Me and my fiance got invited to a eelcome package here at the villa miriage and ended up becoming members of the diamond resort and are excites to be new owners and cant wait to travel for the rest of our lives. The members worked there hardest to make it happen for us and i appreciate them for all the hard work they did to make us leave happy knowing we will be back.

This is a lovely place! A treat to spend some time at. We feel well held at the Villa Mirage. The level of cleanliness is outstanding! Groundskeepers are great. It feels safe. The units are outstanding! It really feels like a luxurious home away from home. Washer and dryer in unit is so awesome! Pool is amazing. My two teens and I truly enjoy our stays at this location. We will be back!

The only thing that needed small attention were little areas in the room that needed cleaning like table corners. Mildly outdated but a great property that has been kept up very well. Britt at the front desk was very helpful. Thanks villa mirage

Good value for the money”

This is our second stay at this resort. The room was perfect for a family of four and with the full fridge and kitchenette it made for an easy stay. The negatives this time... the pool heater was not working for a few days while we were there so our kids were disappointed. As well, in the evenings, the hot tub had an awful smell, was foamy and did not keep its heat. Not ideal when these two features were reasons why we came back with our family. Great location in Scottsdale though, without a doubt.

Great little resort for a week away. If your staying here you need a rental car as it's a little far from the action. More suited to older clients. Timeshare presentation is ver aggressive So if you easily convinced stay away

Difficult for Handicapped Persons”

The room was very clean and spacious however, difficult for my handicapped mother. I had to threaten to go somewhere else at check-in when they advised no ground floor units were available. I had made a request for handicapped access with my reservation and followed up with a phone call the week before our stay. It seems there are no handicap access rooms and the facility does not have elevators for the upper levels. Also, they have the worst pillows ever made. There were twelve pillows in the room and they were all 10 inches thick and very firm. We went to Costco and bought new pillows.

The only issues I had was I extended my stay and had to move rooms. Later after I unpacked I realized I left my daughters 2 brand new outfits tags on them in old room. I had to wait till morning to get them, but when I went they claimed they never found the outfits. Which I know was bull because it wasn't in my suitcase. So dont forget anything because housekeeping will keep it.

This property was amazing! The only negative I have is that the DVD player in the room didn't work, but that's extremely minor. Everything else was well above par!

Beware of Bed Bugs.”

After visiting the Villa Mirage with my entire family, we had to switch rooms the first night due to being attacked by bed bugs! Beware beware beware! We can tell it wasn’t the first incident!!

Exceptional”

My two older children and myself absolutely love this location! We feel very well held here! The unit is beautiful as are the grounds, pool, and facilities. Staff are great including the grounds keepers! Love that we can do laundry in our unit, the lovely kitchen, the cleanliness is excellent, and overall comfort is above the norm! We really love it here!

Time share resort”

It is a time share resort that has a dedicated tv channel and lobby person dedicated to the sell, and there were additional fees Agoda didn't mention.

Room was not ready when promised and room was filthy ”

Some staff members were inconvenienced when asked to help with chick-in. Room was not ready when promised. Room was filthy, blood stains on sheets, pillow case and towels. Room was much like a low budget hotel. Pool was nice and the lady working the bar/restaurant on 7-7-2019 was excellent. She was very friendly and very helpful. Would not recommend the resort to anyone and will not Stay their again
