One of the best holidays we had in Semporna”
We booked a family room with 5 beds. We arrived at 8pm, with strong winds and heavy rain on the first day of Raya. The poor staff had been on duty alone for the whole day but he was still so helpful. Helped us with check in but our room lights had issues. After calling his boss, Mr Zainal Abidin upgraded us to the chalet. Mr Zainal Abidin helped us get some pillows and carried an extra bed in the rain with my husband to our chalet. An hour later, at 10pm, i kicked the bedpost by accident and requested for ice. Mr Zainal came again with ice, in all the rain. Our greatest appreciation to Mr Zainal. (Just for info, 3 days after that, i had an xray and it was confirmed a fractured toe- which would have been worse without the ice that night). He worked really hard, and without a word of complain. The resort itself is pretty & picturistique. The 'jetty' and bridge were newly painted. However, the wood were starting to rot at some places. May need to replace before any accident happens. Restaurant was great, lots of people came for buka puasa it seems. Will definitely come back to this place.

They delivered a good service throughout our time there. Very recommended since they provided a very good service, breakfast, facilities, and comfort. The best part you can take photo surround the area and got pool with life jacket. Very clean and apart from hussle bussle town great for peace of mind.

We book 2 chalet for 2 nights for our group vacation. Since we rented a car the location was not a problem for us. The view of the resort was beautiful. The staff was very accomodating to our request.. The chalets were spacious and cosy. Water supply was disrupted due to the drought season but staff informed us that only certain hours during the day that our water supply will be cut off. In the mean time, we were free to use the sharing bathroom nearby. There is a restaurant at the premise but we mostly dine out at Semporna town.

Resort is nice. Have various option for room based on budget. Recommended staying for 2 and more members. Not far from town, bearable. I book 5 to 6 people in a room. Not spacious but comfortable for a tight budget. No towel/no kettle but have hot shower. Scenery is ok and nice. Windy.

Exceptional”
The staff were very accomodating to my request to change certain arrangement of my booking. The location was great for photos as it is just by the sea.. We even saw a couple doing their wedding photoshoot there. During our stay, there was a disruption of water supply which was understandable due to drought season. But we were can use the bathroom at Tiger Lodge when the water to the Chalet were off for certain hours. Also the chalets were very cosy.

Booked 2 twin sharing rooms and preparing to go to mabul and kapalai the next day. Around 9pm, there was electricity outage in the building we were in. The owner immediately upgraded us to the chalet without extra charges. The next day, due to raya, our boat to the island were delayed. Hence the return trip to the jetty was pushed back by about 2 hours. Our schedule was ruined because we intended to depart immediately to sandakan where we booked a hotel and it was too dark to travel. To my surprise, the management allowed us to stay another night in the chalet without any charges. Very thankful for this pleasant experience and give my full recommendation for this resort. 👍👍

Excellent resort for diving, staff very friendly ”
We are 3 female students who stayed at Scuba Tiger for 3 nights. We stayed in a basic room, it was clean and had everything we needed. The staff were exceptional (the reception staff and the diving staff were great). There is a small restaurant on site. Cons- no WiFi

Lovely place no WiFi which was a shame for booking onward travel restaurant was closed but a short 5 minutes walk to a beautiful restaurant next door lots of rubbish and plastic in the water if you go at the right time of day it’s ok overall fantastic place and would definitely return if I’m in the area

Nice room for family, clean and comfy bed and pillow. But i didnt expect the shower would be salty water but its fine. Just the water a bit smelly though. The staff are helpful, we did request a Grab but no available driver so they help us find a ride to go to town. Nearby restaurant are good to eat juts need to walk a bit.

I thought the water supply is fresh water but i was wrong but it’s okay since i dont do any water activity. The water a bit smelly though from the water heater. The room is nice, clean and fluffy pillow. Just what i needed to rest peacefully. A bit difficult to go to town (request a Grab but no available driver) and just go to the reception and they will help you to find a ride.

We just stayed one night here just to get the feeling of kampung(countryside). Managed to catch a sunset and sunrise here. Overall if u have a handsome pocket, go for the high end room that this resort offers. It would worth every penny with the astonishing view u get here.

Credit for the view but not the room”
Most uncomfortable sleep ever! Room reek of paint/ finishing smell. We tried to change room but the new room was dirty. So, we decided to just stay at the first room. Had to spray our perfume. The bed sheet was itchy. Not sure if it' s bed bug tho as we tried to look for it but none. Staff is very helpful. she keeps on apologizing. So thankful we just booked for 1 night.

The bed is comfy, only the facilities very basic. Hair dryer is not available eventhough there is a place. Atleast can put iron at the common area. No soap or shampoo provided.
