Good: - Room is clean (but have cigarettes smell from previous guest) . - Water heater is good with high pressure. - WiFi is working. - Free parking. Cons: - Sound insulation is not very good. Audible traffic noise and noise from neighbouring guests. - No hairdryer available to borrow from receptionist. - Weird spots on the bed sheet.

We are staying here to attend my brother convocation in Unisel. Room size is okay but they need to improve the cleanliness. The bedsheet have stain also have some dust on the floor. Anyhow thank you for the services.

its a budget hotel. booked because there is no other hotel available at the time of booking. book only if no choice. the 1st room allocated was full of dust and the bathroom was full of moulds.. requested to clean but cleaner went back already. requested to change room, no family available. after a while, Mr.Mages whom was plus point for this hotel with his gentle n polite manner offered us a room that was just vacated. he apologized for the inconvenience eventhough just came into the shift. the new room's bed also had some ants and hairs on bed sheets. he offered new bedsheet. bathroom was dirty a bit but much better than the 1st room. dear management, please look into the cleanliness.

I almost vomited when saw the bathroom ”
I have booked an hotel at Shining Hotel for one night stay with my husband. During the check in time I found out the hotel room so dirty and had cockroach smell the entire room. So informed the staff to clean the room since I will come at night to sleep so they have enough of time to clean the room and mainly the washroom was sooooo dirty and smelly! So the staff took back my room keys and said will clean it fr me. When I came back to the room at night found out that the room was not clean the worst part is the washroom was stinky I think how they management can run a hotel with the worst environment. I want the necessary team to take an action on this Shining Hotel please.

The bed is not clean with stain with a stuffy environment in the room and the door lock is not functioning and needed the stuff to open the door every I locked it. No room were offered for exchange.

Cleanliness issue”
Management should be focus more on the mattress cleaning. Make sure to check if the staffs are doing their job properly. The bed sheet was a mess, there are spots everywhere and not to mention one stain that looks like a blood stain or chocolate stain bcs the color of the stain is reddish choc. Also do make sure to wash the towels properly to avoid any unpleasent smell. Other than that, pleaseee do mop up the floor bcs its so sticky tho I cant be comfortable enough top step on it. Thank you.
