I have been travelling in CLMV for work and holiday extensively during last 6 years. So I stay so many hotels. Silk Path is one of the best hotel that I have ever been compared with value for your money. Plus: - Hotel is well maintained. Clean room and smell very nice (rose smell) every where - Decoration is super beautiful like you are in Europe - Mountain view from dinning room is breathtaking. - Room is very nice even with the cheapest one. Come with bath tub and mountain view as well - Shuttle car to downtown every hour - Facilities is very good. Hot water pool, pool table, many place to seat and hang out - Breakfast have good varieties. Vietnamese iced coffee and Baguette are amazing combination to start your day Con - Location is around 5-10 mins from city center which consider far in Sapa, but manageable with shuttle car - Quality and freshness of breakfast can be improved All in all, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who looking a great vacation in Sapa.

Best stay in whole Vietnam trip ”
Sapa was great but the stay at Silk Path Grand made it the most memorable location during the whole Vietnam trip!! The view of the sapa mountains was awesome from the resort. We can see Fansipan from both the dining restaurant and even our rooms! Posh interiors of the resort was just first class. Every corner looks very grand and make you feel like you are in a kind of palace. Staff was TOP notched and professional. Always looking out to check if they can assist you in any way from directions to the daily necessities to make your stay better. Highly and first choice recommendation!

I'm a frequent traveller to Sa Pa. Every year I would try a new accommodation here for fresh experience. Silk Path is truly a delight that welcomes our group with a peaceful atmosphere, beautiful garden landscape and cosy rooms with flower blossoms on balcony. It is really breathtaking in every way, the owners definitely put their heart into building the property such that it feels warm and welcoming unlike many commercial 5 star resorts I have been to. Location is slightly far but is perfect for getaway from the hustle and bustle of the town center. The staff is polite, well spoken and make effort to accommodate requests even though they are short of standby peope due to Covid impact. We had a really good memory and shall keep Silk Path in our pocket list for next Sapa visit! Thank you for a pleasant stay.

We stayed 2 days 1 night at Silk Path Grand Resort & Spa. Friendly staff, great facilities, beautiful rose and hydrangeas garden and very nice place for relaxing. Thank you so especially Ms Nana who assist me during our check in and others staff too were very helpful. I would like to say thank you so much also to guest ambassador team for birthday suprise to my friend and delicious cake during our breakfast. Appreciate it very much! Best hotel in Sapa”
General manager has good communication skills and other employees are very kind and well trained. Sanitary conditions are good and amenities in the room are nice. My boyfriend and I spent 4 days in Sapa and stayed different hotel each day and Silk path was the best hotel among the similar grade hotels and very satisfying us. We are a big group of 26 pax including elderly and small kids. However, service team in Silk Path helped to make our trip a great one. We love the design and attention-to-detail attitude from both service team and management. Silk Path Grand is beautifully designed to the details with all services including Spa, Gym, Pool, Karaoke, Bar, Lounge.... Especially its location is with a marvelous view to the mountains and the valley with roses and trees all around. We spent one night ( unfortunately we wish we could stay more ) at this beautiful hotel. Everything was gorgeous, rooms are very well decorated as the complex itself. We enjoyed the swimming pool, and even the gym for few hours. The staff is totally devoted to bring you the best experience at the Silk Path and in Sapa. They helped us with the scooter rental and bus tickets to Ha Long Bay. We will come back!

This is the place to stay in Sapa! I'll preface this by saying that my husband and I travel roughly 75% of the year for business and (when we can!) for pleasure. We've experience more than our fair share of hotels, resorts, and restaurants. This is one of the very few that I would recommend wholeheartedly. Let's start with the obvious: The views are incredible. The mountains are a sight to behold and this lovely resort is positioned "just so" to let you enjoy the most amazing sunrises and sunsets over those peaks. The resort gardens are impeccably maintained -- hats off to the gardening staff! What could be better than waking up to mountain peaks and roses? The food was excellent! The breakfast buffet was elegant and complete. I prefer simple, light fare for the first meal of the day - fruits, vegetables, yogurt, and maybe congee. My husband enjoys bacons, eggs, and bread. We were both satisfied every day and I don't think we tried everything - - you certainly won't go hungry! The staff always asked us if we wanted anything that wasn't in the buffet, including specialty coffees and such. We just felt very "cared for". We greatly enjoyed tea time, both at the cafe and on our patio, surrounded by lovely gardens in both cases. It is rare to find a hotel restaurant that excels at both Asian and Western cuisine, but the chefs really knock it out of the park here! I can't recommend the lamb chops highly enough. The hot pot was great, too! We had a lovely spa day. The staff took great care of us and we were impressed by the talented staff and the facilities -- steam room, sauna, and hot and cold baths. My husband and I both had to work during part of our stay. The Internet was lightning fast -- we could be on simultaneous video calls without an issue. By far, the highlight of our stay was the wonderful, helpful, friendly staff. From the moment we arrived, every need was taken care of. Excellent place to enjoy peaceful of Sapa”
This is best Hotel & Resort in Sapa. You can enjoy mountain view, fresh air and very quietly. They plant rose everyplace around resort, in your room balcony, on your way, around your room, in the wall... And it's wonderful. Staff is friends and can do any your request. One more think make this almost perfect is some facilities not working or old need replace. Next time back to Sapa with family I will stay here again.

we could always come back to this place... out of so many choices in Sapa now (both luxury and casual stays), this is the best way possible to enjoy a few days in the floating city. The staffs were super friendly and helpful, we loved it here from the 1st moment we arrived. We visited during the not-so-high season, so the price and everything was affordable (more than affordable in fact). The location is a bit hidden from the town center, but it's perfect for us 'cos we can walk and enjoy the chilly air...and if you are too tired to walk, there's always free carts. and the FOOD is amazing! Our daughter loved the homemade jams. The Pool was a pleasent surprise to us, it was nice, never crowded and has a good balance of salt Will definitely come back and enjoy the rest of their facilities.

Good resort to travel with young children”
The resort is opened recently but the landscapes already there and all green and beautiful. We stayed at duplex which is too perfect for the boy of 6YOs. The staffs very attentive and polite, always offer help and support. Food are good there as well as the service. Room is clean and the bed is a very big bed! I would recommend this resort for your Sapa travel destination.

By far the nicest hotel in Sapa”
Literally stumbled upon the grand entrance of the hotel, coming out of the mist (traveling by motorcycle) and quickly looked up: rooms were available! This was a lot more flashy than the accommodation I thought I would find in Sapa but I was happy to enjoy the great room and balcony with a stunning view of the mountains, good dining and superb breakfast. Pool & spa were also great!

Nice 5 star hotel in Sapa. Very clean and tidy. Nice view of the mountain specially when partially cloudy. Staff are extremely helpful. May be I should put the comment for the tour. The tour is booked from the hotel for a full day private tour 43$ per person. The tour stated 9.15 am , lunch stated at 1.25 pm. Then the tour ended after lunch about 2.15.pm. With no activities after lunch. It looks like a half day tour with lunch. And the lunch is poor quality. I think the management are keen to know this comment for guest better service This comment is also passed to the reception front desk.

We just had one of the most wonderful trips ever in Sapa specially thanks to the hospitality of your respected hotel. Arrived quite late for a check in with the walk in booking, the front office staff, Mr Sila Cung not only amazed us with his kindness and helpfulness provided each and every information about the hotel facilities but also personally escorted us to the room and assisted us with our suitcase plus some tips for looking around. All of the well trained staffs are genuinely friendly, approachable and attentive to details, they made sure we have a wonderful stay by checking on us everyday with beautiful smiles on their faces at all time. The hotel itself deserves 10 stars for their exceptional interior design and service: breathtaking view to the mountain, romantic pathway covered by roses, variety of food option and the ambiance at the spa - a must try when you choose to stay here. Exceptional”
Our trip to Sapa was made amazing by our stay in SilkPath. We took an overnight train from Hanoi to Lao Cai and arrived in the hotel at 0700hrs. While it was full house, the hotel was kind enough to let us use the shower facilities to freshen ourselves in the morning before heading out for the adventure in Sapa. Everyone was so warm and nice from the reception staff to the porter and to the restaurant staff. Waldo was superb in arranging all our needs from transportation to pick up, and sharing tips on travelling in this beautiful town. Not to mentioned, that the GM Steve was very helpful and nice in ensuring that our stay and visit was all in order. Kudos to the team for having such a exemplary leader. This has to be one of the best hotel we have stayed in and will definitely be back! Well done SilkPath team! Truly 5 star!

A good hotel that could be better”
A well presented hotel located under 1km from Sa Pa centre. The main reception area is lovely with attentive & helpful reception & concierge staff. The rooms & facilities are what one would expect from a Vietnamese 5 Star hotel, good but not excellent. During our several nights stay & our room was not vacuumed once but otherwise it was clean, though unfortunately the drains did smell. Also the rooms are not well sound-proofed & loud neighbours may pose an issue for some. We used both restaurants - SaMu & Olivio & found the food to be average - certainly not 5 star, & with very little vegetarian options. The restaurant staff were good, always smiling, very polite & helpful - with several of them being excellent. The SaMu restaurant can get very noisy, with children, or adult guests speak shouting. We also used their pool & Spa facilities which were very good. The hotel gardens & grounds are well maintained & presented and enjoyable to stroll through. We enjoyed our stay at Silk Path, but think there is room for improvement.
