I love my experience!”

I am glad I chose to be in Seda Central Bloc for my pandemic Christmas staycation. Check-in and check-out were easy and quick. The room is so spacious, and the amenities are luxurious. I had a peaceful and quiet stay. I also loved the Filipino breakfast buffet. Gym & pool accessibility was also efficiently managed. Cleanliness and good sanitation practices were also 'always' strictly observed. Plus, the Mall is just a stone's throw away. It was really great to be here! Thank you, Seda Central Bloc.

High class Hotel at IT Park”

Seda IT-Park is a clean hotel with a nice breakfast buffet (I just missed corned beef; bananas or Mangos); swimming pool at roof top: very clean, not crowded; nice view to Waterfront Hotel; around the hotel are many pubs, open until 11 p.,m - 2 mins walking distance. Positive: breakfast, pool, location, clensliness. Negative: Rooms are super small, the bathroom is less than 5 sqm., u nearly cant turn around; the aircon of the room is powerless, it needs many hour to cool it down; the building feels hot, around 32°C; the price for value is better at other Seda hotels, or also at Waterfront, Radison or Quest. I will book Seda again, but maybe not this one.

They have everything!”

The facilities are amazing, each room is complete from the kitchen to the bathroom. Location cannot be beaten too, since below is just Ayala Central Bloc for buying necessities or eating out.

New & super nice ”

We found this hotel to be so so nice being new it just feels good & is really well located in the IT park. Food in the restaurant is very pricey tho compared to outside. Roof top pool is really nice & gym is right next to it, clearly Covid has impacted some things which is unfortunate but in general the hotel is very very nice & we certainly intend to stay again.

Location was superb but.....”

I totally understand that you guys are working on a skeletal staffing but we adjusted in this situation too. We werr staying here for 5 nights for work/leisure purposes but it was not the kind of service that we were expecting. TBH, we were thinking to come back 2 weeks after but what happened to us was unfair. We requested for our room to be cleaned up since it was our 3rd day but available schedule was at 4pm which we might be sleeping so it was our choice not to pursue with it since we were resting and it was totaly fine. What we cannot understand was when we requested for towel replacements and water, etc. nothing happened! Those were very basic requests. It won't take 5 or 10 minutes of someone's time just to provide it. It won't even bother me if I was asked to pick it up somewhere, they just need to let me know where. We didn't even have tissues, tea but we  bought our own in Metro Supermarket and we did not complain until now.  You are better than this guys. I know you are. The way you treat us in the lobby, reception, lobby resto show how good you are in making everyone feel at home. Please make this better for your next guests. .

I have absolutely no regrets about selecting Seda Central Bloc Cebu as my lodging while in Cebu. The location is excellent, with plenty of dining options around, just next to Ayala Malls, and in front of Cebu IT Park. The breakfast was nice, but what amazed me was that, when I lost my phone (12 promax), as a mother of 2 childrens, I can't remember the last time I held it. And "Jesse," the security guard at the gym and pool, found it and gave it to me. Such an honest person is hard to come by these days. This upright person needs to be promoted by Seda. Jesse, thank you

This hotel is great for people who wants to be close to everything, its like in the middle of city and close to airport too. Hotel staff is fine, approachable and helpful, but there is one guard who is not. Also, the room is kinda small for Deluxe also the air condition in our room was very “mahina” even though its 18 degrees already and in the middle of the night it automatically off, so hoping they can improve it too. But over all, it still a nice place.

Had the best location. ”

Seda has the best location in I.T park it's beside the new Ayala mall, and has a lot of restaurants and coffee shops across the hotel, if you needed a medicine or something there's also a Rose Pharmacy across the street. They also had the best breakfast buffet lots to choose from from breads to the viand. The only problem we had was that the sink smells bad and the room was a bit dirty. Our room looks old though this hotel was new. But overall, we had a great time staying here.

Love the fact that the hotel is connected to a mini mall and supermarket …. Very convenient especially if traveling with kids …. washer / dryer too is very much a need ! I like the small town feel that I can walk into a pharmacy and a bakery and with lots of food around !

Everything was accessible”

It was a great stay overall. Ideal for business travelers within the IT park area. Also good for leisure but the pool and bar must be open until midnight so guests can enjoy them.

Good location, nice staff, fairly-sized rooms. The only downside for us was that there was no bidet in the toilet. But overall it was good

Good choice in the middle of IT Park”

My Filipino wife and I stayed there for two nights after arriving at Cebu. This is our first trip to the Philippines after 3 years of Covid break. The hotel has direct access to the Ayala Mall central bloc and to the metro market via car park level in the basement. We enjoyed having not to worry about anything while getting used to Traveling and the Philippines again. The hotel is located at IT Park. There are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and all kind of stores nearby. Internet was super fast and stable. I had a lot online meetings via Teams and had no problems at all. Also doing some software programming on a virtual machine via ssh worked without connection losses in between.

Loud Noises”

We were given a room on a floor where there were ronovations going on. You can never rest or sleep the whole day of the loud drillings on the walls. We requested for another quite area but it took forever for them to accommodate our request.
