Nice Hotel and enough to be recommended”
The Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur Hotel is just like what you expect from the name of "Sheraton". It is not really far from "Bukit Bintang" (only 3 stops on monorail) and the hotel itself is quiet and sound since it is not located in city center or public place. If you want to go to market or mall, you can spend only 10 minute to get there on foot (but the mall is not really big, only small super market, restaurants and starbucks!). The pool is small but does not to be bigger in my opinion. Select this hotel with cheap price and you must be satisfied!

Sheraton Imperial, Kuala Lumpur”
The Sheraton Imperial is superbly located, 50 metres from Medan Tuanku monorail station, right in the middle of the Golden Triangle. Little India is 5 minutes walk and Chinatown 10-15 minutes. The entrance and foyer are as grand as one would expect, as are the sweeping staircases and interior decoration. The rooms are more 4-star then 5, though still very comfortable and roomy. The level of service is absolutely superb - every request I made was granted, even if it was practically impossible! We asked to be switched to a room with a view of the Towers and our request was granted, on a Saturday night, and an upgrade thrown in for good measure. The breakfast is nothing short of a banquet - Western, European, Malaysian, Thai, Chinese, Indian - eat as much as you like, or as much as you can of top-class restaurant quality cuisine. Highly recommend this Hotel.

Well done”
This is my first time stay at Sheraton Imperial KL, but the hotel staff really show they are passion about their service. I arrive at the hotel around 1230 hrs, unexpected the room is ready and the the reception is very friendly and within 10 min I can proceed to my room. once I enter my room I amazed by the size of the room and my room mate also said it is too big for us. Later when we going out looking for some places to shop, the Concierge Faizal really give us very good guide line how to travel by MRT which just 5 min walk from hotel. over all the hotel is good but only one thing is the toilet flooring look old. Lastly I need to praise the F&B staff at the breakfast room because at the morning before we check out we went to take the breakfast, but unfortunately my room mate is not felling fell and he is vomit at the table where we sit. The restaurant staff react very quickly to help us and thanks again for their professional attitude. Generally the hotel deserve as 5 star luxury. I will come back again to stay at Sheraton Imperial.

We had an excellent stay at the Sheraton Imperial. It was our second visit and we were provided with the same high standards as three years ago. The high quality of the rooms, together with a good choice of restaurants and proximity to the downtown shopping area/Petronas Towers, make the hotel highly recommended in Kuala Lumpur.

Great location and value-for-money”
The rooms (I booked two) were both spacious and comfortable. Newer hotels wouldn't have rooms as big as these. Location was great - monorail station was right at the door step. No problem traveling from hotel to main shopping area which is just a few stops away. Only inconvenient thing is that Sheraton Imperial KL Hotel does not offer free wifi in the rooms. The lobby is always crowded with people sitting around the sofa area using mobile phones and laptops for the wifi service, which is only free at the lobby. Tourists from China are noisy and unkempt which makes the lobby an ugly sight. Hotel staff could gently remind hotel guests of decorum. Otherwise, hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Great stay. Would definitely return.

Very good hotel”
Generally very good, modern, clean and well-managed hotel. The additional advantage is wide range of daily tours offered by the hotel' concierge with the additional charges (we had the great pleasure to take part in one of those tours). One of the best things about this hotel is also the possibility of having (from some of the rooms) the brilliant view over Kuala Lumpur skyline (with direct wiew on Petronas Twin Towers). The hotel is also well lacated, being only some 50 metres from the city-train station (thanks to which the transportation from the hotel to the city center and to the airport is really easy and fast). Also I've got nothing to complain about the hotel' service (the staff is generally very nice). The only drawback is the lack of free Internet in the rooms (but there is an easy Web' access at the hotel' lobby).

Pleasantly surprised with Sheraton Imperial.”
i enjoyed my stay at sheraton imperial hotel. staff very warm and efficient. though i had to change my room on first night due to leaking aircon ... making tiled floor dangerously slippery. lobby provides excellent meeting and pc facility & free wifi. breakfast buffet was good .. not fantastic. best description being 'value for money'. hotel location not good for shopping ... and needs 10 min taxi ride to suria shopping centre klcc. overall happy with my choice. previous trips to kl i stayed at traders hotel.

Pleasant, Though It Did Fall Short of Expectations”
The hotel is located in just few steps to the monorail that takes you to prominent locations in the golden triangle, and 10 minutes walk to Sogo. Love the rooms and the overall cleanliness, although there were a couple of 'unexpected' hiccups. Had to wait for slightly more than 2 hours at the lobby when we checked in, because our rooms weren't ready. In the end, we were downgraded to a room 5 floors lower, because they still weren't ready even after all that time. By the time we checked in, it was already close to 5, even though we reached the lobby at 2.30pm. Also, when we called for housekeeping services, the lady who attended to us had a questionable attitude, and made it seem like we were imposing on her and disturbing her conversation with her colleague. Found that to be unprofessional and somewhat appalling, especially coming from a hotel like Sheraton. Could definitely use some improvement on service. The staff were friendly and courteous, but if they'd just given us the room on the lower floor right from the start, it would have saved us those 2 hours of just sitting at the lobby and waiting listlessly for nothing.

Best place t live whilst in KL”
If this your first time in KL, this must be your choice. Its located right next to golden triangle. The mono rail station is right outside the hotel with links to all the places. The hotel itself is very good value for money, although I paid a little extra to get the executive club floor. Got many benefits cz of it. The best of all was a room on the 36th floor with the best view of the skyline of KL. Would recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a nice 5 star hotel in KL.

Good time the Sheraton Imperial”
Booked 2 club rooms, were checked in at the lobby as opposed to the club lounge which we thought was a bit strange. Club room was a little dated but nice, club lounge staff all very friendy and efficient, good selection of canapés, but no vodka! Didn't use the swimming pool, but it seemed ok. Location nice and quiet with easy access to KLCC Suria and Bukit Bintang via taxi. Overall a good 3 nights at the Sheraton Imperial

Friendly staff, nice and clean, close to monorail”
I had a good experience staying at the Sheraton Imperial KL. The staff was very friendly and helped us a lot with information about tourist attractions to visit. The room were clean but noisy. We could hear loud music from the discos at night, even though we stayed at 25th floor we could hear it clearly. It will definitely disturb your sleep. Except for that it was a pleasant stay.

Great staff, comfortable stay ”
We stayed 3 nights at the Sheraton Imperial. Buffet breakfast was outstanding quality and selection, the rest of the dining wasn't so great. Staff were absolutely wonderful- very welcoming, friendly and provided prompt service. KL has a great public transport system and the hotel is withing a couple of hundred meters to the monorail. Great hotel would recommend it.

Had a great time at Sheraton Imperial. We arrived late at night and ordered room service but the operator said we had to wait an hour for our food because they had many orders. We cancelled our order. The remote control for the TV was not working at room 3122. Other than that we had a wonderful dtay and hope to come back again soon.

Nice hotel close to the Petronas Towers”
Very classy hotel, close to the Petronas Towers. Also close to the monorail station with many clubs and bars just in the back alley. Very good food, especially the Italian restaurant. Excellent room with a very luxurious bathroom and a great view of the CBD of Kuala Lumpur. Staff very helpful and kind.

great hotel if your in kl”
very nice hotel in central kl very well situated for everything a holidaymaker/traveller would want or obviously for business. impeccable condition as you would expect at a sheraton swimming pool and gym/spa area big plus. very good standard buffet for breakfast and dinner room was very spacious and very nice only downside was one side of the hotel is noisy due to a local club we got moved to the other side of the hotel in a better room, much quieter with a view over petronas towers.. also tv in new room didnt work properly... we complained and it didnt get fixed... they did however give us a bottle of prosecco to say sorry which was better than the tv anyway!! all in all great stay and would definitely recommend it but stay on the quiet side of the hotel if staying between thurs and sunday james

Efficient friendly staff.”
Always enjoy our stay at Sheraton Imperial but this time the bathroom was always stinking (room 2120). We asked for a change of room but they did not oblige saying they were full etc.. They cleaned the bathroom and sprayed it but the smell persisted. We were disappointed and stressed out with the stench. and our stay was not pleasant.
