Pleasantly Surprised”

When we looked into this property, we were concerned by the poor reviews we read online. We decided, for the money, it was worth the risk. What a shock! The hotel far surpassed our expectations. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful (additional requested towels were happily provided within 5 minutes), the room was very cute especially for families with young kids, and the amenities (heated pools, gym, game room) were very nice. The room is clean, albeit dated and could use newer cabinetry and carpeting. The a/c wasn't very strong, due in no small part to the kids "castle" that blocked the air from cooling the entire space. The ceiling fan did help mitigate this. The nearly $8 "Resort Fee" which all hotels have to one extent or another was on par, and the checking in and out of the hotel was quick and efficient. If you're looking for someplace in Orlando, close to the major theme parks, to rest your head for the night, be cute for the kids, and are on a budget then Seralago should be at the top of your list! We will return.

Close to Disney”

Our room (the junior suite) was clean and comfortable. It had a refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. The hotel is located close to Old Town which is within waking distance and Disney World which was about 10 minutes away. The pool was a little cold due to previous days of rain but the jacuzzi was hot. There was a tiki bar near the pool and the drinks were good. Vernice welcomed us warmly and check in was a breeze. She is an asset to the hotel and a pleasure to meet upon arrival. We plan to return to DW soon and will definitely stay at Seralago again.

Great Getaway”

I travel with my 11-year-old granddaughter and go from the Tampa Bay area to Orlando area many times a year just for a long weekend. I really like the Seralago. The staff is great, the location could not be better and my room is always just what I want. The pools are great and well maintained. They are close to everything that I need and all of the theme parks that I have passes to for us. I certainly recommend the Seralago for anyone who just needs to gt away.

Great If You Just Need a Place to Crash”

We decided to come down early prior to a 1 week reservation at another resort, and needed a place for one night. We took a chance on Seralago, despite the mixed reviews, and were pleasantly surprised. The desk staff was much friendlier and engaging than the desk staff at the resort I went to subsequently, the room was clean, and the amenities were charming if one were bringing a family. We would definitely stay here again! The location, for proximity to Disney, is as good as it gets, which is important when the traffic is bad down here, and it is late at night and you are Disneyed out.

Awesome VACA time”

We have been staying here all this year every time we go over to the East coast from the West coast. We really do like to stay there. It is full os very helping staff and they are always right there to help you with something. The rooms are great and the cost is even greater. We will continue to go to the Seralago. just the right hotel”

good location, most parks are $12 averaged on uber and 24$ from airport, nice and warm staff can speak both English and Spanish. disney and universal sell tickets here with good deals compared if purchased at gate, offer free shuttle to all parks, many fast food and restaurants nearby, pharmacy and souvenir shops. large rooms with two queen beds and a couch good for five people and very low price, free parking for guest near your room, had a big swimming pool, has restaurant with reasonably priced food amd aouvenirs, good internet connections

Fantastic”

We always use Seralago hotel when we are in the Orlando and Kissimmee area because it's a great hotel with many amenities, great location and very good price!

Some issues ....bedding and DONT DO BREAKFAST ”

Overall positive, some things to address . The reason chose this hotel was the family “SUITE” with extra sleeping areas (5 kids), the only problem is, no extra bedding  provided (only main beds had sheets/blankets/pillows) as a family suite you might expect paper towels, or at least a broom or sweep ? nothing. Provided with a magnetic DO NOT DISTURB sign to put over the CARD KEY slot; so no one would enter & they ENTERED ANYWAYS, rooms do not provide any kind of safe; so not acceptable. Big complaint was the breakfast buffet. When checked in, was told one free child per adult, being a family on strict budget meant maybe could afford hot breakfastl checked with the woman at the buffett she confirmed.  Eggs fine, the only thing that was. everything else was extremely NOT FRESH and the only meat on the bar (sausage) was chewy, like it had been boiled or reheated until chewing gum.  overall unpleasant (breakfast) & shock to our (finances) when we realized we’d been billed for free children

10 day vacation stay in Kissimmee, Florida to visit Disney”

It was a memorable 10 day vacation with the family where we enjoyed all the aspects related to selecting Seralago. The location of the hotel made it easy for us to access all the sounds and sights that Kissimmee and Disney had to offer.

Great stay!”

I have been to Seralago several times. The location is great, very close to Old Town. The one bedroom suite was great for two couples, with separate rooms. Although we did not use it, the kitchenette was practical. However, make sure to take plates and silverware, if you plan to bring food to your room. Will definitely go back.

Nice hotel, nice staff, good ubication”

Seralago was a good experience, even when ia an old structure hotel, looks clean, staff member are awesome, polite respectful and rhe ubication and price is an A+. My only suggestion is place some smells in each bedroom so smell fresh instead old. I spray mine and no more problem.

Stay every time at seralago”

I stay every time at the Seralago for the past 15 years. If your budget traveler this is where you want to be. I love their pool it’s always warm they have two of them. The price saves you lots of money. The location is great you can walk to gift shops and food places and it’s right next to old town amusement park. Maybe not as pristine as a holiday inn but I never feel like it’s dirty But if you’re a complainer over every little thing pay more and go someplace else.

Exceptional”

We stay at this Motel a lot we go over to Old Town at least six or seven times a year and we always stay at seralago. They are very pleasant to deal with and will handle any problem if there is any. I just wish they had a program where you can after you stay so many times you could have a free time or something it would be nice since we stay there so much. Something to think about.

I Love Seralago!!!”

This has been my 2nd year to seralago & I come for 14 days with my whole family & children. I have not yet found anything wrong with seralago. They are a great team an also very respectful. I will be seeing you all next year I stayed from the end of July to 2nd week of aug I do it every year!!!!!! I highly recommend also the pizza & wings are my best choice.... 😎😀😀👌👌👌👌👌👌👍👍👍👍

Traveled with large family”

This hotel has wear but its perfect for the price and location. KFC and Old Town right next door. Store was used on 3 seperate trips and they had what I needed. Loved the pools, open til midnight. Kids and I rang in the new year poolside. The kiddy pool was perfect for my water loving 8 month old. Housekeeping was so sweet, offerring to take my disabled son home with her, much to his dismay. She was so kind to him and really made the stay special for him, first thing he tells people, not about SeaWorld or Disney! Could not have been happier! Thanks we will be back again soon!!

Wedding party”

This motel/ resort is wonderful, especially for the price! It is located in the older part of Orlando that was probably booming in the early ‘90s, so the building is older but it is clean and well maintained. The entire staff was friendly from the front desk staff, to the dining room staff, to the maintenance staff. If you’re tired of riding around in the car, there are plenty of places to eat that are within walking distance. My family and I would definitely stay here again.

The Seralago is located in a great spot we loved that we could walk and eat and it's even better because of the attractions that's right next door. This will be our go to spot from here on out even though we are locates. We will and have told our family members who live out of town.

Just a place to call home while enjoying Orlando”

I love that if you want to stay in at the hotel, you can because you can do everything there. Seralago has restaurant, game room, and on site pool and whilw you check in they offer cookies. However this place is old I can't waite for the new one to open i will be thw first one there.

Value for money”

Stayed Seralago for a week, it was good experience. The price was reasonable and location is good. There is nothing fancy about hotel but if you looking for mainly sleeping and for basic function, it is good place to stay.

Funny colour combination in room but pleasant stay”

The room looked "busy" with yellow, green, blue & orange decor. It took us quite awhile to settle down. Although room is large but has only 1 standing lamp. Staff (named Michell) was very responsive & considerate to arrange with housekeeping to fix up table lamp for us when we requested for a brighter room. The strong wifi signal was a great plus. We left early morning & returned only late at night. But lo behold, there was always ample parking space. Our room was away from the pool. We slept and rested very well during our 3-day stay in hotel. My hubby & I thought Seralago was one of our comfortable place we has stayed during the trip. We did not eat at the restaurant in hotel which seemed to be selling only children food. But this did not bother us as there were many dining options nearby the hotel.
