Business stay feels like staycation”

The host is super nice and responsive. We had an incident where we had to come back to the place during our conference at lunch time as the issue cannot be solved in the morning. She was very understanding and offered to extend our check out time up til 6pm! OKID is a well furnished 2 bedroom apartment complete with washer dryer machine, high pressured got water system and well air-conditioned whole area. It's also well guarded and has plenty of parking spaces (free for now). Because it's of walking distance to Alamanda (less then 5 mins), you don't have to worry about dining and transport. We choose to stay in an apartment rather than a conventional hotel for our 3 day-business conference because we want the space, the feeling of going to a home while working and the convenience of fixing our own meals even if it's a simple breakfast.

Worth the value for weekend getaway”

Complete apartment facilities with swimming pools for adults and kids, sauna room and gymnasium that are appropriate for family. The apartment was clean and well arrange. Very convenient as the unit located next to Alamanda Shopping Centre for your shopping needs. Worth every penny.

A big thank you to the owner and she get her sister to wait for us until midnight on our arrival...in this apartment,they got everything you need.... Chck I'm and out was easy...just that u need to wait for someone to open the gate if u are outside...however, just some cleaniness issue to be taken care of...and the window in the single room could not be closed or lock...

Beautiful home, friendly hosts ”

Everything was perfect. We booked this place to attend an event at a nearby venue. The hosts even own a cafe in the building. The only thing that was a bit challenging was getting in and out of the place since the building uses tenant face recognition. But everything else was perfect. Loved the master bedroom's closet.

Highly recommend this place for a stay. Very near to the mall and suitable to anyone who has work trips in Putrajaya.

Dont Get A Chance to Stay”

As a parent, really disappointed because my booking been cancelled on the morning booking date. Reason technical issue, aircond problem. Already made promise with my kids and booked a midnight movie at alamanda. Had to let go everything. But I’m refunded. As Agoda user, really thanks for informing me about the issues on early morning.

Clean and great location”

There are so many good things about this place - cleanliness and location top it all. The host is wonderful also. However, there is only one tiny thing that is a little hassle for every guest - there is only one key available. Since it is situated in a residential building, the door access (via facial recognition) limits your mobility in and out of the place. I hate troubling the host from calling/texting her each time we need to get in, so you just need to wait for someone who will open the door and just tailgate to enter. Not really convenient particularly if you want to go out in the wee hours of the morning or late night, but that's the price you have to pay for staying in a residential condo such as this. Other than that, everything was great.

House clean and near to mall”

we are happy staying there. all facilities well function and kids happy stay there. however, its quite hassle since they give only one access card. The house's power need to use the card as well. also, we need to claim back the parking fee from the owner.

The house was very big indeed, we can work well in the house, each person will take up one space for meeting purposes, its equipped with Disney You need to reconfirm with the owner about the access to the building to room before booking, because there is a strict sop.

Cozy accommodation”

House is clean and can cook if needed. The pool is amazingly large and clean too. The place is affordable and walking distance to Alamanda Shopping Mall. Parking is also free, that's a plus point to me. At ground floor you'll get Tealive, Starbucks, 7E and eateries. The entrance to the residence is now with face recognition which mainly owners registered. Usually there's people coming in and out so we can follow them. Just during odd hours can ask the security to open for you.

Sparkling clean place, nice ambience, quick response from the Host, clear check-in instruction, very near to Alamanda, got wifi so hassle free to do your work, well equipped, cheap parking fee. The only thing that need to be improved is the stinky smell came from the toilet hole (shower). I couldn’t sleep as the smell was quite strong though the toilet door closed. Other than that, everything was just perfect!
