(Stayed for 3 days and 2 nights) Hotel is clean and looks modern. Staff are very helpful - the concierge, receptionist and guest service. Services were also personalized especially when using the gym. Everywhere in the hotel, staff were friendly and polite. I feel homed. I was assigned a room that is in accordance to my request during booking. What I love the most: 1. The 24-hour gym - Although equipment is basic, I love the treadmill that has a display screen to watch YouTube which I normally do with my phone. The view from the gym is superb - Sunset and sunrise. Very cool and relaxing. 2. Food- Breakfast was delicious, both ala carte (due to Covid SOP) and buffet (Malaysia Day special). The oat is nice, my staple food. 3. Cafe - The Link Cafe has the best ambience and interior design I've ever experienced. The environment is conducive (quiet) that I was able to do revision privately while enjoying the appetizing fish and chips and apple juice. 4. Room - The lighting is sufficient. Has HDMI outlet (which I effortlessly screen mirrored my Surface using MiraCast). Bathroom that is separated by a transparent glass so you don't feel like in a box during a hot tub session. 40 inch TV. The bed is so comfy. Why not 10/10? Room size was not the same as what I saw in Agoda website (Probably that is for executive deluxe) But man, I had expectations. Parking for guest is RM5 per entry which I think should be free. Punctuality - There was once I had to wait for about 10 mins for the staff to unlock the gym. I'm very particular about time and punctuality. I hope they are more alert on guests that have made gym reservation (due to SOP) In conclusion, YES! I'll come again to Sheraton PJ because it is worth the money.

Sheraton PJ is by far the best hotel I’ve been to in KL - high end with affordable rate. Deluxe rm 12th floor - queen bed is so comfy, the pillows are heaven I feel like I wanted to buy one from them! The sheets and covers are clean and smell freshly laundered. The view is amazing, but Armada Hotel obstructs the view a bit. if you’re on a higher floor, shouldn’t be a problem. Sunrise view was beautiful! The tub was a bit small, but clean and has a glass wall facing the bedroom. You can watch the TV while having a bubble bath. Bathroom provides toothbrushes, comb, good smelling shampoo, conditioner (separate! Thank god!), and shower gel, hair dryer, cotton bud, vanity mirror with light all around and cosmetic mirror! Separate rain shower area. Hot water takes a while to warm up. Only one robe though, for two ppl booking. It’s ok. Slippers. I didnt get a chance to leave a thank u note for arranging a special birthday decor! Very nice touch! Nice view at the infinipool area!

New business international in the heart of Petaling Jaya”

Brand new international hotel conveniently located next to the Federal Highway and in the heart of Petaling Jaya. This hotel is very suitable for business travelers.

Pros & cons ”

Sheraton rooms are lovely, the views are amazing and gives the room an exclusive swanky feel. Service was prompt and efficient in terms of guest services. Breakfast spread was great too. Unfortunately, it took me an hour to check in after a long morning. They could not find my Agoda booking confirmation numbers for the 3 rooms I booked. My suite was only ready at 3.15pm (I was there at about 1pm). The honeymoon arrangment and housekeeping I asked for to be done at 8pm was not done. I had messaged the hotel through Agoda multiple times at least a few weeks before my check in date for arrangements to be made for an extra bed in one of the rooms. When I arrived I asked the receptionist again to confirm the extra bed. And this did not happen until almost 12am. I'd definitely stay here again becuase of the great location and cleanliness as well as comfort. But I hope Sheraton improves on their check in process and keeping abreast of customers requests.

Overall Value for Money”

Strategic located in the middle of Petaling Jaya, and are several minutes away to Mid Valley City. All the staff are very helpful and polite. They had arranged us a surprised for our stay.

Room for Improvement”

The hotel was superb, in terms of location, cleanliness and of course since it is new, it was beautiful. We chose Sheraton as it was near to the venue of our wedding dinner hall. We had a tiring but happy day on the day of check in as we got married (church wedding) in the morning, and came over to the hotel at about 12.30-12.45, I was in my wedding dress, and both me and my husband were obviously very tired and hungry. I requested Front Desk if they could accommodate an early check in, but we were informed that it will be at 3pm, being a hotelier myself, I totally understand this, but I felt that more could have been done, seeing a guest in front of you who is tired and with her wedding dress. We didn't even receive a "congratulations" from the Front Desk. We were informed to wait till about 1.3. A sincere thanks to the staff at Link Cafe as they made us feel welcomed and anticipated all our needs and took care of us, even help us take photographs. FO, please learn from them. TQ

Fantastic hotel. Have been staying at Hilton PJ most of my trip down. Now Sheraton open directly, Beautiful and nice hotel. Did feedback about a bottle water which was drank before. They replace for me and send up a representative to apologies. Very impress with their service. Cons: Sewage smell at selective time at toilet

Trial New Hotel Experience for New Year Eve”

Overall SPG Hotel Group is satisfied. The ambience of the hotel is elegance & value for money. Some of the improvement tips are required for Sheraton PJ . 1) Lift service are poorly managed as only 3 lifts to handle high-volume of human traffic, waiting time can be 5 to 10 minutes during peak. 2) 5 star hotel car park still required to pay RM 5 per entry & auto machine cant accept RM 50 notes. Already highlighted to reception.

Thumbs up to Sheraton PJ! Not only is the hotel new and clean, the staffs are very helpful and warm. One more item to commend on is the fantastic spread of breakfast buffet. Must recommend hotel to all!

1 week young hotel”

It did not carry the excitement and the lively spirit that other Sheraton hotels embody. The staffs were ignorant or just slow - lacked training... Me & my Husband booked the hotel around Aug or Sept and went to Sheraton on 26 Oct. to kick off our anniversary celebration. When we arrived, we were amazed of the vastness and grandeur of the hotel but was surprised because it was like a ghost town. When we asked the concierge he said that the hotel just open a week ago....and many of its amenities are not open yet. True enough, the bar by the pool is not yet operational, the gym had no staff so we had to u turn and go back to our room. There is no spa within the hotel, only had one small bar and one restaurant shopping centre nearby. But the amenities inside the hotel room is something to celebrate..the bed and sheets are smooth and kingly...the bath tub and glass shower room were very grand & neat...

My overall stay at the hotel was rather present. the only thing that was not arrange too well was the arrangement and coordination with Hilton on resolving the overbooking issue on my first night., however, the staff was really helpful. it is mainly to coordination part and liaising part makes the whole issue a little troublesome and confusing. My suggestion would be best for us as guest to deal solely with the hotel that we have done our booking with will be better; instead of multiple parties. Overall, its a very present stay.

Very beautiful & convenient hotel”

Love the hotel. The facilities, the cleanliness, the ambience and luxurious furniture. But there were a lot of mix up upon checkin of which rooms have been paid fully and which are pending payments. (our group checked in about 18 rooms) During checkout, we also found out that my grandma’s breakfast had been paid by my brother earlier during checkin but the restaurant received our on the spot payment of cash for our grandma’s breakfast. I guess the system didn’t update the info that our breakfast has already been paid. We did manage to sort it out after we found out about it by accident, fortunately. Nonetheless, the staffs helped us with the refund and clarified everything with us professionally. Overall, very impressed with the hotel. Local food is also just across the street, a 5-7mins walk away. 👍🏻

Good value for money”

The room was spacious and value for money. It was clean and i was thankful that the hotel allowed me to check in before 1400. The staff (from security guards on the Ground Floor to the Front Desk and House Keeping) were very friendly and helpful. I did not get the chance to take a look at the pool and gym as they were close because of COVID. I am not familiar with PJ but there was at least LRT that connect the hotel to places like KLCC and Central Market.

Acceptable quality ”

This hotel is new thus the rooms and facilities conditions are good. Hope they can maintain this in the future. A few points to bring up on the toilet of the room. The toilet was design in a very luxurious toilet but unfortunately the water heater was not delivering enough warm water. And the towels were very rough.

Great stay for KL trip”

Comfortable bed/pillows! Room and hotel front appeared plush as first impression. My daughter enjoyed the bathtub much; good-sized bathtub in my opinion. Good breakfast with decent options. Staff went out of his way to make our breakfast on our last day 👍. Strategic location for those driving; easy access to Federal Highway. Decent kid's room. Carpark security was 👍. Saw security rounding when we arrived. Only thing was our checkout staff was rather curt; customer service could be improved there.

the hotel is new, equipments function at tip top currently. we took twin sharing. nice beds. a little strange for the price of the hotel rooms they still need to charge for flat rate parking.

Best option in Petaling Jaya”

I'm guessing this is the tallest hotel in PJ so you get a bird's eye view of the city and beyond especially from the rooftop pool. Friendly staff, good breakfast spread, comfortable rooms, and a decent gym. Only concern was that the shower pressure could be better. Would definitely return if ever I'm in PJ again.

Value for money ”

I booked a club level room for the club lounge privilege. It is by far the most affordable club level room that I have ever paid for. I enjoyed the room and the food served at the lounge. The lounge is Instagram-worthy, spacious and not crowded at all. I'd consider coming back but with my EXO-L girlfriends for a staycation and try to retrace EXO's steps when they stayed at this hotel ☺

Sheraton Petaling Jaya”

First impression was very good. The room is very nice, clean and the bed and sheets give you a comfortable good night sleep. This hotel is very new, some small teething issues. Taxi, Grab and Uber have difficulties locating the hotel entrance.
