Unlike the negative reviews here, my family enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The staff at the front desk greeted us with a smile when we arrived and all our queries were answered. Their marketing manager met us at Batangas Port, giving us further instructions in going to the hotel. Also, upon checkout, they assisted us in booking our return trip and in getting a tricycle which will bring us to Balatero Port. We didn't try their restaurant though as there are a lot of dining options to choose from along the White Beach shore. The room was big enough for a family of 5 and we did not have problems regarding the signal of TV cable. Mobile data has good coverage but similar with other hotels in the area, wifi is only available at the lobby/ restaurant area. Some points for improvement though - toiletries were not provided except for the bath towels and a tissue roll; water pressure is not enough to provide abundant supply of water for shower (which is understandable though due to the area).

Always smiles and greet us Location: not a beach front but a very short walk to the beach like 2 minutes Room/ Facilities: Very quiet, ideal for smoking and non-smoking guests. The hot and cold shower is functioning well. wi-fi is available in common areas. Price: budget-friendly but doesn't compromise the comfort of a vacation

BEST ACCOMMODATIONS IN WHITE BEACH”
If you are looking for a great hotel, look no further! Stay here! I stayed here with my family for 3 days and were very, very happy with our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and supporting and we were treated like family too! We called the owner, Tita, and she was very helpful and caring. The staff at the reception are great! GOOD EXPERIENCE!”
We stayed there for 2 nights. We are 10 pax with 2 Senior Citizens and 3 children. Their staffs are very accommodating and able to provide for our requests. They are not serving lunch or dinner but the good thing is, it is nearby the beach with a lot of restaurants/food choices. Highly recommended!

My family( group of 6) stayed here last nov 30 to dec 1.. overall we enjoyed our stay. the room was very spacious, we had three beds, we had a balcony and the room was well lit. just a few walks away from the beach but it was very accessible. The Staff are very nice, they also pointed out suggestion where you can but cheaper items if ever you needed one. Note to Sea jewel: please repair your doors, we stayed at room 210? the room in second floor infront of the stairs.

Room is spacious enough for the 2 of us. The staffs are approachable and accomodating. They clean the place everyday which is a plus for us. Its lean season when we stayed, so its peaceful and quiet at night. One thing that needs improvement is the wifi connection. It may be available at the lobby but the connection is too crappy. Over all, our stay was good and we will definitely be coming again.

Great value, 2 min walk to White Beach”
For larger groups or families you will not find better value. Reasonably priced, large rooms, clean. 2 min walk to the beach. Only negative experience was the check in. Took 30 min to check in the group before us. They clearly don’t allow anyone of the staff besides an old lady behind the counter to do check-ins. They could just watch while the old lady took forever with the simplest things. Had a tired impatient child waiting so 1st impression was not good. All in all it is still great value and I would stay here again.

Point for improvement: one of the female receptionists needs to be more responsive when being asked. Sometimes, she just stares at you after you ask a question. She needs to be more friendly, that's all. But the others were accomodating. :) Thanks Sea Jewel!

The place was clean and nice. But the kitchen staff was rude. We ordered our food but it takes time to serve. They are not friendly, they didnt even care to their costumer. They really need trainings please. Your place will be ruin because of your staff. But overall the front desk was nice and helpful. Room is clean and nice.
