"It is easy to find the hotel there is a big sign on the road directing you down the soi.Carpark is underneath so motorbikes and cars are not subject to weather conditions.Key card lock on door to hotel and nice clean stairs and corridor.The rooms are very large and clean.The bed was a kingsize and very soft.The air conditioner worked well and there were 200 stations on the cable TV but because Surin is very country most of the stations were Thai and to be honest with you I didn't have time or the inclination to sit there and work out which language the stations were in English.Too much to see around town.There is a 7/11 and mini mart around the corner and an Aussie restaurant on the other side of the main road and down a bit.The bus station,bars and restaurant were all in walking distance.The Isaan club was also very lively and enjoyable.Speed disco is just around the corner if thats your thing or if you want to slow it down The Thongtarin Hotel has a very nice beer garden,live soft music and karaoke if you want and very nice and reasonably priced international and Thai food."
