Perfect location -- one block to the beach. Comfortable rooms though not luxurious. Awesome value.
The location of the pool in an inner courtyard led to a lot of echoing noise but no one was in the pool late so it was okay.

The room was clean and up to date on amenities. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was pleasant and greeted us upon arrival. The pool was clean and refreshing. And, the location was close to everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again.
The bathroom was very small. The bathtub drain was partially clogged and it was brought to the front desk attention.

End of Summer beach-fix”

The Inn is a gem for a getaway to the beach in Fenwick. You are a three minute walk to the beach or a two minute drive to the Fenwick DE state park. Mancini's restaurant, Just Hooked, for dinner is very close and for breakfast the Warren Station. It was extremely easy to get to the property coming on to the island.

front desk tried getting another $30 to check in a little early. this was after they said the room wasn’t ready but if I gave them another $30 the room would be magically ready.
