Well priced hotel ”

Very good, you can catch the bus to many major areas including Disney downton, Downtown Orlando, and other theme parks. Free internet, clean rooms, nice staff. One staff member did tell me the wrong information about shuttle bus to the airport i.e. you dont have to book as it is always outside, when she was talking about the car service that would take you anywhere you ask. A/C is also very loud.

Not the good Sheraton Hotels we normally stay with”

Overall the hotel is not bad except the cleaning is poor. My wife complaint her personal towel was wet and placed on the toilet so she wondered if it was being used to clean up the toilet! Coffee stain on table was not cleaned. We switched to this hotel in last minute because we like to stay in Sheraton hotels but this time we are very disappointed! Location is not bad as it’s close to some restaurants and 7-eleven.

The location is close to the Disney world. Has couple of shuttle services from and to the different theme parks a day. We enjoyed the stays.

Good hotel but charge extra for everything”

this is a good hotel in a good location with shops and restaurants across the street. But the hotel charges extra for parking (12 $ a day), for using the wifi, for using the pools and gym and ect. So the price is more expensive than planned..

Great hotel, but inappropriate cleaning staff ”

We stay at this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights it was a great moment and great value of money. The staff at the check in and restaurant are so friendly and welcome. The room was big enough for 6 people because it had a 2 queen bed and 1 sofa bed. but unfortunately the cleaning staff is so inappropriate, one day i was still in the bathroom taking shower and this cleaning staff enter our room to clean. notice that i were in the bathroom, she just not care and still do the job lousily. the plate and bowl that we're using was not been taken for 3 days. but after all, we were happy and enjoy our stay here at the hotel, but they need some serious training for the cleaning staff.

This hotel is "dated"... in need of a major overhaul.”

This place has not been updated for at least 15 years. Rust stains in the bathroom faucets, old style popcorn ceiling and no continental breakfast. The hotel complex includes 4 buildings, only 2 of which are connected from within, the other 2 are not. You must walk outside and around the complex to get to the main lobby. Location is not ideal, it's a minimum of 10 minutes from the main attractions. One good thing... the outdoor pool is nice. Separate area for small kids is a nice touch. Service was good, no issues there. An average of 7.8 is high This place falls short of what I expected from a Sheraton.

While staying at this hotel, we faced some facility problems. But this hotel can fix it very quick. I enjoy the service they provided.

Clean and nice view bedroom, nice pool”

Awesome! Everything about this hotel is great, the bedroom is nice and comfortable, the pool is gorgeous, my kids love it so much, the location surrounded with many restaurants which is good, and last but not least is there's 7 eleven cross the road! Where finally i can found noodles in the cup!

The staff was great. They helped with anything I needed. We had just a few issues with the room but they got resolved.

My Bad Experience in a "Sheraton !!!!" Hotel”

In fact, the hotel is quite dirty; bad response to customer query; bad services of travel counter; house keeping not really function well; not tidy up the room in acceptable standard; charging of car parking everyday for US$15 to guest is not fair. My husband is a SPG member; can't check his membership for we couldn't state the member number !!!!! What a "Sheraton" hotel ???!!!
