toilet is rather spacious. A few issues were observed though. Firstly it is hard to get the toilet paper as it is located in an awkward position. The water at the bathtub took ages to flow. Hence, you will be standing in a pool of water at the end of your shower. Definitely an area for improvement. Breakfast gets boring for me on the second day. I usually just eat some eggs and fried rice. The variety of breakfast remains the same for a few days. Not all Service staff at breakfast are attentive. Hightea is slightly better. I see effort in the items offered at the cooking station. There’s really no reason to complain since it’s included in the room. The hotel isn’t the most accessible from Ben Thành but you can easily get to the market with a Grab. Nice neighborhood. A leisurely walk will take about 10 mins or so. You will surrounded by tons of bubble tea shops and the cafe apartment.

Great city centre stay”

Beautiful hotel in the centre of Ho Chi Minh. Great staff, extremely clean, and in a buzzing part of the city. Great breakfast and lovely rooms.

Exceptional”

This beautifully renovated hotel is ideally located in District 1, walking distance to many of the things you want to go see. Our room was stylish and comfortable, clean and spacious. Breakfast was excellent and the free afternoon tea was a nice touch.

Above all great roof top pool, great location, great afternoon tea and breakfast etc, the genuine attentiveness and hospitality of staff made my stay in Ho-Chi-Minh very special. I will stay with them next time as well. This hotel gives Hochiminh a good name☆

Amazing Stay”

This hotel was our sanctuary for our stay in the city. Every time we come back from a walk, this place rejuvenates our energy. The ambiance is very cozy, the rooms are magnificent, the staffs were amazing, everything is perfect! This is a boutique hotel but, for me its way better than a 5-star hotel. The price might be a bit high than the others, but the experience that you will have here is unforgettable. There is a WOW factor in this hotel. I also went during my bday, they had a cake for me, twice!! If I'll be back in HCM, I'll definitely go back here. Also, location wise, it is perfect!

Elegant and welcoming lobby. Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Staff in restaurant are not that friendly. I guess they are too stressed during breakfast hours due to the unnecessary duties. Such as: - serving beverages: why not self serving? - fruits: self serving is far better Also: - too much head bowing and 'Charner Xin chao' - night shift staff are not professional: we came back late and the three service staff did not even bother to move from their gathering at the street side to greet or open the door - in contrast to a different attitude during the day time In short a nice place to stay but staff service can be improved to make guest stays in the hotel more pleasant.
