First class service”

we stayed in the sheraton on the final night of our 1-month trip round south east asia, and whilst we paid significantly more to stay there than any other place, it was worth every penny. we booked a grand tower studio through agoda for ; however, we were upgraded to a junior suite on arrival. the service, cleanliness and rooms are everything that you would expect from a 5 star hotel. the staff were extremely friendly and arranged early check in and late check out for us at no extra cost. rooms in the grand tower come with access to the grand tower lounge serving free soft drinks throughout the day and hosting 'happy hour' from 5 - 8pm. during 'happy hour' free drinks and snacks are advertised; however, in actual fact there is a great cold buffet and a number of hot food items are prepared to order. drinks available during 'happy hour' include sparkling wine and a range of cocktails. after an hour and a half from 6.30 - 8pm we had ruined our dinner plans and were completely full of food and drink. fantastic. the view from the 23rd floor bar is brilliant and there is a pleasant lively atmosphere whilst the pool area is nicely secluded and sheltered from the noise of the city. finally, the breakfast is magnificent. i had high hopes for our stay at the sheraton, and they exceeded my expectations in almost every respect. absolutely brilliant.

Hotel was dated, but the staff are outstanding!”

I was delighted to stay at the Sheraton Saigon. I would mention the staff over and over again, because they were totally fantastic. Every person I met was eager to help, even if they were not directly responsible for the meetings I held in the hotel. The location is superb, smack in the middle of Quan 1. The decor is a little dated, but the room was huge and the Wifi worked very well. All in all, a really good experience.

The best location in HCMC”

i always use Sheraton Saigon. 1) Location Park Hyatt, Sheraton Saigon, Caravell 2) Price Caravel is the cheapest but too old 3) Business purpose Sheraton is suitable. Quiet and well balanced atmosphere

The best hotel for muslim”

For muslim travellers, this hotel is just beside the mosque and there're two certified halal restaurants exactly near the hotel (halal saigon and d nyonya). Quite far from cheap stores and ben thanh market, but you can enjoy walking from the hotel to the shopping malls etc. It's near to the opera house. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The live band at the lobby is so cool. The shower in the toilet is the best! The toilet, it's huge but not muslim-friendly. Still, it's great. A bit pricey but it's worth it. Except that the wifi is only free at lobby. You have to pay more if you insisted for wifi in your room. After all, will definitely stay at sheraton again. If you think Sheraton is quite expensive, try to book Liberty Central Saigon Citypoint or Caravelle.

Simply Incredible”

stayed in the tower. wow. i mean, wow. this has to be the nicest hotel in saigon. the lobby is like a palace. the breakfast buffet was huge and the food was amazing. the cocktail hour in the lounge of the tower had food that was literally 5 stars. the sushi at cocktail hour was as good as we get here at the best sushi places in nyc. room was huge and soooo comfortable. i would be back in a heartbeat.

Wonderful: good location & best services in town”

It's one of our best trip when we back to Saigon. Hotel is very nice, staffs are kind & helpful, the facilities are good as well: hotel pool is located on level5 which is private and has good view, Saigon cafe restaurant is our favourite place for buffet menu, Libai (chinese dining) and bars on 23th floor is cool.. The hotel is always busy and very near to local attractions. We couldnt ask for more from the hotel, over my expections !

The Towers are fantastic”

As always a great stay at the Sheraton towers. Rooms are of a good size and have new technology. Breakfast buffet is good - would reccommend trying the Pho & other foods in Mojo cafe ( you can charge to your room . Facilities are nice and the service is always first class.

The hotel I love most”

We often spend our stay in Sheraton Saigon whenever reaching HCMC and always feel like home. What makes we sad is Trio band, the soul of hotel's lobby will no longer play here since August :(

Great location but beware of the outdated rooms on the other wing”

We booked for two nights and were there for business meeting. During check in, the guy told us we had purchased the rooms on the old wing (honestly, we had no idea we did that). We were then given the option to upgrade to newly renovated room and had access to certain facilities . The price was not cheap and like i said, we were on business and would only be back at night. We thought we may not even had chance to use the facilities. Thinking that it's a Sheraton, how bad could it be, right? and boy, we were wrong. The room looked really dated and dark. Our colleagues who checked in at the same time (were just standing next to us) had been offered a free upgrade!!!! So, we approached the same guy asked him to relocate us to a better room. After much persuasion, he agreed to do so. The new room looked so much better. I just checked Agoda page again and i was not given an option to choose new or old room. Weird. Great location, though.

My experience at Sheraton Saigon”

My one day stay experience with Sheraton Saigon wasn't that great. When I checked in, the computer system was down. So I had to wait for the system to work again. Of course, I would have to wait in the lobby. In stead of giving complimentary drink for the waiting, we had to buy our own drink at the 5* price. On our very first night, the elevator was down as well. I had to wait for quite a while. Then I had to use their staff elevator which is quite unpleasant for the 5* price. In the morning, I went to the swmimming pool and forgot my key in the room. After the swim, I couldn't go to the room because the elevator requires the key to access to my floor. I ran to the gym asking for the assistance to get up to my floor. In stead of helping me to go up, the staff request me to go down the lobby to get another key to the room. I was in my swimming suit and a wrap. Going down to the lobby in that situation wasn't a very plaesant experience. I was quite disappointed with the service that I receive during my one day stay.

Great location with very large rooms”

Hotel is located within walking distance to the main municipal square, there are a lot of small cafe and speciality boutiques around the hotel area which is interesting for walk about. It is easy place to find cafe, restaurant, money changer and shopping mall Parkson just within the hotel. Sheraton is a busy hotel with tourist checking in and leaving so there is always crowds of tourist at the lobby which makes it lively, the lobby lounge is also great place to unwind after a day activity and to people watch. The rooms are newly refurbished and the bed is very comfortable, towels are good quality and the staff keeps the room well cleaned which is privilege to have when you return.

one of the best in saigon”

room was fantastic, very spacious, nicely appointed. breakfast could be a lot better, their buffets have had a downturn since 2011, it used to be amazing. breakfast and dinner. room service took way too long, almost an hour for a couple desserts and 2 bottles of wine, a real mood killer. location is the best in saigon, right square dead smack in the middle of downtown. front office and bell service were great.

Great location and night club”

Location is hard to beat, at a reasonable price But if you want breakfast, its best to book it as part of the room rate because its US$10 per head if you walk up to the coffee house. Rooms are a bit tired but serviceable and the staff is responsive if something needs to be fixed (we had a blocked sink) The Chinese restaurant is a good deal but food quality while decent is not as good as one would expect from a 5 star hotel

Good location and nice room layout ”

This hotel is located in very prime location. We can go to every Landmark in Ho Chin min with in 5-7 min by grab. For the room is quite new and clean, I think they just renovated. The room layout is kid friendly.

Executive floor was great ”

Always good choice to pick Sheraton group. Location was good. Little bit old interior but very clean. I love their view with jr suit room. M willing to book again soon.

excelent , consitant , geat sized rooms”

Must stay in the towers , the other side is very dated. Professional and consistant staff and service levels make this hotel a must for HCMC. Within walking dstance of most of the HCMC attractions and plenty of food and bar choices within a 5 minute walk.

Great weekend break”

The Sheraton is very central and convenient. We were very happy with our room and we had a great Sunday brunch. Can't fault them.
