The staff seemed not to know we were coming. The outside is beautiful, but the rooms are more than dated. The bathroom looked dingy. We had to hunt down the staff to get our breakfast which was a fried egg and three pieces of toast. There is better out there.

Lovely stay!”
Kevin & Timothy (staff) are the best hosts ever! They gave us a warm welcome right from the beginning. They are very helpful and assist with all questions. They also arrange scooter rental. The rooms are clean and really comfortable (warm shower). The place is located in a cute and quite neighborhood. The breakfast (especially nasi goreng) is really good, have it on the rooftop with view on the mountain! They serve free tea or coffee 24/7. Thanks again guys for the lovely stay!

Great accomodation!”
The beds are very comfortable, and the staff is super friendly and helpful! The breakfast is also good, just as the Mountain View from the breakfast place!! Cons: the bathroom was very sober, but ok.

Great view, noisy in the morning”
The building is nice and has a terrace with a great view where you can have your breakfast. Breakfast was ok, we had nasi goreng (pancake is another option). The room (budget one in the ground floor) had thin walls, and in the morning it was very loud because at around 6 o’clock children (presumably staff’s children) started to run around and be loud. We woke up from this. The night before our checkout thee people from the staff knocked on our door (we were already sitting in bed) and asked to come in to "check the facilities". We said ok, but it was a bit weird having three people at once in your tiny room while your already in your pyjamas. We don’t really understand why they could not do it the next day after our checkout. We hope that they will fix the door handle and the dripping tab of the bathroom now. ;-) Overall review: We had the room on a sale (about 90K per night) so it was ok for the price, but the place could improve.

Good option for a few nights especially because of the nice staff”
Pros: - helpfull and kind staff - room was quite clean - they organised a motor and a nice tour Cons: - it’s a little bit outside the city centre but with a motor or car still easily accessible

Budget hotel with privacy and great socialization”
All the tour guides hang out here! Great location. Good for families too, has a bit of a budget resort feel.

Great stay ”
Staff are really nice! Great value for money! Arrived super late and injured from a bike accident. A staff member went to the hospital to grab a first aid kit and also brought dinner! Definitely recommend!

Romeo was very accommodating ”
This hotel is very friendly and welcoming. The staff do all they can and the service is excellent, especially for the fact that you pay very little. Breakfast was much better than you get in most Indonesian hotels and hostels. Slightly out of town so need a scooter but overall very good.

Not bad but plenty of room for improvement ”
We had a double room in the new section of the hotel which is across the road from the original one. The room was fine but no safe or fridge. A bit of noise at night from the road but it didn’t disturb us. Hot water in the shower was good but only a small tank is heated at a time. It is too far out of town to walk to restaurants and the hotel only served breakfast. Luckily we had a driver who took us into Bajawa for dinner. Breakfast was a choice from 4 items. I had a banana pancake and coffee and it was the smallest breakfast I had throughout the trip. Tasted good, though. We were the only guests so maybe that’s why food was so limited. The most annoying thing was that we paid for a deluxe room, after reading other reviews, and it doesn’t have wifi! The signal is only in the front part of the old hotel! Frustrating when you need to do some further bookings etc, Also there is only one power point in the room.

Very good”
