Brilliant”

Very good. Hotel is located outside if the main district but if your not a backpacker and just want to experience Ho Chi Minh city in your own way then this place is ideal. Staff went above and beyond our expectation in meeting our needs. It's about £3 taxi ride from hotel to district 1 & 2 or £1.50 if you opt for a bike taxi. If you like walking then it's around a 30minute walk. For the price this hotel is worth it because of its modern contemporary style something you don't always find in the districts closer to everything. My husband and I like to explore and be among the local community and staying here is exactly what we got. District 5 attracts the Chinese who visit Vietnam and the area is a lot cheaper than district 1& 2 because of being in a local district.

Modern, comfortable room”

This is my second time staying at the Signature Boutique Hotel, and I would stay there again without hesitation. The staff is wonderful, the rooms are very modern and comfortable, and the breakfast on the top floor is a nice perk. The hotel is in District 5, away from the main tourist sites in District 1; however, it is only a short, cheap cab ride to the center of the city. It is also walkable (about 15-20 minutes) if you're feeling active.

Friendliest hotel in Saigon”

We had a bad start with Signature Boutique hotel. After confirming booking the rooms with Agoda, we received a reply the next day saying our standard rooms were actually all taken. The vice-manager was happy to arrange a night stay at another hotel on our first night.. and also on returning, upgraded us to the hi-tech and arts room. We were very happy with their help. On top of that, when I lost my mobile phone, one of the staff (Sally) was very helpful with contacting the police to get a police report. If you're reading this Sally.. thanks! and sorry for having you get shouted at by the police! Only problem was that rooms were abit small. Everything else was excellent with special mention to staff. Oh and breakfast was great too! Location exceptional (shopping right in front)

District 1 is approx US$5 taxi away Attractions / Sights - Most sights would be within US$8 taxi ride I'd say. Free shuttle - no Spa - Nil Room Tip / Comments - Do not take the front room. There is a stupid cock nearby that starts cuckolding at 0530hrs and goes through till at least 11am, unless of course you sleep with ear plugs...

I stayed at Signature Boutique Hotel for 3 days. The stay was awesome. During the night the streets are crowded with those make shift stalls selling clothes to helmet. Its not very near to District 1 either a 10 mins cab ride or a 30 mins walk will get you there. The only -ve thing is the limited breakfast choice. Stayed there for 3 days I had the same thing throughout. Its best they can have two sets of menu and rotate it. Overall I will rate 8/10 for this hotel. I would like to thanks the frontline staffs for being attentive to my request and serving me always with a smile on. This will be my first choice hotel if I am back in Ho Chin Minh.

Lovely hotel for honeymoon”

The Signature Boutique hotel has just opened about 4 months so the furniture in the room is very new . The standard room size is big about 30 sqm. There is big flat T.V. and there is also have 3D eyeglasses for you in the room to see 3D movies. This hotel has only 12 rooms but good decorated guestrooms. There is one thing that I would like to comment .The bathroom has glass wall .If you stay with your friend ,there is the problem. It should be has curtain cover the glass.

Value For Money Hotel”

Besides having its beautiful exterior look, Signature Boutique Hotel is a clean and comfortable hotel for travellers. Situated in Chinatown whereby Chinese food can be found easily. Hotel staffs are very attentive and helpful. Free wifi with good connection can be access inside room. Overall, it is a pleasant stay at Signature Boutique Hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Signature Boutique Hotel. The room was very comfortable though it was small but very cozy. The window is an interior window which opens to the elevator but trust me when I say that is a blessing. Even if sometimes the sounds are a bit loud (that never bothered me) it is still better than facing the street and hearing the sound of horns hooking 24/7. Nice comfortable bed, pillows and good TV. For the price, you can't find anything better. Just FYI, I had over 4 taxi drivers tell me that the address is not accurate every time I was dropped off so I gave them directions. The one listed on the site and business card will take you to a different spot (United Colors of Benetton). Do yourself a favor and write down their phone number so your taxi driver can call them. You actually have to go down further to get there. Pass the Hello Kitty store and continue until you see a store that sells helmets. It's a red colored store and above it hangs a Western Union sign, across the street is a store called Nature Republic.

Adventure in HCM”

I love to stay in this Hotel ,all staff is friendly and always helpful whenever i need . Especially Ms Duyen always have a sweet smile and makes me feel coming back to stay in Signature Boutique .Not to forget the kitchen staff good service and serve you with welcoming smile .Hopefully the Boss of Signature will take care of the all responsibility staff and good Bonus . i will be sure to come back again .and recommend more friends to stay in your Hotel .

In genernal, I enjoy my stay in Signature Boutique Hotel. The design is amazing, the hifi inside the room is excellent,everything is new & clean, the staffs are very helpful. Just 1 small issue was the Wifi is not so good. I stayed in room 403, but can not connect to Wifi for the first day, until the 2nd day the staff give me password to use wifi of another room. Anyway,if I have chance to go back Saigon again, for sure I'll still stay in this hotel.

hidden gem! one of the best hotel in hcm”

been to hcm several times and always stayed in diatrict 1. but from my previous experience the best shopping areas are all in district 5. so decided to give this brand new hotel a try. and i am totally blown away by the hotel. for an average price you would pay for a hotel in this area you get a very tastefully done room with bose cd system and a large 46" lcd screen. the hotel staffs are all very friendly and helpful. breakfast was excellent and the location is right smack on the shopping street of hguyen trai. there are good selection of food outlets as well. this is the best hotel i have stayed in hcm.

Fun room, suspect service ”

I got to the hotel at night and had to check out early the next morning so I didn't have a chance to experience any of the hotel facilities other than the room itself, but what a room it is. I booked an art studio room and specifically requested a lower floor after reading other reviews complaining about the top floor restaurant noise. Thankfully I did not have any noise issues in my 3rd floor room. The room itself has a modern artistic flare and also has more tech toys than a 5-star hotel. The room was not big but was smartly laid out. Now on to the bad parts. First, the entrance is located in what amounts to a back alley, so it can be easy to miss. Second, I asked for a wake up call at 5AM. I did get it eventually, just 40 minutes late. Luckily I had already woken up before the call as I had a morning train to catch. Signature Boutique Hotel is a fun place to stay but the staff needs to be a bit more professional (or at least get an automated wake up call system).

I always stayed at this hotel everytime i go to ho chi minh city. The one that keeps me return everytime are the nice staffs and how they always make me feel like I am back home. This hotel is not the best you can get of course but it has a certain charm that made me return everytime.

Small Boutique hotel that surprises!”

Small boutique hotel that was newly built. Was quite a shock to find the hotel located in an alley off the main road. All shock and worries were allayed when stepped into the reception. Simple finishes of the reception masked the wonderfully furnished rooms. Rooms were spacious, bed was comfortable, finishes were new and modernised. Brand new faucets, 55 inch Samsung SMART TV, Bose speakers and carpetted floors....Staff were warm, helpful and eager to offer help. Breakfast was sent to the rooms for consumption. Hotel was also located accessibly to many places of interest. Definitely will return!

This hotel deserve more attention”

This is a hotel with a very high value. Cheap but come with everything you need. The staffs are very friendly and they even remember me when I came back. The place is in district 5, which is why not many people found this hotel, but it is actually very close to district 1. For the same price it will be very hard to find a good competing hotel. If your budget matches the price, just take it.

I stay at the signature boutique hotel for 3 night,service very good ,they try their best to assist my request,rooms a bit small but clean bed is comfortable that a lot mini hotels do not have.Hotel just at the corner of a main busy road,price is very valuable, over all we have a good stay.

Hotel is clean and beautiful ,staff is helpful ,smiling face and showing sincerity to share with us about HCM .I been staying this many times because of their service,friendly and smiling face . I would like to feedback need to change the breakfast Menu every 3 months to attract regular customer to stay in your Hotel .Overall the Hotel service really good and I deeply appreciate their sincerity service .I wish all staff in Signature Hotel a Happy New Year and Good health .
