CLEAN & COMFORTABLE SUITE!”

We spend 10days in Ho Chi Minh and Sherwood Suite has made our stayed very enjoyable in the busy city. The location is great, clean suites, staff are friendly and very welcoming on arrival and kids enjoy the pool the most. Will definitely stay in this suites again if we are visiting Ho Chi Minh

Exceptional”

This hotel is outstanding! Beautiful decor, fantastic facilities and for us, a 5 star experience. Great location too- walking distance to downtown area and loads of good restaurants and bars nearby. We booked the grand suite which we shared with another couple. Unbelievable value for a hotel of this quality at £120 a night for the room (£60 each couple). I actually checked my booking statement to make sure there hadn’t been a mistake as I couldn’t believe how cheap it was! Would thoroughly recommend for a stay in Ho Chi Minh. Fantastic hotel in a fantastic city.

New, clean, well-managed hotel”

This is a new hotel in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City. We were very impressed with the professionalism of the staff and overall cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with facilities for cooking which is very nice. The pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, and game room are all excellent. The only reason I won't give a 5 star rating is the dining options. The only restaurant is in the lobby area and it is seriously lacking in atmosphere. The restaurant seems to have been an afterthought of the hotel owners. Also, they charged us to park our motorbike in the garage which is silly.

Impressive”

New property so it feels very good staying here. The hotel has very good hardware and the staff are also well trained. Airport taxi dropped us off at sherwood residence which is behind sherwood suites. Sherwood suites staff came over to help us with our luggage which we were very grateful. We stayed in a studio and the room was of good size and came with washing machine and dryer, kitchenette. Location wise it is not right smack in town but this is a good property if you are travelling with kids. Taxis are cheap in HCM and there is a supermarket just across the road.

Never again”

Never again. I usually stay at the sherwood suite and resident every year when i come home to visit family.  This visit has been dissapointing and can say i will never return. anf will make sure to pass on my disappointment to my family and friends. Upon check out, we were told that we had to pay 1mil ( around 90 aus dollars) because there were 3 stains on the couch,  when i looked at the stain there was one small stain on the couch. When i confronted the attendant the duty manager was requested. The duty manger was rude and showed no customer service, but simply stated its a very expensive couch. I did not argue with the duty manager and paid for the so called cost to remove the stain Overall my check out experience was utterly disgusting and i will never be staying clear of sherwood services.

Friendy, very helpful staff. Great facilities, ultra clean and modern place. Booked a family suite, due to the peak seson we have paid a bit higher than the average price but still worth it. looking fwd to go again, surley for an extended period. We have experiened staying in many 5 star hotels around the world and sherwood suites ticks all the boxes. Will reccomend this place wihtout doubt.

We are family with two kids, cleanliness,swimming pool, spacious room are our most important factors in our booking decision, and without doubt Sherwood Suites made our stay unforgettable. Staffs are very family and hospitality, will definitely be staying at this hotel again.

Very comfortable stay and convenience location”

restaurant, cafe, bar are all within walking distance. Central but not really at the heart to avoid crowded. Hotel very new, just 2 years plus. all the household equipment and machines are branded (Electrolux) and clean (new at my time of writing) . Room and wash room are big enough. very comfortable stay. Great for families”

This is our third time staying at the Sherwood Suites. We have always enjoyed our stay here because the property is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff always does its best to accommodate guest needs. We also have young children and it was been great living in a space that has a mini kitchen and washer and dryer. We would highly recommend this location.

This was my second stay at Sherwood Suites and it was impeccable, ranging from the comfort and cleanliness of the suite, to the hospitable staff members. It was a classy touch that they had a gift prepared upon my arrival. I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and would definitely look forward to my return again.

Clean, elegant, spacious for family of four, and attentive and gracious staff. They greeted us with delicious welcome drink. Perfect location in district 3 , just across from district 1. Beautiful gym and pool. An amazing deal versus two hotel rooms.

We are staying Grand suit was excellent. The 2 bed room apartment was spacious brand new and spotless. Breakfast Buffet was fantastic and very good quality food with lot of selection to suit your cuisine but most of all the staff were impeccable service with the outstanding receptionist Thanh Truc and her team as well as enthusiastic and polite of waiters and waitress at Cafe lounge. We are strongly recommended for family travel with young child or teenage. We will definitely stay this hotel again if have chance come back to VN.

Spacious and Convenient ”

We stayed at the 2BR suite, it was basically an apartment. It was comfortable and the kitchen and laundry area was convenient. We basically just had to walk to all the tourist landmarks around Saigon as the pathways were great to walk on. Nice place to stay as it’s away from the hustle and bustle of District 1 but yet just next to it that it’s not inconvenient when wanting to tour the area.

Home away from home”

Overall we love our stay at the Sherwood Suites. Stayed for ten days, our studio room was very spacious for 2 people. In room washer and dryer was a big plus. Doormen are helpful and kind.

I have stayed in many countries and many hotels and from what I have experienced in the past this hotel/suites are hundred percent worth it's money. Walking distance to many touristy places as well as restaurants. With a well known grocery shop literally across the street. What was the best for me was that I was treated like an old friend. It was just so lovely staying there.
