A good apartment allocated as nightly hotel room with perfect location facing the beautiful Wonnapa Beach south side of Bangsaen. Needed to check-in with THB100 deposit for keydard and park your car at Nanachart Hotel next door. The room is well equipped with ready-to-move-in nice furniture but very limited amenities. Some standard amenities are not well provided, such as there are only bath towels but not had towels; garbage bin and tissue paper are provided only in the bathroom but not outside in room areas; no hairdryer; a blank wardrobe with no bathrobe, slippers, or even hangers; etc. Besides the amenities, that brand new wrapped mattress was so solid hard. However, it's a good stay :)

Do not stay here!”

I just spent an overnight in Bangsaen after work. Overall the hotel/aparment was acceptable for the price i paid for. But you can easily find much better hotels at this rate in Pattaya. What I really don’t like: In the morning around 8 am, someone opened the door without my permission!!! Luckily I used the secured chain, so he/she could not enter the room. I’m pretty sure that it was not a maid. And how could that person opened my room???? What the fxxx!

Chilling at Bangsean”

Under hotel have pub for chilling. If you need to rest for quite place. I'm not suggest for here. But if you don't mind for noisy or sound of music It's good for here because you can chill out at terrace behind your room and drinking with your boyfriend and relax with beach wind. I will back to here again soon.

No one in the front desk.”

I went to this place, the front gate was closed. I walked in. No one in the front desk. I called into the number call in the front, the cell phone was put there. No body take care. I walked around one found just one person cleaning behind the building. She came to help. She took my ID and walked away without saying anything. I was so surprised. I walked around to see if anyone there. Another worker was clearing. I called him many times, but he could not hear me because he was using headphones! He told me that the lady took my ID to another hotel to make a copy!!!!! OMG! She doesn't tell me anything. She is polite, but she not a professional one.

Good location right at the beach”

Excellent location, just steps away from the beach, great value. Easy walk to restaurants and 7-Eleven. WiFi cut out some times but the air was good and bed was comfortable. The fitness room could be upgraded a bit, some of the equipment was not working. Across the street there is a large outdoor fitness park with nice views of the beach.

Room too basic”

1. Bed covers and pillows too low cost, and close to unusable. 2. No chairs or any form of table in the room. 3. No power points other than disconnecting the Tv. 4. The ad indicates a balcony, with view. You really have to read the small print to understand there is none. 5. We moved to another place, there are much better value rooms available at walk in rates in Bang Sean then this place.

Cheap, clean, good view, service mind, comfort A bit far from main street, but not much dificult to transport. Not to close to the bar, just is in the bar zone, no disturbing sound at night

Not that great”

I was only spending a few hours in the area so I looked for a lower cost option. Big going in’s that weekend so choices were few. Place is more like a well used dorm room than a hotel room. Everything was worn to the point of being below second hand, lots of visual damage in the room. Bed was like sleeping on a piece of cardboard on the floor. That being said it was a place to be when I needed one. Next time up I’ll go for a higher priced place even though it again will only be for a few hours.

From all reviews I expected something better. 1200THB/night no breakfast is not valued The WORST things is the CLEANLINESS some hairs on the bed seem likes didn’t change the bedsheet. Also Hairs & Spider net in bathroom too! Moreover, Refrigerator was SMELLY thus made whole room smelled. - Location is good but cannot entrance from the beachside by car. - Parking lot I was recommended to park at Nanachart hotel which is about 100m away. - Staff are nice especially night shift staff he was friendly greetings - Facilities in room need to improve. Lighting, some was broken. Last you could book eco-room 800THB from Agoda and pay upgrade at front only 300THB more for a sea view room which is 100THB cheaper than booking direct with Agoda (upon availability)

Clean, friendly receptionist, good location”

Sea view is nice BUT gets noisy in early morning with fisherman unloading catch - plus fresh crabs and prawns at the door step. Long term rentals possible.

Nice view from seaview room ”

Friendly staff as always in Thailand, this is pretty much basic accommodation, not even a safe box. There was a lockable drawer but mine didn’t work.

Not recommend at all”

We arrived at the condo around 8 pm and found out that the room we booked was not available. The staff tried to offer different room on the backward building which has no beach view and would not refund us back the difference since beach view room is more expensive. Then they moved us to the other hotel next to the condo. The ac of that room is not function very well. We were too tired to fight but had to accept it. Do not book this hotel.
