Good location ”

The villa is just 3 mins walk to the night market. A pretty convenient location to explore around Hoi An old city. The owner and staff are very friendly and extended their helpful hands like packing a breakfast box for a 5:30 hrs early morning trip; fix a minor issue of the bath room quickly and efficiently.; arrange car transfer from HoiAn to Banner Hill and Daneng at reasonable price. The owner runs the villa with his heart and great passionate. If you want to stay at a cosy place, this no doubt a best choice.

The best value and cleaner as any of the other 7 hotels I stayed in in Vietnam. You won’t regret booking this small hotel, they lend you a push bike to tour Hoi-An on and offer a nice simple adequate breakfast. My room was spacious and very clean. Location of hotel is excellent. The staff are polite, courteous and helpful. Linh is an absolute delight. Thank you Serenity, keep up the good work.

Decent overall; convenient in many respects”

I think this hotel is worthy if you want to be close to the night market (on the weekends). My room (rooftop - no neighbors) was well tended to. Great terrace BUT you share space with the staff who frequently walk by the terrace. There is a divider but it isn't much privacy. There is no elevator FYI. I had a bit of an issue with hot water in the shower and the staff were keep to respond. Serenity is located on the opposite side of the water to the "Ancient City". As this is a review of the hotel, I won't go in to detail on my feelings toward said city. It is less than a 10 minute walk to the city. There are many restaurants nearby. Go to Coffee House 11 for a reasonably priced coffee and view. Morning Glory is WAY overpriced. All I will say is do yourself a favour and venture out of the confines of the river and ancient city. Scooter rental at the hotel is 150KVND for the day (like other hotels, they drain the fuel -add1L) AnBang beach is approx 15-20 minutes scooter ride away.

Great location and beautiful hospitality”

We had such a nice time we decided to stay a second night! Perfect location within walking distance to everything you want to see in Hoi An. The staff were super friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend and will stay again next time we are in Hoi An!

The hotel is in a nice location. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff are frendly and supportive of everything...😊. There are free bicycles, it's a great pleasant to ride a bike in Hoi An🚲

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE, FRIENDLY STAFF, AMAZING LOCATION, SUPER CLEAN ROOM!!”

This place is absolutely wonderful. The rooms are big and super clean with a BEAUTIFUL pool view and balcony. The beds are so comfortable. The host family are friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They have pick up and drop off services from the airport at a reasonable price. They recommended me some reasonable outdoor tours (Ba Na hills, eco life, walking tour, and My Son tour) for my family, too. Tip: free bicycle rentals.:):) Breakfast is delicious and fresh, you just order it a night before. Location is exactly 20 steps to the night market and 2 mins by walking to the ancient town, super fantastic. I wish I could extend my vacation, but I do enjoy my 2 weeks staying there. EVERYTHING IS WONDERFUL, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED<3.

Great place to stay in centre of Hoi An”

Excellent location and value at this brand new, very comfortable hotel 1min walk from the bridge and all the sights. Rooms big and airy, and the staff are wonderfully friendly and helpful. Laundry service available if you need it. They were attentive enough to ask us what we thought when we left and if we had any feedback. We suggested they put a mat outside the door or our room on the 3rd floor so it wasn't so slippery. They were appreciative and I'm sure this will happen, I expect this place will keep getting better still. A great choice for any kind of traveller. There were families, solo travellers, and couples like us. Had a wonderful time. Many thanks!

Clean, renovated, friendly staff”

This hotel was recently renovated with taste, Everything was clean and functional. Hotel is conveniantly located right in the pedestrian area a night. Staff was very friendly and always available to help. Limited choices of breakfast (about 10 options made to order), but kids (and adults) loved the chocolate-banana-pancake and the fresh juices!! We were a group of 10 people including kids (3 rooms) and all would definitely recommend this hotel.

Lovely and helping staff”

Very clean room and bathroom, nice pool (with good waterquality and cleanliness!!) and great staff. Bright rooms, white clean bed sheets! View from balcony could be better (you will see a lot of trash) but thats out of the hotels control. for breakfast fruits and coffee will be served together with a juice and meal you have to choose the night before from the Menu. Just a short walk from the cute yello houses of old town and the night market is around the corner. We were really happy here!

Great host”

Room basic but clean. Had a balcony but no view. Location was good, night market and eatery around. The owner is polite, chatty and speaks good english. Recommended tour and i had transfer arranged by him with competitive price. Recommended for short stay.

Excellent cost performance”

This is a very good hotel with excellent cost performance. Also the staff is very friendly. Breakfast is good enough to eat. One thing I was worried about was that there were so many mosquitoes in my room that I couldn't sleep at night. (The staff responded to this the next day.)

Very good hotel on convenient location”

From this hotel, it is only five minutes walk to the Japanese Bridge, and less than two minutes to the night market, yet the market does not disturb one's sleep. Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. Recommended.

Exceptional”

Lovely little place to stay, made us feel at home from the beginning. Staff are more than happy to help, lovely clean room with ac and a small balcony. Located in the heart of the night market so your close to shopping, food and a couple of minutes from the Japanese bridge and other attractions. Highly recommended.

Great Stay!”

We were coming off a flight from SGN and they had a shuttle to us right away. Very nice staff and the mango pancakes were delicious! Great family run hotel, Clean, comfortable and have bikes you can ride around town with. I would definitely recommend!!

Close to the action ”

Very nice and helpful staff. , very close to the street markets yet super quiet in the rooftop room , clean , hot water . Breakfast omelette was cooked beautifully also . They also took care of the motorbike for me so it was safe and secure . Would definitely stay again

The only con is the back rooms were bear some local construction and thus noisy during the day. Otherwise good value for money and great staff and excellent location.
